Environmental Water Systems

I've had a bunch of EWS whole house filters and under-sink filters for like 20 years and through a bunch of moves. They still make their filters right here in the USA while everyone else went and sold out to those cheap overseas manufacturers. I ain't gonna buy any other filter brands, 'cause this one's the absolute best.

I bought a water filter thingy from these guys in 2017. They said it's got a warranty for 10 years, but since May , the dang thing ain't working right. When it tries to refresh the water, it gets all stuck and just keeps running water non-stop. It's happened a bunch of times now and I've wasted so much water, it's crazy. I reached out to EWS in May to get it fixed, and I've been following their steps, but it's been over 3 months and still no replacement part or any idea when it'll be fixed. It's frustrating as heck.

I love EWS so much! Their customer service is great and the people in the office are super helpful. The water filter they have is the best I've seen (and I've done a lot of research). If you take care of it by changing the filters and putting it in the right spot in your house, it works perfectly. I have the under sink filter and the whole-house one, and they're both amazing. I've told all my friends and family about EWS and I'll never live in a house without one of their filters.

I've been a customer and fan of EWS for many years. As a realtor in Las Vegas, Nv, I've used their products personally for years and never hesitate to recommend EWS to my clients, whether they're buying a new home or an existing home or condo. Howard E and his staff are exceptional for many reasons, most notably, everyone who works in the company actually knows what they're talking about. They're professional, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable. When I think of the number of home builders who actually install "salt added" water conditioners, I cringe. Just the thought of adding sale to the water system here is egregious. EWS is the best there is!

I bought and put in a water filter from EWS in 2019. After a year, like the manufacturer said, I got a new filter from Amazon. But in under 6 months, the Amazon filter started messing up the water flow. It took a whole 7 minutes to fill up a kettle!
To cut it short, I called up EWS customer service and a nice lady named Wendy told me that Amazon isn't an official place to get replacement filters. Wendy was super nice and gave me a new filter. Two days later, I got the replacement and now our water system is working great again. I totally recommend getting and putting in this company's filtration system!
