I used to work for McDonald's and I moved onto another job. December 28th I was arrested on an out of state warrant. I was told by an employee that the next day, Ashley who is the GM of the Angleton, Texas McDonald's on velasco st, was showing my mugshot and saying that I stole from my new job and got caught so that's why I was arrested for Felony Forgery.

I just got home from the McDonalds at 71st and Riverside in Tulsa Ok, I ordered two big breakfasts with hotcakes. I received everything EXCEPT the hotcakes (I did however receive the syrup and butter that goes on the hotcakes). I'm so disappointed with the service, again, it seems as though each time I order through the drive thru I get shorted and it's not worth driving all the way back to get what was missing while my food is at home getting cold. I just needed to tell someone or "something" about my experience.
Desired outcome: Discuss with your employees the importance of checking the order before it is handed thru the window.
service was horrible and food cold
we went to the Sidney Ohio McDonalds and ordered 25 dollars of food. we waited in drive thru line 30 minutes then ordered the food and was told to go to waiting area for order. We waited there for another 25 minutes watching people come and go that we know were after us. So we went in and got a very cold reception from all as if they did not care about our business. While we frequent this establishment very often an revisiting is very doubtful again.

Difficulty placing and receiving an order. Messy lobby
Last night (2/24/2023, Friday at 6) our family went to McDonald's Store Number 25868. My daughter got 3 happy meals for her 3 children, a sandwich and a drink Her meals were put on the counter but nobody called her order number and the food was not delivered to her table. Our complaint has been going on for at least 6 months. A group of us meet one day a week in Dunbar, WV for breakfast. We have done this for 21 years except during covid when the indoor dining was closed.
There is never any heat turned on in the dining room. We took an IR Temp. Gauge in last week. It was 53*F outside and inside. The supply duct and return air duct was both 53*F. Concrete floor was 55*F. Coffee received at the same time was different. Probably from two different pots. One was 113*F and the other was 90*F.
Paper towel dispenser were empty.
Two weeks ago they did not have any large drink cups.
The week before that they had no cream for the coffee. They poured a little milk in a clear plastic container.
The music they play is very, very loud. Makes it difficult to carry on a conversation.
Very seldom out of our group who stagger in between 7 and 7:15 am do we all get what we ordered correct.
One other group of 8 has already went to Tudors Biscuit World 1/4 mile away.
They told us that corporate controls the temperature and the loud music.
Is there anything you can do to correct these problems before we move on to Tudors Biscuit World or Wendys.

Desired outcome: Correct the problems ASAP or let us know so we can move on. We have been doing this for 21 years since we retired and hate to change onless we are forced to.One again we thank you.
Order made on the app
I placed an order today on the app and I customized the order to what I wanted and what I could eat. When I picked up my order at the local McDonalds in Troy Alabama I did not get my customized order. I wanted 2 egg McMuffins with no butter and no muffin. I did not get this. I also did not get the 4 extra caramels in my iced coffee. I don't understand that...

The last few times my orders have been incorrect and when brought to the employee’s attention they are extremely rude and have gotten food thrown in bag. Most of my orders are done on the McDonald’s app in Leesburg fl 14 th st, I do understand they have a lot of young kids working but they still are at a place of business and should have a little better customer service
Desired outcome: Maybe you can give some training on customer service people should be respectful no matter what the behavior that happens at that place mostly all kids with no upbringing at all I’d love for some free food with all the money I’ve spent
Over charging and not getting what I ordered
At about 5 45 PM at the Columbia Hwy location they not only didn’t give me what I ordered but way over charged me. If I don’t get back a full refund for this I will go straight to the management tomorrow. These kids need to start listening and stop trying to avoid the work they are required to do. They didn’t want to give me what I ordered and didn’t want to properly charge me or give me a receipt.

The upper Sandusky store opened sometime in early 1980s wrong orders a lot back then over 40 years & wrong orders are now more frequent?

I purchased a breakfast platter today. I did it at the drive thru - on Timberlake rd. #5399.; When I got home with my meal - the biscuit was not eatable due to what appreared to be coffee soaked into the bottom of the biscuit. I didn't not order any coffee and I don't even like coffee. When I placed the order ay the window - it seemed like they were unsure if I could order a platter. Now I am wondering if I received the last one and they didn't want to make another one due to them spilling coffee all over this one. So they just bagged it and handed it to me. I am very upset. I have been sick and my husband is in hospital. I stopped to get me food before coming home from Hospital and this is the way. Desired outcome: refund; replacement or gift card. I go to thius McDonald's every morning and the ladies there at 7 am are wonderful this Saturday crew are not trained correctly and have an attitude toward working and customers.
Egg McMuffin
I went to your store16841 on 02-06-2023 at 7:44am I ordered an Egg McMuffin with no Canadian Bacon and got the Canadian Bacon with no cheese; my receipt number is [protected] - 00063 - 0. I emailed McDonalds yesterday and haven't heard anything. I don't understand it seems they mess my order up all the time and I love going to that McDonalds. Thank you.

Slip and fall
I visited McDonald on International Speedway in Daytona Beach, FL yesterday 02/04/2023 we made our order at the Kiosk and sat down to wait for our order. After the order was served we finished and I started to stand up from the stool that I was sitting on tilted over and throw me off of it onto the floor where I violently hit my head and landed on the right side of my arm. Thank God the other people in the restaurant politely helped me off the floor. The manager did come out.
I started feeling pains in my back and arm. I am very stiff this morning. I guess you don't feel the injuries until the next day. I had a massive stroke in 2018, I guess I lost my balance.
Desired outcome: Check those stools in the restaurant and some kind of small compensation for my injuries, not to mention blame.
Customer service and filling my drinks only half full
I have issues with this McDonald's almost every time I go there. It first started one early morning when I passed up the first window to the second window, because there was no one at the first window. 2 guys started yelling at me. I told them that there was no one at the first window. They basically called me a liar, and said that there was some one there. I told the one guy if it was such a problem, just give me my credit card back. He went back to the other guy and brought my card back to me. This happened a few weeks ago. This morning on 2/4/23 at about 4:00 am. The employee told a guy at the speaker on foot to get the f_ out of here. So now there arguing back and forth while I'm waiting to order. Then when I got home with my coffee, my husband and I was drinking our coffee got almost finished with it and got a mouthful of coffee grounds.
Desired outcome: They need to be taught on how to treat there customers
Oatmeal and hashbrown
Stop at the drive thru, for oatmeal and hashbrown. The older indian man while handing me my change at as if I had a disease. Okay it's covid but it was how he did it.. Then handed me a burnt up hashbrown that was iced cold. Open up the bag at work and didn't have my rasins and oatmeal was cold. How do you serve that type of food cold. Called at location but they didn't answer the phone.
