Had a smart remark upon being asked a simple question about my order. That particular drive through cashier needs better customer service skills. Normally they call your order out before you pay. She gave me a total and grabbed my card. When if it was for my specific order she told me to look at my receipt if I wanted to know. I just felt that was rude. A simple yes or no would suffice

I ordered the big breakfast at the drive through along with a large coffee and apple fritter. There were no pancakes or syrup. The fritter was awful - moist. The fun of a fritter is the crunchy outside. I couldn't eat it. The coffee with 5 creams already in it was delicious though. But other than the coffee, a disappointing start to my day. Saint Louis Park McDonalds around 8:30 a.m.

Night manager
Twice Ive had a problem with evening manager when using my McDonald's codes shebdoes not know what she's doing... first time I used code to get buy 1 double cheeseburger she said I only get one had to order I tobget other for 29 cents I explained that's why you use codes she was very rude and walked away...2nd time I used code for buy 1 crispy chicken get one free she only gave me one would not give me the free one then I had to wait for the pies to get done once done she put in bag and threw bag on counter and walked way she has a very nasty attitude will not listen to you explain what is going on she walks away I'm not a person who stands to argue and don't get nasty but she sure was starting to try my patience and absolutely no need to be so rude even while ordering was being rude all I wanted was to order get my food and go home had no energy (do to health reasons) for anything else I even took a picture of the bag with sandwich in it I would appreciate both my orders made right for not getting what I should have it's robbing me of my money and when you can't even have a simple discussion with manager what more can you do but put in a complaint... plz make this right
Desired outcome: The outcome I would like is for this to be right for such an inconvenience of manager being absolutely rude for no reason shebneeds to be reprimanded taught manners and be trained better about the mcdonalds point deal for codes system thing

I have been documenting multiple complaisant a prior to submitting this… first off, this specific chain charges.53 cents at the store for condiments, and only.25 cents on delivery apps. 3 times I have increased my condiment quantity and paid as a result. Each time I only get a quantity of 1 regardless. I got a big mac tonight with no mac sauce, and they forgot to give me one of my mcchickens. Last time I came the soda was so flat I had to ask for a tea.. Came back a week later, soda still tastes like absolute [censored]. Every. Single. Time. I come to this location, my order is either incorrect, or an item is missed. I feel frustrated that a corporation that brings in such profit has forgotten that without the people, there is no earned income. Put your people first and fox these issues bc i’m very close to literally never coming back. This is ridiculous, and staff needs to be held accountable for the lack of accountability and distinction

There was a woman in the diningroom giving haircuts to people. I cannot tell you how disgusted I was or the health code violations that happened. Sunday, January 22, 2023. The Manager was made aware of what was going on and allowed it to continue. I will no longer be frequenting MCDonalds if you allow these health code violations to occur. HAIR in the dining room of one of your restaurants. Disgusting!

Sunday A.m. January 22, 2023 I Ate At This MCD Location.
It was a disappointment.
A 2x meals totaling ~$12.5 us dollars.
The fries were neither hot nor fresh and cold drink was too icy and lacking substance... With no refill available.
My complaint is that: for Lebanese constituents, the price is an american-economy based for a local-lebanon-empovirished economy. This is not fair at all.

Inadequate burger and time being served.
I ordered my double cheese burger meal and asked for only one beef patty in it. After waiting a ridiculous 25 minutes - with no queue, I got my order. When I arrived home there was no burger at all in it. Just 1 piece of cheese and a bit of onion. When I rang to complain; apart from apologising, the staff did nothing more than asking me to to come back and pick up another burger from them. As I'm disabled, I asked for them to deliver it for me. They flatly refused! So I told them I would have to consider taking this matter further to your customer services website here.
This isn't the level of service you'd expect from a so called 'fast' food outlet as prestigious as McDonalds.

Desired outcome: Explain why I should return for my burger by which time my family would've eaten theirs, and the rest of my meal gone cold.
Promo offer that is printed on the sales slip for thew order.
PROMO offer does not say ONE-A-DAY. When I didn't get a free item/slip and made a 2nd PROMO order. Ms Bulldozer,Mgr. argue it is a 1 a day. PROMO does not say that. She claim I was yelling. I 80yrs ear damage vet and if I can hear her, it is above normal volume. Last time we argue she was small Item FREE when BIG Items purchased..her idea of $.

I had to take my granddaughter to work this morning and had her 4 year old twins with me. W live in the next town over (about 20 miles). We stopped at restaurant 35656. It was dark and rainy and a long line at the drive thru, so I did not check my reciept or the bag when I got it. The girl had read my order back to me correctly. That is another reason I did not check the order. It was 7:09 am on 1/19/2023. The price sounded the same as what we paid a few days ago for the same order. When we got home, we had 3 hashbrowns and one sausage mcmuffin. Of course it is too far to go back and complain. The twins do not understand why they have to split one sausage mcmuffin. I am really upset about this and I guess from now on, no matter the circumstances or how long the line is behind me, I will hold up the line while I check the reciept and then again while I check the bag and make sure the order is correct. It was order 22 and the authorization code is 712259. There are several restaurants to choose from at this location, but I always went to McDonalds, but guess from now on I will choose a different restaurant.

My husband went to get the kids something for breakfast and when he got home he noticed that not all the items that he ordered were there. He was never given a receipt and went back to get the items that were left out and was treated very rudely and was refused service. With both of us working in the food industry you learn to understand the customer is always right whether they are or not and it would have been a quick fix but instead they acted childish and immature and was disgustingly rude. I went back and asked for the managers name and she wouldn't give it to me and I told her I was going to call corporate anyways whether she gave me her name or not. The staff that was working at the time was also rude and immature and I think they don't deserve to have a customer service job when they don't know how to treat a customer appropriately. I will never be back to any McDonalds and I'm very upset, disgusted and almost want to hire a lawyer for the discrimination against my husband. This could have been and easy fix but instead they made it harder and I will tell everyone I know what happened.
Unauthorized charges
Yes I been trying to get this unauthorized transaction charge figured out since it happened last month, when my purse and everything in it got stolen.. I called the mcdonald's in hañnibal mo and there manger said she would look into it and call me back when she figures it out but I never heard back from them, so I called bk to hañnibal mcdonald's and now she says I have to go through the main office, so I am contacting you about it and praying that you can help me recover my money.. Can you please email me bk about it

McDonalds fast food restaurant (Drive Thru)

Was only one in Drive Thru lane at about 8:12pm, and no vehicles in front or behind me at the time I ordered.
Ordered two #1 meals (Big Mac’s with Large Fries, and 2 large Diet Cokes. Paid at 1st window (all good so far), got the drinks at the 2nd window and was asked to park in waiting area. I asked for BBQ sauce with the fries while at the 2nd window. I also asked why move me to waiting area, as there were no cars behind me, and the #1 meals are usually very fast to prepare? Didn’t really get a response, other then there system tracking told them to.
After about 10-12 minutes, the employee finally came out, they gave me the bag, which included only two spicy McChicken sandwiches instead. (Note: there was no effort to communicate or verify what the order was by the employee, and the employee had walked away before I had a chance to look into the contents in the bag. Once I realized the had given me the incorrect order, they did not respond to my verbal responses to get their attention, as the employee had already walked away. I had to turn off my vehicle, get out of the car, lock it, and catch up to the employee to inform them they had given me the incorrect order. I informed them I had requested two #1 meals (large), with BBQ sauce as condiment.
Another employee came back this time, and gave me my order, but it did not include fries, only the 2 Big Mac burgers. The employee stated that I had only ordered the two Big Mac’s, and not the meal. I informed him this was not the case. He asked for my receipt, which clearly stated 2 Big Mac Meals (large). I gave this employee my receipt, and it was taken inside the store.
The employee came back, with only 2 small fries, which was only noticed when I had already returned home.
I also had to re-ask for the BBQ sauce, which I had asked for early in this ordeal. I did not return to explain about the fries, as I had already spent 20-25 minutes all told at a “Fast Food” restaurant (that was not busy at the time I drove up).
This experience took nearly 20-25 minutes all told. Meanwhile, about 6-10 other cars came and went through the drive-thru with orders. This was the worst it's been, but there have been other times where orders were not correct at this store, and usually involving being told to park in waiting area. The employee(s) tasked with providing the food to my vehicle did not communicate with me (the customer), and actually acted bothered that I wanted my order correct, after 3 attempts, and should have been four.
I will not deprive my kids with some of the fast food they occasionally enjoy, but will likely be driving out of my way to another location for awhile. Fortunately there are other McDonalds within a few miles of my home. I really like to patronize local businesses in the area (been in this location since 1989), but really am not seeing improvement at this particular store. As stated above, zero communication with employee’s delivering orders to waiting vehicle(s).
Desired outcome: Train employees to verify contents of what they are giving you; or at least give the customer a chance to view contents, before leaving. This is in reference to drive thru vehicles that have been asked to move to waiting area.

In last line asked for catchup. No packets available told shipment did not com in
Eat cheese burger no pickles, assuming same answer? If I order a cheeseburger no mustard in do not expect Pickels held too. If they were out I Would think that would be disclosed at time of order.
I paid 6 dollars plus for a meal I would not pay 3 dollars for.
Desired outcome: Disclosure at time of order maybe a coupon for a meal
