Lowe's service at Lowes Monroe ,La

Tuesday 21,2023 at 11am. My husband a disabled veteran ( 75 year old man ) couldn't get any of the staff associates to help find items . Ask a group of 3 staff members about finding a item location and was told with a finger point in that direction at back of store. No help what so ever. Home Depot in across the road maybe they have better trained costumer service staff.

Lowe's Online order was short 2 boxes of tile.

Delivered Feb 16 and 17 2023

I ordered 11 boxes of tile. They shipped 4 boxes of tile in a bigger box and 5 boxes of tile in another box.

It is very thin peel and stick tile.

Short 2 boxes of tile and they say it was delivered and will not send the 2 boxes. That is stealing my money.

They are mad because I complained.

I am returning the 9 cases they did deliver.

Desired outcome: I want a refund for 2 boxes I did not receive.

Lowe's Plumbing

Thursday I bought and paid for a bath vanity, medicine cabinet, and a faucet to fit the vanity. It was to be picked up today, Friday the 17th. When the gentleman I hired to pick it up. Was told very rudely it would be ready when it was ready. I am and have been a Lowes customer for years and had never been treated in this manner before. I want my order completed by Saturday the18th or L will cancel the order, and deal with Home Depot returning your credit card. I am outraged at the treatment received from the customer service agent.

Lowe's Dryer and Service

Phone number [protected]. You can read how many times I've called, and nothing has been done. The issue has been ongoing since December 2022. No replacement has been delivered, although they have picked up the defective dryer. Was told by store, numerous times, they would call back. No calls. I have numerous emails from Lowes on what I was going to get. One such email said both a washer and dryer. Seems after two months someone would take responsibility for the errors, but no one has the ability to admit things are "messed-up". What does someone need to do to get the attention and have an issue resolved. Seems nothing but incompetence runs Lowes. I would like someone in the hagiarchy of management to call.I have numerous pages of emails to [protected]@hotmail.com that no one seems to what to verify or take responsibility for.

Desired outcome: 1. To take with senior management at corporate level TODAY. 2. To have issues resolved today. 3. Someone to take responsibility for their "mismanagement". 4. Someone to really read emails sent to me.

Lowe's service

Yesterday I went to the Oceanside Lowe's for a large order of piping to be cut, however Dustin said they did not have a person to cut pipes and to go try the Vista location. I went to the Vista location where I showed them my order and they said it would be ready in the morning, I went in today to pick up the order and Robert told me that he wasn't able to do the order and that he had called me, yet there were no missed calls. I have been doing construction for over 40 years and this customer service is ridiculous.

Lowe's In Store Order not being able to be tracked

On Feb 6th ordered Toilet in store with customer service. Toilet was to ship from Virginia Beach, Va area and arrive to La Plata Md on Feb 9th. Hmmmm Today is Feb 14th... Multiple trips to store customer service, calls to the 800.445.6937 number along with a call to the local manager DAN and no help. Oh I forgot to state that a case was opened with the 800 number and it was escalated. I think escalated means they send it to the trash since "NO ONE" has bothered to call or is able to give a status. If I get told one more time it was suppose to be in the the store on the 9th... Hell I could have driven to Virginia Beach at least 20 times by now.

Desired outcome: To get the Toilet I ordered like NOW!!! If not a real status on where the toilet is..

Lowe's Delivery service

My order # is [protected]

I purchased this order thinking that Lowes would have courteous delivery service. How wrong I was. The driver did not call. He did not ring the doorbell. He did not knock. He left my order on the side of the driveway on a pallet.

I am a going to be 63-year-old female widow and 8 bags at a little over 70 lbs each was very very difficult for me to have to get off the pallet and into my driveway. Not only is this unacceptable service I consider it to be outright rude.

If I wanted to haul this order myself, I would have come to the store and picked it up. I bet the store would have at least helped me load it. Lowes should have some since of customer service. NEVER AGAIN and I will make sure every neighbor I have knows how Lowes treats their customers!

Lowe's Credit card department

We have tried to apply for a Lowes Credit Card as we were buying all new appliances. When we first applied, we were denied b/c we had our credit reports frozen for security purposes. We unfroze them and reapplied and were denied b/c they said we had just applied. We have tried several times and are always denied immediately. They keep saying we have applied and been denied. Thats b/c we hadn't

unfrozen our credit report. I have talked to Sychrony Bank and also Lowes Credit Dept. and they tell me we have to wait 30 more days. That means we have to freeze and then again unfreeze our credit report. We have a credit score of over 800 and owe no money. We pay our credit cards off every month. We wanted the Lowes card to take advantage of the 5% discount.

We are so tired of trying to talk to people to straighten this out, we have decided we are done trying for a Lowes Card. Maybe Lowes isn't looking for people who pay their bills. Your credit department is a nightmare. I am a retired Accountant and I can honestly say I never dealt with such a difficult Credit Dept as yours.

Lowe's Military discount

Today I went to the Happy Valley store in Phoenix and asked for a military discount the lady at the register told me that I had to register online, so I went hope and started the process and when I got to the box asking fo SS number I stopped! The only time that you are required by law to give your SS # is for employment purpose's I refuse to give out my SS #. You can tell me that your system is super secure, well just about every week we hear of another business being hacked and people information "INCLUDING SS# are STOLEN. So with all of that being said I will be going to Home Depot which just a couple of more miles down the road and they give me a discount without giving my SS#!

Lowe's Clean up the dock and entry and exit way

Clear all that junk, no room to get out
Don't tell me to back up in the street, it is illegal to back up in the opposite way of traffic
Stop having parked cars on the loading area
Move all the crap out of the way so I can turn a 70 foot vehicle around in that area
Stop harassing the driver while backing up
Stop walking the truck while I'm backing up
Move the stuff out of the entrance way
That place is a hazard for a full size truck if I hit something that's my job good bye
The manager begged me to deliver the load while all this crap was going on
They were pissing me off
Had to yell to get the seal cut so I could open the truck doors on trailer
Had to drop and hook 4 times you know how much of a pain it is I told them

They just said we know we're sorry just standing there no respect I had to contact my driver leader at swift Edwardsville kc I was passed yelling and they had the nerve to call my job when they were in the wrong
I don't appreciate this at all after I decided to deliver the load it would have hurt the people of Lowes in that area if I didn't deliver nobody respects the guys who bring what is needed to the people

Lowe's Installation of a dishwasher

On 1/31/23 a dishwasher I bought from lowes was installed in my house, the next day I noticed water on the floor by the dishwasher after I looked closely and noticed that water was leaking from the dishwasher I immediately turned off the water supply and drove to Lowes to inform them that the company they used didn’t install this dishwasher properly. I also informed them that there was a substantial amount of water damage to my newly installed floor that I just purchased from your store. I have complained to lowes and and all I got was a phone call from installation support and nothing else. I fixed the problem myself, the installer didn’t put Teflon tape around the hose connector and didn’t tighten the nut properly which caused the leak. Every time I go to that store I have a problem, when I picked up the flooring an employee slammed a forklift into the tailgate of my truck which caused over $900 wort of damages, but you guys paid for that. Every time something goes wrong I feel I get the runaround and nothing happens. I would to have my installation fee refunded, if you have any questions please contact me at [protected] or this email

Lowe's Whirlpool washer and dryer I purchased 2/7/2023

I purchased a whirlpool washer and dryer yesterday 2/7/2023 from the Greenville, sc store..
I specifically asked the sales person to make sure the doors got reversed. That did not happen.. The delivery person said he could not do it without a work order..
Next, I am replacing my whirlpool duet washer and dryer that were on pedistals. Again, I asked if the pedistals could be used. I was told yes.. The delivery person told me that they cannot be used..
I bought my first set from Lowes and was happy with it..
I am upset and unsatisfied with this whole situation..
I would like to know what Lowes intends to do to fix this situation..

Desired outcome: I want to doors reversed..and I am upset that I had to give up my pedistals.

Lowe's Maytag dryer

January 07, 2023 I ordered the pet friendly steam Maytag Dryer And it was delivered in a box and they put it in the washroom. When I opened it - It did not work. I called the local Aransas Pass Appliance department they informed me that I had to call the manufacturer that they would not take it back and replace it. So I called and requested a call-out to service it. It took a long time to get a service call because the first time I called, their system errored out. So 2 days ago a repair guy inspected the dryer and is now ordering a lot of major parts. It seems a new replacement would be in order. Lvnda Andrews

Lowe's Long delivery delays, item not stocked after already paid and scheduled delivery, given the run around to find the items ourselves from other stores.

I ordered a washer and dryer January 25th, when they came to install they showed up without the dryer and no one had given us previous notice about the dryer not being delivered with the washer. I called the store and they said they did not have that item on hand and could not get one and I would have to search other stores for the item. We made many phone calls even to headquarters where they finally got in touch with a store in Norfolk that said they had the item. They only deliver on Tues to my area. Today was delivery day, February 7th. ( Do you like to wait this long for a dryer!) the dryer was faulty and they had to take it back... Just called, they do not have any more on hand at that store... Now getting the run around again. Is there not any Managers or someone in charge who can handle this situation so people are just not forgotten about or pawned off to the next incompetent soul who does not know how to help. It is truly unacceptable to have to wait forever to get a matching dryer. We should not have to pay or be compensated in some way.

Lowe's Order #[protected] invoice #72979

On1/28/23 I ordered a dryer (Order #[protected], Invoice #97929) and when I got to the part to pay, I realized they had charged me for a flexible duct, a power cord, a clamp, so I deleted those items and my total came to $607.87. When they delivered the dryer they brought the items I had deleted. I told the delivery man that I did not order those items, and he said that I would have to talk to where I had ordered the dryer and he would not take the items. I told him at that time that I was not paying for the items nor was I taking them to the store to return them (as he suggested) because I did not order them. On 1/30/23, I called the customer care number [protected], spoke to Jenny and she said she would open a ticket #[protected], and the warehouse would give me credit and she would put in a complaint for me that I did not order these items and I DID NOT authorize for these items to be charged on my account, and the delivery person would not take them back. She also said someone would contact me to arrange for the items to be picked up. She said I would be contacted within 24 hours. I waited until 2/2/23 and no one had contacted me, so I called back and spoke to Ariana. She basically told me the same thing Jenny had told me, but she said she would escalate my case and I would get a call today or the following morning. They even charged me a separate charge for those items AND charged me a $90.00 fee for delivery! Today is 2/7/23 and I still have not heard from anyone. At this point I am so upset with Lowes, I am a disabled person and should not be getting as upset as I am about this. At this point, I want Lowes to pick up those items and give me credit $146.97 and I want them to pick up the dryer. I no longer want to deal with them if their customer service is this bad. I will also close my credit card when I get the credit for $146.97 and $607.87 for the dryer.
