Purchased a refridgerator at this store. The earliest delivery was a two week period.No problem. Waited for the refridgerator on the delivery day. Refridgerator never came. I called the delivery dept to check on the status. The woman says they have a window from 4:30-8:30 for delivery. It is now 9:00pm. I did not get a call nor have they arrived with the refridgerator. Queen City was quick to withdraw my money from my account, but late on delivering the product. No one called to confirm. No one showed up. They have stolen my money. I want a refund! Immediately and an investigation on where the refrigerator is. I have been waiting for 4 hrs going on 5hrs. Today is the day they are to deliver. They have my money and no refridgerator! Refridgerators are not cheap! Product_Or_Service: 9/9

Salisbury, NC store: Purchased dishwasher, NEVER worked. Exchanged for a new one but the store would not cover the cost of new installation, and they never picked up the non-working one. Purchased the new dishwasher, an Electrolux model, on March 2, but it never worked. We had to schedule four different repair appointments, which required my wife to take time off from work. The installation cost us $165. Finally, the store allowed us to select a different dishwasher. The delivery team simply dropped it off, even though the store salesperson had assured us it would be installed. We were forced to pay for yet another installation, costing another $165. The original, non-functioning dishwasher is still sitting here, uncollected. Invoice number is 12, and the salesman responsible was Dennis L.
New refrigerator doesn't work and all my groceries are ruined. I do not want to even leave one star I should begin by saying. I ordered my refrigerator on Saturday the 14th of November and they told me it was to be delivered the next day. That ended up turning into Monday, which was fine with me as I understand people wanting Sunday off and I'm not unreasonable by any means. The fridge was dumped out and my husband had to go out to the truck and ask for the ice machine line I had paid for. It was too short so he had to go purchase another one. The kick plate was missing and Earnest the salesperson didn't tell me this. Ok, now we get to the real fun part. It doesn't freeze. All just groceries had to be thrown away that were in the freezer and when I told Robbie the customer service professional he told me they should be fine. Keep in mind this is the next day and I'm doubting anyone wants to eat ice cream cones that haven't been frozen for a day. At any rate he tells me I have to schedule my own repair visit and then they in turn tell me they can't send anyone until Friday the 20th. So today the fridge is not cooling. So the entire contents of the refrigerator will have to be thrown in the trash. The kick plate is also missing as mentioned above and when I told Robbie that Earnest didn't tell me that he says "well when the repair person comes maybe they can put one on and we can kick something towards it if it's not too expensive as those parts can be high." UNREAL. I work in customer service and this is beyond poor. So to sum it up they sold me a refrigerator with missing parts that doesn't work. And they didn't express any offer to make it right. So let this serve as a warning never to buy anything at store #5 unless you want to have rotten food to throw away and an attitude of "oh well your problem not mine"-I feel like this is all unacceptable.
