We are the grand parents to 3 young grandsons who reside with us, so we eat at mcdonalds most regularly. This evening was a mcdonalds night, so I checked your spot which on the internet showed a "mcchicken" sandwich which showed the sandwich with a large chicken patty, chopped lettuce and dressing. What I actually got was a rather small and dry chicken patty on a simiiiar sized bun with 2 little pickles.
Over done and very dry. Strangely, my husband's quarter pound cheeseburger (this is his choice for every meal eaten there) also appears to have been lying under a warmer since lunch.
Have you eliminated quality control at this store?)
Desired outcome: I would appreciate a response
