Lowe's

Today I was in Lowes's to buy appliances for my kitchen and was informed you no longer give military discounts on major appliances. This was dishearten for a company for years that pride itself of providing military and military families with discounts for years. What have changed, the military, and their family is not worth the discount anymore and are like everyday people except we protect our country during peace and war time. Thank you for nothing, since both my husband and I served in the military. Or is it all about profit?

The customer service at the Killeen Lowes is way below standard. I was having an issue with a delivery, the first delivery was damaged and then had to wait 2 more days to get my washer. I called customer service and was on hold and I drove over 9 miles to the store and when I arrived at the customer service desk I was still on hold with customer service and I asked them are you going to answer the call or just sit there and get paid. They have a real customer service problem at that store, fix go on undercover boss, you will find very bad service. You have to call over and over just to talk to some on fix it no one should be on hold longer than 10 minutes unacceptable fix it
