Cashier getting into verbal confrontation with another employee and consistently slow lines and incorrect orders
Last evening January 11, 2023 at approximately 9pm I was in line and placed my order in drive up at the McDonalds at Westview Plaza in Belleville, Illinois. As usual at this location the line was extremely slow. Once I got up to the window to pay the cashier the young woman got into a yelling match with another employee. This went on for at least 5 minutes or more. We finally decided to leave without our order. This location in the evenings especially has extremely slow service and orders are often wrong. I am 70 years old and have enjoyed McDonalds my entire adult life. This location is an embarrassment to the good name of McDonalds. It should be closed until management can assess the ongoing problems and hire competent managers and employees.
Desired outcome: Better management, staffing, timeliness and service.

I arrived to the McDonalds in Jasper, AL; The one that’s located on highway 78 to be more specific. I made a mobile order while I was there and proceeded to stand there and wait on my food bc they were not busy at all, what so ever. I had a chicken nugget happy meal for my son. I waited at this place for 25 minutes, inside. I get home, and my baby has no fries and no toy in his box. I live about 18-20 minutes away and I am tired from work all day and as much as I want to go back and get those fries and that toy, I do not feel like it. So I’m making this complaint bc I feel like this was nothing more than simply not paying attention and genuinely not caring. It’s obvious that this box goes to a child, so why not try to make sure it has all of its items before it goes out to be served. They weren’t busy so it can’t be blamed on that. The chick just didn’t see it bc she didn’t look bc once again, she didn’t care. This doesn’t seem like a big deal to some, but my baby wanted his fries and toy which is what a happy meal is all about to a kid. Thank you to the wonderful half way employee that couldn’t even give us the toy and fries inside of a happy meal. Yet that was all we ordered. How sad.
Desired outcome: For no one else to get this kind of negligence and maybe some coupons to make up for the actions of the employees at this store.

January 3, 2023 11:07 AM. App order @485 Eastern Bypass, Richmond Kentucky. I went during my 30 minute lunch using the app so I could be back to work on time. I sat 22 minutes at the drive through speaker waiting to either hear someone there to take my order or figure out the app to cancel my order. Ather canceling my app order I drove to the window. They tell me they are closed. A sign at the speaker would have been nice to know or someone there to announce they are closed as we pull up. I was not the only one there. A lot of angry customers driving off.
Desired outcome: I feel I should be compensated for the inconvenience because the situation should have been handled differently. There was 4 people in there. The app order for free at the bare minimum is my desired outcome.
I want someone to attain this consistency of manners and teach these people how to treat customers
These people literally refused to take my order and said it wasn’t in the system when I spent an hour in drive through line and sooke and gave my order to someone wheb got to window they said we didn’t get it and rudely told me too bad they cant take my order! Stopped at this McDonald's in Eufaula and ordered a PLAIN hamburger meal and quarter pounder SUB BUN FOR PLAIN BUN meal well the plain burger turned into regular burger w/ket mustard pickles, and quarter p sub BUN was never subed and my husband has diverticulitis it could have killed him, fries were like rubber. Staff not helpful or friendly! So your employees can not read or they were ready to go and didn't care, but I do because had my husband ate the sandwich he would be in the hospital at least a week if it didn't kill him! I usually just chalk it up as wasted money and go somewhere else but this could have killed my husband and that's totally unacceptable!

This mcdonald’s is horrible it’s always not taking orders currently, it’s gonna be 15 min before they can even take your order or you sit in drive thru for 10 min before you’re even greeted. There has been numerous times they are only taking door dash orders and it’s 7pm….. They close down from 2am-4am to prep for next day never heard of this at any other mcdonald’s also when I told drive thru guy that they service sucked he said [censored] you [censored]…. Young man’s name was tyress….. Poor customer service, lack of professionalism and the worst fast food establishment i’ve ever been to and I live 1 block away…. FALSE IMPRISONMENT & INTENTIONAL INFLICTION OF EMOTIONAL DISTRESS at the Mc Donald’s located at 5 Rue du Renard 75004 Paris France.
At 12:25am my brother 56, my mother 85 and in a wheelchair, and I 54 went to buy hot chocolate at this McDonald’s. My brother liked the cleanliness of the location so much that he took out his phone and filmed the store. He filmed briefly and innocently. All of a sudden , I believe a Muslim young woman, approached him and began to verbally assault him and accost him as to why he filmed the cashier without her consent. My brother did not specifically film the cashier, he filmed the store . This lady dressed in civilian clothes who later claimed to be the manager approached my brother and ensures to harass him to delete the video of the cashier. She did not say anything about deleting the video for anyone else or any other employee in the less than a minute video-just the cashier. The cashier was laughing as if she was amused at how this lady kept harassing my brother. The cashier was not upset she was smiling and laughing. When my brother complied and deleted the video, the lady said she wanted proof of the deletion. And my brother showed her. But that was not enough, the lady said she wanted more proof and kept verbally harassing us and scaring us. Then she turned on me after I asked her to back off, and she said something and then started to verbally assault me. For evidence I took out my camera to film her since I was receiving the attack. I told her to be quiet and she was even angrier and wouldn’t back off. Then another employee came around and locked the door of the Mc Donald’s and did not let us out. I stated the employees were holding us against our will, I asked someone to call the police. They would not let us out of the McDonald’s . Finally another customer helped us and asked the employees to let us out. My mother had a panic attack afterwards , I also had a panic attack. France may require consent for filming but the employees at this McDonalds were such bullies against an attack against a vulnerable elderly woman, and 2 fifty-year olds. I feel Because they saw us vulnerable they took advantage of the situation.
Do not go to this McDonalds!
Stay away from this McDonald’s!
I will be announcing this to all my friends and colleagues to not go to this McDonald’s.
If you are at the Hotel De Ville go to a cafeteria and not this McDonalds, because the employees at this Mc Donald’s here are looking to fight with vulnerable tourist people.

No Tea in the morning
It has been a couple of times that the Mcdonalds in the airports highway in amman doesn’t have tea in the morning, which is from my point of view very weird. One is used to Mcdonalds being very well prepared and organised and i was always pleased. So the worst McDonalds in Jordan is airport road, no customer service at all and most of the times the things on the menu are not there.

Shortages & long lengthy delays
We recently had local price chopper grocery store print on the back side of our receipts buy one get one free.
Thursday went thru the drive thru ordered 2 qpc sandwiches, small fries, large fries, and a coke, I was charged $19.60.
Questioned the price and didn’t win, when I got home there were no qpc sandwiches, only 2 mc doubles and quarter pounder.
Called management, do you have your receipt, no I didnt receive one, they put my name on a list that we could get them next visit.
Today went thru line and would only be givin 2 quarter pounders,
Earlier this morning we were charged again for a buy one get one free, 2 steak and bagels, 2 breakfast burritos charged $11 get home open bag only one burrito, it’s like this most of the time at the gouverneur, ny mcdonald’s, when I worked for mcdonald’s in the early 70s we had no drive thru in smithtown, ny and only got $1.35 hr you made a mistake it came out of you pay, today they get $15 hr with no consequences. Service is horrible you wait in those worthless double line for sometime 25 minutes before getting to the pay window, then there is another wait in the step aside line. This place needs better management, man alive the computer does the math for them, we had to punch a register and at least had to know basic math. Please fix the double lines for orders, and the persons taking money, lots of people slip several credit cards
Back and forth, till they find one that works, it’s too much time to get a simply burger and a coke.

Dear Team. My partner and I are very upset. We visited Lincoln Gateway Park and usually we park on the main road to avoid a parking ticket but this day my disabilities were so bad I could hardly walk and the pavements and road was icy, and I have a high risk of falls so we parked in the disabled bay, we arrived at 10:53 and my partner made a purchase on her account [protected]@hotmail.com, we were about to leave at 12:15 when one of your staff members mentioned us doing a Food for Thought reference number H11WVW8NJVHU, we explained we would go over our parking limit of 90 minutes if we did this and he said go to the counter and give them your registration plate and they will sort this for you, they wiull get the manager to sort so you do not get a tikcet, which is what we did, we then ate the flurry that we were given for doing the food for thought and left at 12:44, which made us 20 minutes over our time. We have just received a parking ticket! not very happy as you can imagine. We visit all your establishments in Nottingham, Newark and Lincoln at least 4 times a week and must of spent hundreds of pounds.

I came to order food for my daughter on 12/21/2022 I got to say what I wanted but at the end they stood quiet 3 cars that came after me on the other side got to order their food and pass me I said hello beeped the horn no one answered as the cars kept passing on the side of me the guy then answered and said hold on I’m dealing with something I proceeded to tell him if your dealing with something you as a employee have to inform the customer to hold on I never got none of that when I proceeded to ask for a manager on duty which was Sylvia O. She was very rude and said they were dealing with something and I had to wait was very nasty and said that she would cancel my order when I told her the right thing to do was tell me to hold on so I drove up to the window since cars after me kept passing by when I got to her window she continued to say I have to wait and closed the window in my face then opened it againf and continue to say she will not take my order and cancel everything very rude you can tell she was raised in the projects or something I honestly don’t even know who would even hire something like that I hope that Steve sees this and runs the camera on this date 7:00pm to 7:30pm so be can see how many cars passed by me and I hope that you guys can trace what goes on and I will call again until I’m heard you don’t need ratchet people in your company. Steve I look forward to hearing from you soon or resolve the issue with Sylvia O. Bad business for the company I don’t even know how she even has a job with a nasty attitude like hers

Refused to give me my last day of employment
Berta refused to give me my last day of employment. I have been trying to get this date for over a month now. Every time I called they would say they were busy which I understand because I did work there. However I needed this date to start processing my social security because I was diagnosed with epilepsy and a brain tumor. I told the mangers this but they still put no kind of importance on giving it to me. On 12/19/2022 I called early around 8:30 am and Sklar the manager answered the phone. And once again like before she asked me to call back at noon. I told her they would definitely be busy at noon and that it's really important that I get the date of my last of my employment. She then told me she didn’t know how to get it so I asked to speak to Berta she told me she was to busy also. I asked her for corporate number but she refused to give me that also. So I went in with my daughter and granddaughter. I ordered two hash browns and asked for my last day of employment. Skylar took my order and ignored the fact that I asked for my last date of employment so I asked her if I could speak to Berta. Sklar then stated that Berta was on break. Moments later I seen her giving an interview. When she was done my daughter went and asked her for my last day of work. Berta then wanted to ask her what happened to me and why I didn’t return to work and that they didn’t know what happened to me. My daughter told her I’ve been having seizures and have a brain tumor. Berta continue to question my daughter about my employment and after some time agreed to get her the date. About 15 min later she gave the date to my daughter which I’m not even sure is acceptable. Also while I was there waiting for so long I called the store while in the store And Skylar said that’s Brandy I’m not answering it. This is absolutely unacceptable. This put a hold on my social security.
Desired outcome: I would like a response, an apology, and I would like them reprimanded because I’m pretty this is illegal
I also saw A young new employee at 1013 court street McDonald’s get brutally bullied. This store need new management!

5:30 am on Monday morning 12/19/2022
Ordered two crispy chicken McGriddles. Received two chicken biscuits after the cashier looked at them twice because she knew they were wrong and still gave them to us. Went back around to the window and told her we weren’t paying eight dollars for biscuits again like yesterday that we ordered two crispy chicken McGriddles with cheese. She pulled us to the #1 drive thru spot saying they were making a fresh batch of McGriddles and that it would only be a few minutes. It’s 6:13 am and we are still waiting. My son was supposed to be at work at 6:00 am. He obviously is going to be very late as we still do not have our food. This is totally unacceptable for two small items.
Desired outcome: Something needs to be done about the way they do not care about our time and the fact my son was very late for work.
Horrible Service THE WORSE

I had to wait half hour for a simple order 2 large fries, a Happy Meal & chicken nuggets 12 pieces meal
The only person that help me at the end was a Spanish spoken that told the rest of the Horrible Team to please fulfill my order after half hour waiting. The rest of the team was joking and having a good time. If was the owner or Representative of this location? Whoever was the manager on staff I will fire immediately. HORRIBLE Experience

A couple wks I went to your store on 6720 W. Archer Ave. Placed order and crew messed everything up I was missing literally almost half of my order and I called and no one answered. I complained and I received a phone call from a manager and she was going to give me a full credit for the inconvenience. I tried to redeem my credit and the worker denied it...
