Visited my store (now former store) to buy Lowe's "best selling shovel" (self proclaimed) in Hammond, LA on 8/14/23 and they are stored 20 feet in the air and the only way to get one his to find a Lowe's employee to get it for you. Guess what after canvassing half the store there was NO ONE that would help me! Found someone and they made a page over the intercom and one showed up to get the freaking shovel for me!

After wasting an hour of my life, I walked out empty handed and closed my Lowe's CC account! I will never give another penny to this half a$ company!

Desired outcome: I want them to recognize that this store is completed mismanaged!

It should read "no one showed up" to get the shovel for me!
