We purchased a RO no pump 5 stage filter system from Makro Online last September 2024. Order number MAK7605514 and paid a trusted price of R4,290. We are now trying to buy a new filter set as it has been cleaning our water for a year and we are following the recommendations to put in a set of new filters. We ordered the brand new 5 filter package twice from Makro Online and each time we found the internal diameters of the filters were too small for our system from Makro, and sent both filter sets back as they do not fit this system. Now we find out one can buy the similar machine for under R2,000, What? Actually unbelievable!
Claimed loss: R2,000 over priced. Plus kindly replace existing system we have, with a new one that we can get the correct fitting filters from Makro Online, our original supplier outlet!
Desired outcome: Kindly replace our purchased system with a new one as we are not able to find the correct filters to fit this machine, & refund us the difference of the current price to what we originally paid, Approximately R2000.
