Very bad attitude toward customers

Given the proximity to my residence, I often go to your McDonald's with my grandchildren. The standoffish and irritated behavior of your employees gets worse and worse. They don't appear to know the expressions "Thank you/Please" or how to behave with the customer. The last unpleasant experience ..., on 03/01/2023 your employee by the name of Sasha, who by the way appeared to be a manager, was very rude. As a result, I go more often to Burger King or Wendy's and Chick-fil-A across the street. Your employees would need daily online training, especially managers.
Desired outcome: Better manners and work ethics.

The service was terrible plus the automated hiring system was sending out interview dates and times but when the applicants showed up the store had no knowledge of interview setup and the manage never showed up or came out to talk to the applicants just had them sitting there for over a hour and still not telling them anything plus they were getting orders wrong and half cooking customers orders and there was no one to handle the front counter or lobby
Service
I went in on a Saturday March 4th at 9:30 a.m. I always order the same thing I ordered two egg biscuits subbed well done English muffins with the round egg for health reasons this morning one had a raw English muffin the other one was almost well done a young lady the manager came out to my vehicle showed me one of them I said I had two of them she come so she sent another young lady out that I knew and I showed her the sandwich she gives me and I said please tell me if that's well done she goes no it's not well done next thing I know the manager comes out says I threw the sandwich back at the crew member and yelled at her which was a total lie I can't help it if they are out of food and they cannot do business if they make your sandwich properly the first time this would not happen nine times out of 10 they messed my sandwiches up
Desired outcome: I will never be back and I will be verbally telling friends how they treated me

I ordered 2 meals Mcplant and one deal of Mcplant and fries (4.20).
Lady who took my order was polite and good.
She asked me to wait in yellow box for order.
When I received the order one Mcplant was missing. I requested delivery staff that 1 Mcplant is missing.
Instead the Manager John H came out very aggressively (either drunk or drugged)and started arguing with me waving the receipt that I paid for 2 means only why I am making an issue.
I requested that I ordered different as mentioned money I paid is more than 2 meals alone.i requested that may we kindly ask the order taking lady . John H said that he is not interested and he doesn't know how much is one meal so he cannot tell me anything other than I should take my receipt and go.
I went inside and spoke to the lady who was at counter for order and she affirmed that I order as I mentions ...John H came and said that I should not stay here as I am harassing the staff and I should leave the restaurant.
He wanted me to complain if I want.
There was a newly promoted manager in there who approached me kindly and wanted to listen to me but John didn't want any staff to talk to me.
This is Racism. Rudeness.Intoxicated behavior with intimidation threats to a customer.
I went on drive way again and ordered Mcplant and paid.i also asked the lady that when I ordered previously they gave me a fries but not Mcplant so jnstead of myself claiming for Mcplant and making an issue..since I was given fries so its only fair that I should be charged for that and she without saying or asking anything charged 2.60e.
I received my order next window but it was very apparent that all staff was in shock or at their toes at that time
That's an experience which will have me disconnect from McDonalds forever so goodbye McDonalds and kindly have sane and non drugged people as your staff.

the order went through to my app and i received a text from a JADA from Door dash, who is innocent in all of this. She stayed in touch with me via text throughout this situation.
Then, Jada told me that mcdonalds told him/her that "I" needed to cancel my order because it was no longer breakfast. There is no way for me to cancel it, so I communicated with Jada and he/she told me that she was talking to doordash on the phone. It turns out, a few minutes later, I received another text from the mcdonalds telling me that my order was cancelled. This whole situation took almost an hour from start to finish. So, next, the mcdonalds employee there told Jada that they do not use door dash and that they couldn't figure out why they keep getting these delivery orders.
educate your employees on delivery, OR don't offer delivery, then need to correct the app or whatever to remove delivery option. I'm in Bloomington, IL and I chose your mcdonalds because I have guys that work in ElDorado,&I tried showing them appreciation by buying them sandwiches and having them delivered, NONE of which got done. I am shocked that you are not more concerned with the fact that Cardi B is the new representation of McDonalds. My child got the same meal deal and is now suspended from school. As much as I try and monitor what me child does kids will be kids. She went home and googled Cardi B at eight years old and went to school singing about wet [censored] pussy and wanting truck parked in her garage and having [censored] eatin like a cup cake. I am appalled!
What happened to the hamburglar and Ronal McDonald? They were taken away for being offensive and the playgrounds were destroyed because the balls were dangerous and not sanitary. Drive thru, and my order mistake
My husband and I went to the drive thru around 3:45 pm at McDonalds at the corner of Waterloo Rd and Arlington St on Tuesday February 27th. Our first complaint is that it took 20 minutes to place our order and another 15 minutes to reach the window to be handed our order. We ordered 2 fish for $6.00 and 2 quarter pounders no cheese, onion only. When I opened my quater pounder not only did it have cheese on it but 2 slices of cheese and catsup, pickles and onion. The special order ticket clearly stated no cheese and no further requested. Info. I took the sandwiches back to the inside order window and after another 17 minutes which the lobby was filled with many angry customers waiting for their food. I looked around there was a table of Employee sitting at a table I walked up and asked might there be a manager here? The manager asked what do you need? She threw my sandwich in the trash and had replaced them. This store has been a problem and today was the last time.
Desired outcome: Managers who can actually manage. More employees. Although seems like no one wants to get a job these days.

I used to work for McDonald's and I moved onto another job. December 28th I was arrested on an out of state warrant. I was told by an employee that the next day, Ashley who is the GM of the Angleton, Texas McDonald's on velasco st, was showing my mugshot and saying that I stole from my new job and got caught so that's why I was arrested for Felony Forgery.

I just got home from the McDonalds at 71st and Riverside in Tulsa Ok, I ordered two big breakfasts with hotcakes. I received everything EXCEPT the hotcakes (I did however receive the syrup and butter that goes on the hotcakes). I'm so disappointed with the service, again, it seems as though each time I order through the drive thru I get shorted and it's not worth driving all the way back to get what was missing while my food is at home getting cold. I just needed to tell someone or "something" about my experience.

we went to the Sidney Ohio McDonalds and ordered 25 dollars of food. we waited in drive thru line 30 minutes then ordered the food and was told to go to waiting area for order. We waited there for another 25 minutes watching people come and go that we know were after us. So we went in and got a very cold reception from all as if they did not care about our business. Our complaint has been going on for at least 6 months. A group of us meet one day a week in Dunbar, WV for breakfast. We have done this for 21 years except during covid when the indoor dining was closed.
There is never any heat turned on in the dining room. We took an IR Temp. Gauge in last week. It was 53*F outside and inside. The supply duct and return air duct was both 53*F. Concrete floor was 55*F. Coffee received at the same time was different. Probably from two different pots. One was 113*F and the other was 90*F.
Paper towel dispenser were empty.
Two weeks ago they did not have any large drink cups.
The week before that they had no cream for the coffee. They poured a little milk in a clear plastic container.
The music they play is very, very loud. Makes it difficult to carry on a conversation.
Very seldom out of our group who stagger in between 7 and 7:15 am do we all get what we ordered correct.
One other group of 8 has already went to Tudors Biscuit World 1/4 mile away.
They told us that corporate controls the temperature and the loud music.
Is there anything you can do to correct these problems before we move on to Tudors Biscuit World or Wendys.

Order made on the app
I placed an order today on the app and I customized the order to what I wanted and what I could eat. When I picked up my order at the local McDonalds in Troy Alabama I did not get my customized order. I wanted 2 egg McMuffins with no butter and no muffin. I did not get this. I also did not get the 4 extra caramels in my iced coffee. I don't understand that...

The last few times my orders have been incorrect and when brought to the employee’s attention they are extremely rude and have gotten food thrown in bag. Most of my orders are done on the McDonald’s app in Leesburg fl 14 th st, I do understand they have a lot of young kids working but they still are at a place of business and should have a little better customer service
Desired outcome: Maybe you can give some training on customer service people should be respectful no matter what the behavior that happens at that place mostly all kids with no upbringing at all I’d love for some free food with all the money I’ve spent
Over charging and not getting what I ordered
At about 5 45 PM at the Columbia Hwy location they not only didn’t give me what I ordered but way over charged me. If I don’t get back a full refund for this I will go straight to the management tomorrow. These kids need to start listening and stop trying to avoid the work they are required to do. They didn’t want to give me what I ordered and didn’t want to properly charge me or give me a receipt.
