Eureka Forbes Water purifier

I've requested for the filter to be changed from Aquaguard.

On the same day I purchased AMC for Rs.1700 but still they haven't sent any technician to me.

First call made - 6th Feb

AMC purchased - 6th Feb

Eureka Forbes Water purifier

Hello,

I have an aquaguard water purifier. I got a call from aquaguard water purifier and i bought an AMC for 3 years. I had requested for a service on 2nd january. The technician did not come for service nor did he bother to call and inform us that he is not coming. When we called him and enquired about it he is informing us that they don't have the spares needed to do the service. Their tone is also rude. I want this issue resolved or i want me AMC money refunded. Please have someone contact me as soon as possible.

Eureka Forbes RO+UV Water Purifier

Our water purifier has not working for the past 2 days. Eureka Forbes renewed the contract a few days back, and now not a single service engineer has visited our house to resolve the issue.

What is the point of the contract if the service is so pathetic when we need it. We have been buying drinking water for the past 2 days. Are these people even human that they are being negligent about something as important as drinking water?

We should gone for Kent instead.

Eureka Forbes AMC silver plan

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I purchased the AMC silver plan from EUREKA FORBES LIMITED on 31st August, 2023 (document attached).

However, even after multiple complaints, they are not sending technician to change the water filter kit . I have complained countless times to provide me the filter kit as part of AMC, but even after more than a month, nothing is provided. They are closing my complaints deliberately after 2-3 days without any communication. They escalated the issue to senior person, but still no resolution. Below is the latest complaint number out of countless complaints raised.

Eureka Forbes Aquasure Xpert RO (Water Purifier)

I am an old customer of Aquaguard Water purifier (RO) for last many years. Due to transfer, we had to shift to different places (Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Rajkot and now Pune). Earlier the service was prompt and reasonably good.

However, AFTER a 2 year AMC payment in March 2023, they are not responding to our complaints.

Our RO is giving warning to change the cartridges (filters). We informed them from our Registered Mobile Number on 24.03 2023. They promised that the complaint will be attended to immediately. However, no one has attended so far. We also lodged complaint on email given by them : deepa.[protected]@eurekaforbes.co.in.

Someone called on our registered mobile and promised to attend our complaint AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE. The email received from them promised a timeline of 24 hours. Nothing happened in 24 hours. We wrote again. Someone again called just to inform that our complaint was still OPEN as per their record and it will be attended to AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE. Only thing the caller said that as per their record the complaint was opened on 26.03.2023 and not on 24.03.2023.

After being fed up we wrote them to cancel our 2 year AMC and refund the amount. Again they called and said it will be attended AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE. again nothing happened.

Now we are forced to purchase safe water for drinking. Neither they are servicing the machine (replacing the cartridges) nor they are refunding our AMC money

Eureka Forbes Dr. Aquaguardᴿ Fusion Hot N Ambient N Cold Water Purifier

i am residing at chennai,i brought this Dr. Aquaguardᴿ Fusion Hot N Ambient N Cold Water Purifier from eureka forbes on 15th september 2021 for a price of around Rs.39000,the machine started to malfunction and it was giving low water output from the month of february 2022 i gave complaint to their customer care but till now no one visited to repair the product.i think the company just sells this kind of high tech machines and dodges from repairing it.i am spending huge amounts of money by buying water cans due to this.i am in a process of taking legal action

Desired outcome: either replace the machine with a new one or with lower end RO water purifier machine without hot and cold function or refund the money

Eureka Forbes Water purifier

Eureka fobes company cheated me, I bought 9 stage purifier on 16 November 2020 with 2 years maintenance contract and they done only 2 services in these period. my contract is finishing on November and they want to me to renew this contract. getting slow water and now saying that need to replace tank with AED 700. they are misleading people and trying to get continue contract and getting money. so please do not buy from them. Now I am trying to complaint in Dubai consumer court.

Eureka Forbes Forbes Jazz Sr. No.049094

I purchased a Forbes Jazz Vaccum Clearner Sr. No. 049094 from M/sBharat Distributors on 28-09-2020 vide Invoice No.2678 dt. 28.09.2020. This vaccum cleaner stops working and I raise a complaint vide complaint No.[protected] dt 23.06.2021. After one day Engineer came and checked and told me that its motor is out of order and will be replaced within 2 or 3 days. Till that day I am regularly following up but person told me that I have arranged your motor and will be replaced in 2 days. Inspite of repeated reminders for almost 28 days, no person came to replace this. Then I requested the person Mr. Alam whom I am following up said that I am busy, pl come to maulijagran at my residence, I will replace. Then last week I gone there and called him but no response then after following up again I gone to his residence at maulijagran on 23rd of July 21 where he said this cannot be replaced due to mishandling. Dear sir this is not the service Eureka is giving us. When engineer came to my house he didnot told me like this. Request you to please solve the problem, I have 6-7 times used this equipment and there is no mishandling

I took Eureka Fobes yearly contract to do maintenance, these persons do not know how to fit filters, I only told him with the help of youtube, last one and half month I was trying to call them but not getting a positive response.

sometimes they did not pick the phone and some people blocked my number.

I felt that this company/organization is not genuine.

Eureka Forbes complaint

Complaint Against - Eureka Forbes Water Purification UAE

I have made a booking yesterday (November 13th 2019) with Eureka Forbes UAE for a 9 Stage RO Water Purifier (Same Company) and gave them an advance of 300 AED.

Total device cost was 2300 AED. It was a RO+UV+Alkaline Flagship model.

But Luckily last night I got this complaints blog where everyone has registered there complaints.

Now they are not agreeing to refund my advance as I cancelled the order today November 14th 2019 at early morning before even when they would have arranged the delivery.

Where the Sales guy ALI (+971551817623) committed that if you need you can cancel the order in next 2 days and they will refund the advance.

Please suggest how can raise a complaint against them as they have given me a proper bill.

Eureka Forbes ro water filter machine

I have been a customer from Jan 2017 until.now. as per contract and AMC they are supposed to.come for servicing every 2 months, which they never do.unless u call. Also the water taste changes many times as well as the water stops.coming. they ask.for extra money for.repairong saying it's not.under warranty, however what is in the contract is not being adhered by them, so what about that? They are a salesman coming on cold.calls visits and selling the products. They are.not trustworthy as their.service.level is pathetic and machine doesn't seem to be genuine.

Eureka Forbes water purifiers

Fraud company, not real and no office to trace in Sharjah. Only mobile numbers and bunch of Pakistani guys only. lady calls from Sharjah and misbehaves if any complaint or wants to talk any senior. Every time makes a service contract, takes money and again ask money to change the filter. Lady who calls and boys comes keeps making cool. You are forced to drink dirty water or again pay money. If They come for service then just clean it and don't change the filters.

Eureka Forbes aquaguard superb

I want to bring up my worst ever consumer experience with EurekaForbes aquaguard here.

They are completely insensitive to your concerns. I have called customer care like 10 times and still I don't see any solution coming up.

Details:

I have purchase this product 2 months back. Then I have requested for installation. One of the representatives visited for nothing. Then follow ups with customer care for installation was just fell into the deaf ears. I have called them more than a dozen times and have only received assurances which have not materialised so far. I have also wrote email to Anu Kotian regarding this but didn't receive any response.

I really regret my decision to buy product from EurekaForbes Aquaguard. I fear what happens to the existing customer when you make buying experience a nightmare to new customer.

Eureka Forbes water purifier innova

Eureka India have "customer don't care" numbers because EF india ops simply doesn't cares. they just give you false assurances, fake escalations and fraudulant local service providers apart from highly irresponsible. All they care is how to trick you signing AMCs.
Had been getting these messages after repeated followups but no service at all.

very unprofessional, don't buy from this shady pseudo mnc company EF-india. They are just pretentious bunch of responders.

Alas! after a week it indeed was attended. Yeah it wasn't easy to keep yourself thirsty and patient at the same time... one thing is for sure .. can't depend anymore on the promptness of Eureka. Mind you this is coming from a buyer who is using your product since 2004 in various places and seeing the service levels going down a notch at a time... this was really sad for me too experiencing a distress situation and escalating on public forum + two follow ups on twitter channel and eureka forbes HO pitching in to make this happen.

so looks like they have a service redressal mechanism and I was trying to refer to this sites as part of comment. It is having a stone age mechanism of filling out form that should be downloaded and then filled & emailed... heh heh reminds me of 1997 exam forms... nice joke eureka forbes and a good deterrent for not having too many complaints enlisted itself.

Eureka Forbes dr. aquaguard classic+ with booster pump

I made online purchase of Dr. Aquaguard Classic+ with Booster Pump on 7th Jan'2018 from Eureka Forbes Website.

Within one month the purifier started giving issues. It stopped intermittently within few seconds after switching it ON.

I call customer service to log my request. Technician visited and informed that installation guy had made mistake while installing which resulted in damage of sensor and corrosion of parts inside.

Since, it was Eureka Forbes representative mistake of improper installation, I requested to change the purifier on immediate basis over phone to customer care. I never got any assurance nor proper reply to resolve my problem.

Now again since 21st Mar'18 it started giving issues and I have buy to package drinking water for daily need.

I feel cheated and fool that I made decision to buy Dr. Aquaguard Classic+ with Booster Pump as service and customer handling of Eureka Forbes is pathetic and worst.

Please help me refunding my money spent on purchasing the purifier or at least replace it at the earliest.

Eureka Forbes water purifier

We installed a unit of Forbes Intelligent Water Purification System [e-boiling+) in 2012.

Upon replacing the Filter Cartridges, one of the cartridge cap was supplied without the O-Ring and now there is water leakage upon fixing the cap which is causing water overflow in the unit and on the platform.

The Dealer does not stock the O-Rings and cannot arrange for the same.

I have tried many Hardware shops but none of them has it ... Also, tried using Teflon tape but, no use.

The unit is now non-functional.

The Dealer is suggesting changing the entire cartridge which is really not needed and is a major expense.

Would appreciate a solution from the company as they must ensure that proper spare parts / items are readily available either with the dealer or in the local market.
