McDonald's – Employees behavior

United States McDonald’s an employee parked next to me in the parking lot. I let them know that they were parked sideways blocking my car and that their door was close enough to my car to cause damage if opened wide. The employee gave me attitude saying there was plenty of other spots to park in. I told her that it’s not hard to park between the lanes. After going in side I realized that the employee is part of the management team about to train other employees. While doing this compline she hasn’t stopped trying to stare me down and I believe talking to other employees about me.
