Pizza Hut Service complaint

I went on pizza hut website to place a online order and the computer directed me to the pizza hut on Paxton Street in Harrisburg, PA. So I placed my order and tipped the driver $6.00 for a total of $48.97. This all took plae around 5:30PM om 9/6.

Well once it got to 6:30PM I thought something is wrong. I never heard from Pizza Hut telling me my order is going to be late. So i call the local Pizza Hut and i get no answer on the phone after about 10 minutes waiting on phone hold.

So i hang up and call again and waited another 10 minutes on phone hold. so then i just start pushing buttons on the phone in hopes to get some response out of something. Then lord beholld i got an operator that wanted to help me So i tell her whats going on and she tells me that she can transfer me to the local pizza hut. OK i wait another ten minutes on the phone and nothing. so i went bck to the Pizza Hut web site and get a 1800 number. Guess what it is the same lady that transfered me before wanting to transfer me back to the local pizza hut. Well now it is now 7:30 and i needed some dinner. and the last thing i wanted to hear was i willl transfeer you back to the local pizza hut when it was clearto me that no one was answering the phone. So i was out $50 and have no money to go someplace else to eat. so i call the local pizza hut and guess what some one answered the phone. so we talk and i get out of her that my food was dtill sitting on the rack waiting for doordash to pick it up. now i am going to think that doordash is delivering your food as a service to you and contracted by you. so we get totalking some more and she says that she can give me a refound so i say great i'll take it at this point.

well i get 42.57 back missing $6.40. so i'm thinking nobody picked up my food because it is still sitting on the rack at Paxton Street Pizza Hut. Wow, i need my money it is clear to me that no one from door dashed picked up the food so the tip should be at pizza hut. after all if i would have given it to them when they got to my place i wouldn't be so ticked off.

however i can say that the $42 return did give me enough money to take my order to Devonshireheights Road Pizza Hut and buy a detrit style pizza and wings. but i had to brop the bread sticks because i lost my money. plus at this point i drove to pick it up because i didn't want to go throug another feasco.

I gues the question is did I lose money or was my money stole?. i guess we can leave this up to the lawyers. if i have to get a lawyer we will include pain and suffering.

Desired outcome: I truely believe that if you had good customer service you would refund my $6.40 and throw in a couple free detroit style pizzas and wings to keep this customer happy.

Pizza Hut Terrible pizza

Hancock, MD. Store. To start off, GOOD pizza should not be rushed which is what you presently do. I don't mind waiting an hour for a GREAT pizza but that is not what I get anymore. This was the second awful pizza I have gotten at this location, which there aren't many choices near us. Unchewable onions, no sauce and hardly any cheese when I payed for extra cheese. I don't order often but when I do I look forward to Pizza Hut pizza but I only get that half the time, the other half is something a 5 year old slapped together and microwaved for 10 minutes. With service like that i will find another place to eat.

Pizza Hut Very poor food quality/taste

Ordered a large sausage pizza and baked pasta on 09/07/2022 at approximately 4 p.m. The order arrived on time and the delivery person was very nice and quite friendly.

The quality of the pizza and the pasta was horrible! The sauce had absolutely no taste whatsoever! It was almost like someone poured tomato sauce right out of a can onto the pizza and into the pasta bake. I was very, very disappointed . Pizza Hut pizza has always been so good but they went to the bottom of my list!

Desired outcome: I would truly like a refund!

Pizza Hut Taste of Pizza & Fried Sticks

9/5/22 @ 20:40pm (Labor Day Business Hours) Pizza Hut Delivery in Mandeville, La.

Ordered 2 different items on-line-pd the delivery charge and added a tip all total was $24.21. My hand toss pepperoni pizza could have been named SAUCE PIZZA with extra grease and my Fried Sticks were not cooked. My delivery was extremely fast which made me think it this going to taste good. Think because of the Holiday Business Hours, they were going to close soon? I took both items right back to the restaurant only to be told I CANNOT RECEIVE A REFUND. Employee did make a suggestion to me next time I order maybe I should say light sauce. What I did receive an in-store credit of only $18.00. Employee told me the delivery charge and the tip go to another company service and has nothing to do with Pizza Hut. I have no desire to return anytime soon and JUST want my money back, the total.

I do not order out much nor have deliveries, but I was really disappointed in the taste of my food. The manger/employee was trying to explain what I can do in the future to avoid the same mistake again.

Pizza Hut Cost change on home delivery

Dear Pizza hut

I am a big lover of pizza hut for so many years.

Today 1st of Sep 2022 I have placed an order for pizza hut through talabat delivery app and my total bill was 43 Dirham approx $11.68

On arrival at my house the bill was 58 Dirham approx $15.76

I did not accept the new bill and therefore the delivery guy after calling his supervisor decided not to accept the 43 Dirham and left with the order. I have nothing to do the amount change since this is between talabat and pizza hut. I am so disappointed in the way pizza hut have managed this situation.

I have known pizza hut with excellent customer service but today I was disappointed

Pizza Hut Ordered pizza on line

Store phone # is [protected] on August 2, 2022 at 7:38 pm - ticket #0069. Ordered pizza on line and paid. Gave driver tip in cash. Receipt I got from driver said $39.59. When I checked my bank account a few days later saw I was charged $49.59. Promptly called store and spoke to a very rude girl who told me she could not do anything to fix this...that we put the $10 tip on line...which we never do or would do. Told her my receipt said $39.59. She argued with me. Asked for a manager...she told me she was the manager and then told me she was the District Manager. Told her I wanted the $10 credited back to my card or a $10 credit put on my account at the store. She was screaming at me and hung up on me. We order from this store all the time and never have a problem.

On 8/5/22 I called the Customer Care Line and spoke to Angie...she opened Case #[protected]. Assured me this would be taken care of.

On 8/19/22 I called back - still had not heard anything...was told I would get an email within 24 hours...

It is now 8/24 and I still have not heard anything.

I need this resolved ASAP.

Pizza Hut new pasta

new alfredo pasta is awful wasted 11.00 dollars on this was very upset had to go to store and purchase more alfredo sauce to make it somewhat better. your old reciepe was so much better now i have no place to get good pasta. thanks for making an awful decision to change it i was always taught if it aint broke dont fix it. it was not broke so did not need a fix.

The order was set to delivered status @application 15 minutes to 30 hours before the arrival, which led to me waiting on the street, taking into account the delivery worker or the callers from the branch all this time, as the mobile signal was weak at this time, and when I called to make a complaint, I was answered with the end: Underestimation is the system” it was a mistake by system. He did this for a single unit and gave me the complaint number. As my order number( [protected]) and I am frankly not sure that the person I am talking to will be honest and originally made a complaint. We would like you to pay attention to our complaint, and to you many thanks, respect and appreciation because we fear for your reputation and your great history

Pizza Hut Delivery

I placed a delivery order around 9: 00 PM on 08/17/22 for a medium pan pizza with beef, the Wednesday special for the boneless wings (8) Honey BBQ and a large chocolate chip cookie. The estimated time for delivery was 20 - 30 minutes in which did not happen. I was not to concerned with the delivery being about 15 - 20 minutes late but, I was livid when I opened the pizza box and saw that the pizza did not look eatable. There were holes and missing pieces in the pizza as if someone had picked off of it and then when I lifted a slice out of the box, I found a hard, black piece of plastic textured material that looks like it could have easily choked one of my small children had they swallowed it before me seeing it. The pizza looked pretty dry on the crust area, but the bottom of the box was full of grease and hard as if it had sat there for a while after it was made. I immediately called back to the store and spoke with Cassandra Norris who was rude enough to say when I explained what the pizza looked like and the plastic material that was on the bottom of one slice. "Well, I can assure you that nobody picked up a slice and bit it and I didn't cut it, so I don't know what it looks like, but I could make it over" but with an attitude and I immediately declined and asked for a refund. She rudely said "Well bring the products back to the store for a refund" I had to put small children in the car and drive to the store which I was trying to avoid and that's the reason I ordered delivery.

Desired outcome: I would just like a simple apology and for the employee I was speaking with to understand good customer service.

Pizza Hut Service

Today (8/15/22) at 12:49 pm I placed an order for delivery through the Pizza Hut app. My order wasn’t delivered until 4:49 pm

I called several times and was sent to their answering service who also could not get a response from them

I spent almost $40 plus a $7 tip only to wait 4 hours.

It was only 4 city blocks away but I’m a trucker and cannot take my semi just anywhere.

I had not eaten in almost 30 hours at this point. I’m very disappointed

On August 12, 2022, I ordered a pizza online from the Pizza Hut. Apparently, the order never showed up in the system but my C/C was charged all the same. I have no order # as it did not go through.

I will need a refund in the amount $22.23.

Pizza Hut Never received food

Thursday July 28 2022 I order two pan pizzas, breadsticks, and cinnamon sticks from Pizza Hut located at 4535 e bay dr Clearwater. For some reason they decided to deliver it through DoorDash and they never got the food to me. When I tried to contact the store they put me on hold and then hung on me and never picked up again. I reached out to customer service and they said they would be with me in 3 days it’s been 2 weeks.

Pizza Hut Added charges to Daily Deals

This evening I tried to place an order online using Pizza Huts "daily deals". It was a 1 topping large and a large 3 topping or specialty pizza for 22.99. Well, I tried to order a large hand tossed cheese pizza and a large meat lovers, for the 22.99, as I looked at the order, there was an additional charge of 8.99. When I checked the "why this fee" it said I added additional toppings. But I had not. I tried to order a large hand tossed peperoni pizza, for the daily deal price of 9,99, and there was a 2.99 added charge for the additional toppings or special crust. Now tell me, when you order on line for carry out, and you try to use an advertised special, why is there additional fees added to the special price not making very special.

Desired outcome: Stop the additional charges to your online daily deals

Pizza Hut pizza

I purchased a pizza from this "joint" never received it, because the joker was a BLM sympathizer and was apparently offended at the idea of working for a living. He calls me back, telling me he came to my residence - which he didn't do .

I called the corporate office and the guy on the phone gave me a code and said he would send another code via email for two pizzas, which I never got either.

I just spoke to these [censored]s, and now they want to escalate it to a group that was never mentioned when I first called, saying that because I agreed to the coupon codes, they couldn't give me my money back, even though I never received anything they promised.

I'm giving them till Monday, then calling my bank. Don't go to pizza hut. I'm convinced their people are as clean as the floor they drop pizza on

Pizza Hut Ordering/Delivery

Never will order Pizza Hut again, first I order a pizza at 7:30pm and once ordered I get a time of delivers of 3 hours and the store is actually in 10 minute walking distance! Then I call the store to find out someone cancelled my order. The ONLY person can do that would be an employee because I sure didn't cancel the order until I found all this out! So the decision was made NEVER AGAIN will I order from this substandard company. You have some serious problems when this happens.

Desired outcome: Nothing you are scrubbed off my list.

Pizza Hut 2 large veggie pizza

I received 2 burnt veggie pizzas last Saturday, around 6:30pm.

One I threw out, the other one my 6 grandkids picked out some of the middle pieces (cut them).

I was disappointed because this the 1st time it's happened & I felt bad for the grandkids, because we were having a pizza party since my grandson was having surgery the next morning in Indianapolis.

Desired outcome: I'd like to be compensated for 2 large pizzas.

Pizza Hut Customer service and Damaged Items

8/6/22 ticket 0104 Total charged $81.61

I frequently purchase from the Pizza Hut on Town Center Blvd 32837. I opt in to purchasing directly for the rewards and benefits which is unlike me since I always do doordash but never for Pizza hut.

I had an awful experience this evening with my delivery person, she went off scolding us for not providing her with a more hefty tip. Yes, I have a large family so these orders can be large, but how does she know my financial capabilities? How does she know if this is the once a month treat for my family that we really cant afford but allow?

I called the store and spoke to the manager Fernando who was nice and apologetic but it just doesn't feel right. This person shouldn't work there if she thinks its even potentially appropriate to speak with a customer this way. I feel awful that my 5 dollar tip offended her so deeply.

Im offended and bothered now too though and am SUPER weary and worried from ordering there again, because who knows what will happen is I get her as my deliverer again.

The sauce from the wings was spilled all over the top of the pizza box. There was a hole poked into the box( THIS Must have been deliberate!)

Pizza Hut Overcharging when ordering "deals" online.

All of Pizza Hut's deals are "broken" either by design, to scam people, or by mistake. It's been like this for over a month now.

For example, the Large single topping deal for $9.99 will add to your cart for $9.99 but then they'll slap on a +$5.00 bringing the actual price to $14.99.

At first, I thought this was just a bug and that they would surely fix it, but at this point I'm wondering if an intentional scam.

Desired outcome: Fix your deals, if you have a $9.99 single topping deal it should be $9.99 (plus tax) not $9.99 + $5 + tax

Pizza Hut Fraudulent charges

I am a loyal Pizza Hut customer. I hardly ever complain but I was charged for ordering and canceling right away 1 large pizza and they were charging me 45.00 I hardly ever eat fast food. I ordered through Uber eats. Nobody would refund my money, but why? I canceled within 10 seconds. The address that charges were stolen was2508 Preston hey in Louisville ky. Expect to get cheated

on august 3rd i ordered a large pizza online it was around 1 pm and canceled within seconds.

the order was through uber eats. i was still charged for the pizza and customer service refused to remedy the situation. they just said sorry no refund.

ive been a customer for several years. guess i wont be anymore

Pizza purchase 06-07-2022 on-line ($24.07)

Pizza was to be delivered in 45 minutes

No delivery for over an hour. Location was contacted. Displeasure was expressed.

Pizza Hut rep said “we will send it again”. Delivery will be in 30 minutes no charge.

Over an hour again Nothing.

I only wanted the charge refunded from my card.

Was told I had to come into the location. The next day I did (I asked for the manger)

Manager asked for the credit card info for the refund. He took my CC info (again!)

2 weeks past still no refund (and to this date still no refund)

I went into the location for the 2nd time. (asked for the manger)

This time manger said (I remember you and I called you….) the first thing I said was “if your going refund my card why would you need to call me?” PLUS why have I still not gotten a refund?

No good answer. So I left.

I gave up and started using Dominoes (1/2 mile away)

2 months later I had a gathering for my grand kids.

My wife (unknown to me) called Pizza Hut. When the order showed up it was all wrong PLUS Pizza was wrong and cold. My card was again charged again. ($53.03). Again no refund.

I know this means nothing to most. And I know I am going to lose out anyway.

But I just wanted to say I let Pizza Hut corporate know about the level of service, non-refunding, and poor product I got from my experience with Pizza Hut

PS! I only live a ½ mile from that Pizza Hut

Desired outcome: Want to let corporate know that this is unacceptable!
