Service at McDonald's on 1715 Bartow Rd., Lakeland, FL
I went thru the drive-in portion on the McDonald's. I ordered a sausage McGriddle and a medium coffee. I received a smalll coffee. I told the employee I ordered a medium coffee expecting her to just change it. She refused saying I ordered and paid for a small coffee. I showed her the bill where it clearly states it was a medium coffee I paid for. She said her board showed small and that it what I was going to get.
Desired outcome: I would like the manager of the store to call me and apologize. I don't go to McDonald's to get disrespected. My phone number is [protected] and my name is Don.
Rude employee and horrible customer service
Possibly the worse experience I've ever had in a McDonalds. We waited in line for several minutes, with a line forming, with no cashier in sight because she had gone to the back (and was playing on her phone when we arrived and saw her going to the back.) After an ample amount of time and said line growing bigger I called to the back and asked if there was someone that could come take orders. A young male voice replied from the back "not today"đź‘€ Then when we FINALLY got our order taken it was missing a drink and we had to wait to tell them because the manager pulled the cashier back to the back with other people in line waiting to order. And at no time during the wait were we or any other waiting customer acknowledged by the several staff members who walked by and saw everyone waiting. This was absolutely the worst service I've ever had at mcdonalds. It definitely isn't worth $15 an hour. It's not even worth $7.25 an hour.

I want to know why the Lancaster Street McDonald's doors are closed to the public more than they are open they are understaffed the service is terrible the drive thru is always served first you say come on in and most of the time you can't it used to be a family restaurant before the drive thru I feel it should be closed their giving you a bad name
Rude/unwanted customers
This McDonald's is located at 556 Seventh Ave., New York, NY 10018. There are 2 Security Guards in uniform that came into McD. One of them (Spanish) was loud and yelled out "this is a stickup". He had his hands up in the air as if he had a gun. Then he started making fun of the customers in their faces and there was startled reactions. Several customers including myself were scare. The workers are busy and do not have time to deal with things like this because it was on the 2nd floor. Customers are trying to eat and are afraid to get involve. I myself was very nervous when this person (Spanish) made an announcement about a stickup. It is very crowded at this McD and people need to feel safe. Not to be harass by outside Security Guards that come there frequently. Please address this problem. Thank you
Desired outcome: Have management speak to these people from their company or call the police. The uniform have white letters on the back (Security). Most likely they work in the area.
Happy meal toy
We visit a McDonald's yesterday in Kenilworth Cape Town, the food and services was really good, but they messed up on my Milkshake order and brought be a strawberry milkshake instead of a chocolate Milkshake, but the most disappointing was the toy we received for a 2 year and 3 year old. It was the world soccer badge, not sure how these little ones must play with this. It look's like McD just want to give away the most inexpensive toys. We did ask for different toys or something from the range before the current range, but nothing.
This toy is definitely for and older child that understands what the toy is all about, but even then it is a bit of a useless toy.
Desired outcome: Replacement of a better more suitable toy

The McDonald's on Hooper rd in Central is the worst McDonald's I have ever ate at will not return. I went to the McDonald’s in Latham Ny, at 9am & 8pm. The am visit fine. The pm visit was discussing. I ordered a quarter ponder/ no pickles, a med fries no salt. And lg hi-C. The food was discussing. The fries were cold and tasted like they had been sitting there all night. So i threw them in te trash. They weren’t edible. Yes and the sandwich was COLD, the cheese hadn’t melted. The only thing I ate or I should say. Drank was my hi-c. For the amount of money I spent, this was a great disappointment.

I am absolutely astounded by the service I received this evening.
After a long day, I order (order number 022, logged at 10:44PM at a cost of ÂŁ8.78) a quarter pounder with cheese, fries, coke and an extra cheesbuger. I waited for my order, only to discover that 3 people had the same order number as me. I mean, how is this even possible?
I have video recordings of two managers trying to support me, with one offering to pay me back ÂŁ6.80 (for some reason). Apparently, they had no insight into how much I had actually paid which, quite frankly, isn't my problem. As such, they were not able to offer me an adequate refund so, first of all, you have breached my statutory rights.
The last video ends at 11:02PM, where managers are unable to offer me a refund because they are simply unaware of how much I paid for a meal they never delivered. The onus is not on me to provide proof when your own systems do not even work and cannot provide a received. I do, however, have photographic evidence of Order Number 22 (plus the video/audio evidence)
This really concerns me on two levels: I am a teacher at a leading University in London and this is a prime example on how NOT to treat your customers.
At the same time, as the videos testify, McDonalds puts front line staff in a position that really does exhaust their mental health.
I am a qualified psychotherapist and what I saw the McDonalds staff endure this evening goes above and beyond what any employee should have to go through. So much so that I will submit these videos as case studies at my University.
I'm absolutely appalled by this experience where, when one manager tried to assist, he literally absconded the minute I walked away - this will surely be on CCTV. It's absolutely incredulous. After a wonderful in London with friend celebrating Christmas, it's sad that at 1AM I am having to write this complain to you.
I expect to be refunded for a service I didn't receive, but also expect considerable compensation for ruining my day.
Desired outcome: My refund plus considerable compensation. You ruin my Christmas night out.
Delivery
11/30/2022 around 10AM, I ordered $40.00 worth of food to be delivered. More than half of our food was missing and a drink. We only got reimburse $10.71, but the missing items cost almost $20.00. Aside from that why would I pay for a value meal for $9.00 only get the drink and get reimbursed only $2.16 for that meal. We were missing 2 hash browns, a McGriddle, a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin, and only had half a glass of orange juice.
Desired outcome: Considering the meal was ruined, I want the entire amount returned to me. $38.36
Product ordered
I ordered two quarter pounder with cheese, ketchup & mustard appeared to be soaked in as a sitting burger. Large fries only half filled. Did not see order until I got home. I called numerous times, they never answered phone or would & just hang up. Submitted five complaints via contact form, no resolution over the months. So very unprofessional!

McDonald's on 1683 E shelby Dr memphis Tn didn't give me my right order on my door dash. When I called them about the order they immediately had an attitude with me and told me that my door dash driver ate my food when the bag was completely sealed up I spent my last money for my 2 daughters now they going to starve tonight.

Had to wait for more than 30 minutes without being told that the tracking order machine was not working, no apology, the chips were quite small Just disgusting service from prudence and the rest today (29/11/2022) around 17:15 pm. Order number 3216. This happened at the Gandhi square McDonald’s, Johannesburg between Rissik and Marshall street.

I bought happy meal for kids and big mac meal
I bought big mack and happy meal, but my wife only received big mack with no happy meal for my son. And when I call to ask for the other meal that was not delivered, I was told I should personally call the driver as is non of their business. Further more I was told to come and collect personally. But I paid for delivery and the driver told my wife this is what they have given him at the restaurant. Now my son is crying I had to order another meal for him. If this is how we are being treated as customer where your staff don't value our money. And how we feel then why should I tell people about mackdonald rustenburg mall.
Desired outcome: apology and my meal because I bought and it was not delivered and I had to buy another meal.
Food and service
I ordered breakfast for delivery. 1 Pancakes and sausage, 1 Sausage biscuit and 1 Coffee. Instead they sent me everything in there waste bucket. 1 chicken on pancakes, 2 egg McMuffins which looked all dry and gross. They did send the pancake and sausage which was old and disgusting too. For 21 dollars you would think they would try harder. All i can say is never again.
Desired outcome: Do not expect or want a thing.
My family was ill after eating McDonalds at Livingston drive through - twice
We ate out at McDonalds drive through Livingston on late night shopping Thursday 17th and 24th November.
Within half an hour my son was ill with chicken nuggets happy meal. Didn't connect until we went the following week Christmas shopping and my two daughters and son were ill again that night. This is Saturday and they are still ill, nausea, vomiting etc etc.
This was supposed to be a treat for our children but sadly we will never return.
Discontinuing Oatmeal at the Mcdonald's Restaurant 720 Cleveland St. Rapid City
for many years or coffee group has met at mcdonalds for coffee in the mornings and afternoons. several of us would order your delicious oatmeal. about 2 years ago the rapid city area mcdonalds stopped serving the item. we inquired if they would reinstate it on the menu in the future the answer was probably not. we have talked to several customers of that mcdonalds and other mcdonalds in the city. there are many that would like this franchise to begin serving the delicous oatmeal again.
Desired outcome: Reinstate oatmeal on the menu
Rude Staff
I ordered from McDonald's Redhill 23/11/2022, when the order came it was missing a big mac, I called at around 15:30 and they said they'll send the order through 16:00 I called again but they hadn't attended to the query to top that the lady I spoke to was super rude just continued to ask for my address showing no patience, I asked to speak to the manager she just put the phone aside until I hung up, it is now 16:45 I still haven't received my order, I am beyond disgusted by this behavior it's a pity I didn't get her name because would like action taken against her for such poor customer service.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund and an apology.
