Makro Onlinedelivery of online order

To whom it may concern

Every online order that is placed with Marko is a problem.

The delivery time is 3-5 days and then changed in Dec 2018 to 7- 10 days.
See below my order and payment date and when I received delivery.
I do not get any feedback or poor service from Makro.

Delivery Received: Was not delivered as this took to long we collect on the 13/08/2018 ( 13 days)

Delivery received: 20/08/2018 (12 days)

Delivery Received: 24/10/2018 ( 13 days)

Payment date: 08/01/2019
Delivery received: 31/01/2019 ( 23 Days)

Payment date: 03/04/2019
Delivery Received: 17/04/2019 ( 15 days)

Order number: 2071127
Payment date: 12/06/2019
Delivery received: Still outstanding ( 16 days +)

Can you please look into this matter and advise as this is an on going problem.
