Pizza hut used my visa on someone elses order, 5375 highway 90, mobile al. I order a personal pan pizza to go and gave my visa card to pay for my order. A few minutes later the manager appears with my card and some cash, and told me they made a mistake and charged someone else’s order on my account. I refused to sign the visa receipt and refused the cash refund. I asked her to cancel the order on my card. She yelled at me it could not be done and I would have to take the cash. I told her that with today’s technology it could be done. She preceded to argue with me and would not let me talk. I told her to give me my visa, and to cancel my order. I drove off with my card, no pizza and someone elses order charged to my account. How stupid to managers think we are as consumers. I have called pizza hut customer service over and over and I am told the district manager will call you…. But he never does.
The store located in Cleveland Texas on Plum Grove. Are thieves. They lie about delivery and take people money.
Pizza hut does not honor any of the offered cupon codes they offer online I tried almost every one of them and get the same prompt that they no longer accept that promo code and yes they are not expired they are new codes.
The Pizza Hut in Charlotte Hall, Md. closed. I can't get a good pizza now. The other chains just don't stand up to Pizza Hut in my opinion. Really miss you and wish you'd consider coming back.
My order should have included a Diet Pepsi and it was not with the order. It would have taken less than 30 seconds for the delivery person to check the order. Bad customer service.

I placed an order on the 3rd of June and doordash never delivered my order.
I have called multiple times in regards to a refund on the purchase I never received and keep getting told someone will contact me and I still have not received a phone call or a refund of $39.12.

I’m in Montana visiting my son and I order pizza I receive New Yorker and it comes looking like someone ate most of it and threw in the crust . I call to complain and the person on phone was not very professional horrible experience
On Friday May 5 2023 I ordered from the website in Manor Texas and never received my order yet my bank was charged. 5 hours after ordering I got a text that my order was on its way. Yup never got it.

I picked up a pizza from Pizza Hut.. Milton Rd Charlotte NC..the pizza was half raw and some of the toppings I couldn't recognize..I took 3-4 slices and put them in the oven and sent the rest of the pizza back by my neighbor..The receipt was on the box with my phone number and name

On sunday 2/26/23 I ordered a LG cheesesticks for $9.99 deal from Pizza Hut on Cook St. in Abingdon,VA. When I picked up the order I was given 2 boxes. In 1 box was only regular breadsticks. Quite disappointing!
Last night I ordered pizza to be delivered in Dumas, TX. and the driver a male REEKED of weed and I could smell alchohol on his breath I think his name was Martin. This is unacceptable. He can kill someone on the road.

I was employed at the Pizza Hut located on Summit Street in Toledo, in the little section they call Point Place. On June 23rd of 2022 I was in an automobile accident.
I called the rgm, or rather texted her, the day of the accident and informed her that because of my car I would be out awhile. She never returned or answered any further messages.

Fsmily have love it for 45 years! Unfortunately, that has changed in such a short time. Two months ago, the dough, is flatter, tasteless, cardboard like. Pizza dough is key in a good pizza. Ordered pizza. Took 2+ hours to arrive. Cold. Almost raw dough. No sauce. Inedible. The add one were totally raw and just piled on like a Two year old made it. What a horrible way to serve a customer.

I placed an order for a normal crust 2 topping pizza. Somehow I ended up with garlic bread crust: as I am allergic to garlic this is highly upsetting. Luckily I looked before I bit. I need someone to address this matter urgently
There was payment on my account of $51.30 on April 15th even tho i didnt even order anything so i need a refund back because no food came to my house or anything. I dont order or eat at pizzahut but money was taken out of my account. I would love to get my money back becuase it is a tough time right now
We ordered at 8:30 pm and the time is 12 am now. Each time we called they kept saying 10 mins or 20 mins and that their order is full thats y the delay.
If they said this in the first place we wouldnt have placed the order.
After 12 we called to check again and they had gone to our old address.

We ordered 1 hour and 20 minutes ago. When our order did not arrive, we called again and they told us that our order had not been registered. We place an order again. Then 5 mins later they call and say minimum of 150 dhs. So we add on to our order. Then they call us and say that they don't deliver to our location.
