Konga Not Quite There Yet: My Review of Konga.com - Delivery, Customer Service, and Potential for Improvement

I recently checked out Konga.com, and while there are some good things going for it, there are definitely some areas where they can improve.

First off, let's talk about delivery. I had a package that was supposed to arrive on a certain day, but it ended up being late. Not a huge deal, but it's not a good look when a company can't get their packages to their customers on time. And speaking of packages, when my wristwatch arrived, it was damaged. I reached out to customer service to try and get a replacement, but I was pretty disappointed when they told me they couldn't help me out.

Which brings me to my next point: customer service. In my experience, Konga's help response wasn't great. It took a while for them to get back to me, and when they did, they didn't really seem all that interested in helping me out.

With all that said, Konga still has plenty of potential. I like that they're an online store that's trying to make a name for themselves, and I think they've got a decent selection of products. But if they want to really stand out from the competition, they need to work on their delivery system, make sure their products don't arrive damaged, and improve their customer service.

Konga Disappointing Experience with Konga: Poor Customer Service and Quality Control

Recently, I bought a Semec Rechargeable fan from Konga online store. I was very excited to receive it, but upon delivery, I discovered that the fan was not working properly and it was packaged for sale. I couldn't believe it! I quickly called Konga's customer care agent and was referred to the seller by being given the seller's phone number. I was not pleased with this at all, as I expected better customer service.

After speaking with the seller, I was able to return the product and get my money back. However, this situation left me with little confidence in Konga's products. I later ordered swimming glasses for my children, and when the delivery guy brought them to my doorstep, he informed me that I couldn't open the package unless I made payment. I was really surprised by this! I wondered why the company would refuse to allow me to inspect my purchase before making payment.

Unfortunately, this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I expected a better level of professionalism and customer service from Konga. Another issue arose when I purchased gas from Konga and received what turned out to be a fake product. This was quite discouraging, as I thought I could trust the company to provide genuine products.

Overall, I must say that my experience with Konga has been disappointing. The company needs to improve its customer service and ensure that its products meet high standards of quality. I am not sure whether I will be purchasing from Konga in the future, given my recent negative experiences. I just hope that the company makes an effort to address these issues soon, so that it can restore its customers' trust and confidence.

Konga Konga Needs to Improve Their Customer Service and Product Quality - My Disappointing Experience

I recently bought a product from Konga, and I wasn't too pleased with the service I received. I ordered a pair of an item, but to my surprise, only one piece showed up at my doorstep. I immediately informed the company about the issue through both their email and WhatsApp. I included screenshots and photos as proof, hoping that they would promptly resolve the issue.

The Konga team assured me that they would handle it without further delay, and I waited for their response. The following day, I received an email saying that the seller refused to take back the product because they had already described it as a pair. I was bewildered because that was precisely the problem I had faced - the seller advertised and marketed the item as a pair, but I only received one. They informed me that the item couldn't be returned because it was advertised as a pair.

To me, this was outrageous. I mean, who in their right mind wouldn't know that a pair refers to two of the same item? I felt as if the Konga team didn't understand that a customer had specific expectations for a product, and when those expectations weren't met, they needed to address the issue instead of making excuses.

Overall, I'm deeply disappointed with Konga. If you're looking to purchase items, be very specific and ensure what you order is precisely what you need, or you might face difficulty returning it.

Konga Konga Review: Faulty DVD Player, Difficult Return Process, Total Letdown

So, I've recently ordered a DVD player from Konga, and boy was it a disappointing experience! I live in Nigeria, and I thought it was a good idea to get a DVD player from an online store right here in my home country. But, that was a mistake!

The DVD player I received was faulty - it simply didn't work! So, I decided to return it. However, returning the item to Konga was way harder than I thought. They made me go through hoops, and it was difficult to get the item returned.

To make matters worse, when I finally got the item into the system for return, they claimed that I didn't provide a video clip they had requested. But, I had! I even showed them the email and the video clip, yet they still didn't give me a way to return the item.

From my experience, Konga is a total scam! They sell cheap goods that are faulty, make it difficult for you to return the item, and when you finally manage to get it done, they don't respond or give you a way to return the item.

Save yourself the trouble, and try another vendor. Konga isn't worth it.

Konga Konga is a Complete Rip-Off - Toy Items Delivered Instead of Purchased Items

So, I made this order for a rechargeable usb water dispenser pump and a vegetable chopper from Konga (konga.com). However, I was extremely disappointed when they delivered "toy" products to me. Both items were not functional at all and seemed like a complete waste of time and money. I immediately contacted their customer care line, and they advised me to send a video of the items to them via email for investigation.

Since then, I have been making several follow-up calls just to get any feedback from them, but all my efforts have been fruitless. It's so frustrating because Konga is sounding like an empty barrel now. I even visited their office in Banex Abuja, and trust me, I was so disappointed. Their staff were like those market sellers who know nothing about customer service. They are so unprofessional and rude. I must say I wasn't very impressed with my visit to the office.

Despite my valid complaint, they refused to take the "toy" items back, which is very unfair and unacceptable. I am thoroughly disappointed with their service, and I believe they need to be properly investigated. Trust me; I'm taking it up to higher authorities to make sure this is resolved.

Overall, Konga's service has shown to be nothing but a complete rip-off. It's high time they return to the drawing board and figure out how to improve their service. It's so disheartening to see this online site take advantage of innocent customers. In conclusion, Konga is a thief, and their site should be closed down if nothing is done to rectify their wrongs.

Konga Konga Restores Customer Faith: They Went Above and Beyond!

Didn't like quality of products I bought from Konga. I was really angry, but I sent an email to Konga about it anyway because I ain't gonna let 'em get away with it. At first, I thought they was all talk and no action because they just kept assuring me they'd fix the problem, but with no show. So, I posted in a review site how bad my experience was, I was very emotional and frustrated. Then, like a miracle, days later, they emailed me telling me that they credited my Konga wallet with some cash that I could use to buy anything that I wanted. I didn't believe 'em at first, but my curiosity got the better of me so I tried buying something and lo and behold, it worked. They really did credit my account with some dough. Now I forgive them.

I have to say that I didn't think I could ever trust 'em again but Konga really did come through for me. I was having some doubts about buying from them altogether again. But, now I guess those worries are out the window. As a customer, if you're havin' any issues with the products you purchased from Konga, let them know about it. They'll find a solution to your problem real quick. In my experience with them they showed some true integrity and honesty that made me keep me coming back for more, and I am not one to come back easily. Thank you Konga!

Konga Disappointing service from Konga: Damaged Dining Table & Poor Customer Care Response

I recently made a purchase on Konga.com for a glass dining table with 6 chairs for over 100k. The table was delivered to my place on November 21st, but when the delivery person tried to assemble it, they found that it was damaged. I contacted Konga customer care, and to my surprise, they claimed that the table was well packed and must have gotten damaged at my place.

I was extremely disappointed with this response and felt like Konga was only interested in taking my money without providing proper service. I want to warn other customers to be careful what they order from Konga because you might end up having a similar experience.

What investigation did Konga do before coming to this conclusion? Did they contact their team in Asaba and Benin to ask for more details? From my follow-up, they were aware of the damaged table. However, I strongly believe that the goods were well packed and it got damaged while it was still inside the original packaging.

I hope that Konga takes responsibility for the damaged table and provides me with the service that I deserve as a paying customer.

Konga Avoid Doing Business with Konga.com & Just Games Solution

I am not a happy camper right now. I went on Konga.com and ordered a Mario galaxy game 5 days ago. Can you believe they still haven't given me a tracking number or any other details about my order? And to make matters worse, 2 days after I placed my initial order, it was cancelled! Like, what the heck? But eventually, after much back and forth, they gave me a new order number F001 on the 21st of December.

I thought things were finally looking up, but boy was I wrong. I've been calling both Konga's contact center and the supplier, Just Games Solution, non-stop, but it's like talking to a brick wall - they keep shuffling the blame back and forth. Konga's customer care team is all like, "Maybe Just Games Solution doesn't have it in stock." I mean, come on, if it wasn't in stock, why did they display it on the site to begin with?

Meanwhile, Just Games Solution is claiming that the game is already with Konga. So, who's lying? This is not the first time I've had issues with Just Games Solution - and trust me, their "service delivery" is just awful. I've been calling them since yesterday, but they're refusing to pick my calls now. Honestly, save yourself the stress and avoid doing business with these guys. I'm just hoping and praying that I'll eventually get my game - but I don't have any faith in Konga or Just Games Solution to deliver on their promises.

Konga My Disappointing Experience with Konga - Poor Quality Products and Difficulty in Getting Refunds

Konga's online shopping experience is a let down for me. It's frustrating that they don't guarantee the product quality from their sellers. In fact, I don't suggest anyone to purchase anything online from Konga.

The services provided by Konga need to be improved and monitored more closely. The sellers' items on their website need to be checked properly before going up on their website. At times, Konga refuses to accept returns even when the products are defective or faulty.

I recently bought a smart watch that stopped working within two months of usage. It made me agitated to think that I had to spend money on a watch that was no longer functioning as it should. On top of that, when I ordered clothes which looked too small for me, I wasn’t surprised that they did not fit me properly. This is not what is advertised on their website. When I then tried to return the clothes, to my dismay, they didn't accept my request for return. According to their policy, the seller had sent the right size of clothing to me. It seems like Konga has the sellers' back, not the customers'. It makes online shopping with them an unpleasant experience.

Another example was when I ordered Bluetooth earphones. I wanted them to work perfectly. However, when I tried to use both the earphones together, they wouldn't pair. This left me with two separate earphones that work individually. It was a let down and cost me unnecessary extra shopping time and expenses.

I have shopped on their website repeatedly, but I have been disappointed each time. The lack of product quality and the difficulty of getting refunds from Konga is not worth it. My personal opinion is that Konga is far behind other online shopping experiences I've had before. I'd rather shop at other online stores where I can get the best shopping experience.

Konga Konga Online Shopping: A Disappointing Experience with Poor Communication and Fake Return Policy

Konga online shopping platform is a huge disappointment, and their claim of being the most trustworthy and reliable shopping platform is outright false. As a customer, I can attest to the fact that their "8 days return policy" is just a way to lure unsuspecting customers into a false sense of security.

Recently, I purchased a phone from a seller on Konga for the sum of N65,800. Unfortunately, the phone started overheating within five days of purchase, and I immediately lodged a complaint with Konga. The communication process was terrible, and it took a considerable amount of time to get a response from them.

I was ultimately asked to return the phone, which I did, but they sent it back to me after a month, claiming that the overheating was normal for Android phones. It was a ridiculous assertion, considering that anyone who uses Android phones knows that overheating is not a normal occurrence. I even offered to pay extra to purchase a different phone, but they declined.

To make matters worse, they sent the phone back to a different town, which made it difficult to retrieve. I have been trying to track the phone for over a week with no luck. At this point, I regret ever doing business with Konga, and I would advise anyone reading this review to avoid them like the plague.

In conclusion, Konga is not the trustworthy and reliable shopping platform they claim to be. Their communication skills are poor, and their return policy is a scam. As customers, we need to be wary of false advertising, and always do our due diligence before making any purchases online.

Konga Incorrect Order

On 28th May 2023, I placed an order, which are two packets of Ginseng instant Tea that has two Birds as its logo on top left of its packet produced by WICEASCO COMPANY with order No F568440379001 but i received a different type that produced by SHANG HAI BO ZHENG FOOD CO LTD that has IAF as its logo on top right side which is not the type i ordered.

Please i need the Ginseng tea that has two birds as its logo at left side of its packet produced by WICEASCO COMPANY which was what i exactly ordered not the one you sent to me that is produced by SHANG HAI BO ZHENG FOOD CO LTD that has IAF as its logo which was not what i ordered because i do not like the product and i don't take it.

I will be happy if my complaint is considerd.

Konga Konga.com: Total Scam Alert - Stay Far Away for a Reliable Shopping Experience

konga.com ain't no joke, man. Let me tell you, if you're smart (and I know you are, since you're reading this review), you'll stay away from this site. It's a total scam, plain and simple.

First off, can we talk about the quality of the products they sell? It's garbage, man. I ordered a phone from them and it was a total fake. I mean, come on! How am I supposed to use a phone that doesn't even work? And don't even get me started on the other stuff I ordered from them. It was all low-quality junk that fell apart as soon as I opened the package.

And let's talk about shipping. They promised me my stuff would arrive in a couple of days, but it took over a week to show up. And when it did finally arrive, half of it was missing! I know they didn't forget to put it in the package, because the box was sealed tight. They just straight-up took my stuff and thought I wouldn't notice.

I tried to get my money back, but that was a big ol' waste of time. They kept making promises but never delivered. It's like they didn't even care that I had been scammed. I had to go through my bank to get my money back, and even that was a hassle.

So, if you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy online shopping experience, konga.com is not the place to go. You're better off flushing your money down the toilet than giving it to these scammers. Stay far, far away!

Konga Disappointing battery performance of Inspiron 15/Vostro 15 from Konga with no return policy. Be cautious!

Konga website is amazing, they got everything you need and you can get it all without stepping out of your home. I recently bought the Inspiron 15 7577 Inspiron [protected]-7000/Vostro 15-7570, 7580 Battery from Konga and I was really excited about it.

The delivery was prompt and I was impressed by the packaging. However, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment when the battery did not last for up to 30 minutes after only a few months of use. What's worse is that there was no warranty and no option for a return of the product.

I was extremely disappointed as I had high hopes for the product. It's a waste of money and time, and I advise anyone considering buying this product to steer clear of it.

Konga Buyer Beware: My Horrible Experience with Konga - Wasted Over 100k on Faulty Products and Useless Customer Support

Konga, man oh man! These guys be trippin'. I wasted over 100k on this site buying stuff that don't even work. Like, for real. I got an ice maker and a coffee maker and both of them just stopped working on the first use. And then when I tried to contact their customer support, it was like talking to a brick wall. They didn't give a hoot about my plight.

It's really sad that there are people out there who are willing to sell fake stuff to hardworking folks just to make a quick buck. And Konga seems to be one of those platforms where these scammers run rampant. So please folks, do not make the same mistake I did. Stay clear of Konga if you want to keep your money safe. Don't be like me, crying over spilt milk.

I really wish there was a way to get my money back, but I doubt that's gonna happen. So the only thing I can do now is warn others not to fall for Konga's tricks. Because trust me, it ain't worth it.

Konga Beware of Konga: Unreliable Products & Poor Customer Service - My Experience

Konga is not a trustworthy website to shop from. I made the mistake of purchasing a Bosch Hand Blender 1000w for the price of ?8?900 when it was originally listed for ?16?000 with product code 5389145. The blender worked only once and when I tried to use it again a few days later, it failed to work. This was extremely frustrating for me as I expected a high-quality product from Konga. Additionally, getting in touch with customer service about my order number F001 delivery confirmation has been a nightmare.

I am beyond disappointed in my purchase and I demand my money back. The products sold on Konga are not reliable and purchasing from the website has proven to be an expensive mistake. I have lost my trust in Konga and I will be taking my business elsewhere. Don't make the same mistake I did and avoid shopping at Konga.

Konga BEWARE: Unreliable Konga Cancels Orders and Holds Money for Weeks Without Valid Reason

Konga suddnely cancld my order cuz da sellr who I bought frm dint delivr my stuff. So I told Konga to gi me my $$ bak in my bank act. But it's been alrdy 2 WHOLE weeks and still no $$! They keep givin me some random excuses and when I ask them, they r flat out lying to me on Whatsapp nd emails! It's so annoying! I even took screenshots so y'all can see how bad they r. So, I went on Konga.com to get me an office chair and what I got was total gibberish. The thing had incomplete parts and wasn't even what I ordered. I was so mad, I held my head for days. I returned it the same day and all they did was take my money without refunding me yet. It's over a month now and I still haven't gotten anything, not even a little bit of my money back!

Their organization is terrible, absolutely terrible. They don't have a structure at all. It's like they are just winging it, and if you make the mistake of buying from them, you're going to pay for it with your sanity.

Honestly, I wouldn't advise you to shop on Konga.com, because they're not reliable. Do yourself a favour and shop somewhere else, save yourself the headache. I'm warning you now, don't say I didn't.

Konga Konga Review: Received Wrong Product, Not as Advertised

Hey guys, it's important for me to say that I had a bad experience with Konga. I'm telling you so you don't make the same mistake. The problem is that what's on their website is not what they deliver, and that's not fair. I ordered a Qasa washing machine with 8kg washing and 5kg spinning capacity, but what I received was a washing machine with only 5.5kg washing and 3kg spinning capacity. This is not what I ordered or paid for. My order number is F001, and the shipment number is B#H458623330.

Honestly, I was upset when I got the washing machine because it's not what I wanted, and it's not what I ordered. I wanted to be able to wash and spin my clothes in larger amounts, but with the small capacity of this machine, I can't do that. It's frustrating because I could have bought a different machine if I had known that this is what I would get. Plus, the fact that the product I received was not as advertised worries me that Konga is not a company that I can trust.

All in all, I would advise anyone to be cautious when dealing with Konga. Based on my experience, I feel like they're just an online scam shopping mall where you could end up with something you didn't want or pay for.
