We ordered Two double cheeseburgers and the bill was $20. One of the double cheeseburgers was supposed to be free. Order number FB64. One of the double cheeseburgers was supposed to have extra pickles, extra onion, and bacon. The bacon was not on the sandwich. The 2nd double cheeseburger was supposed to have extra pickles, extra onion, extra tomato, and bacon. My sandwich did not have the bacon or the tomatoes. My order came to $20 with 2 large fries and 2 sandwiches. One of them sandwiches was supposed to be free so how was my order $20 I pay for extra items on the sandwiches and I don't get them. This is at North Clinton Street Defiance, Ohio. My wife ordered food and 2 strawberry banana smoothies she ordered were only half full. They didn't give her a receipt either.
Desired outcome: Yes I've been in the restaurant business for 32 years they need to pay attention to their orders but that's how you bring customers back I think I should be reimbursed back
