Lowe's - Store # 2221 2/7/23

Sales person at checkout, Jesse JNY 4745114 wasn't friendly at all, acted like he was anoyed at being their. I had a propane tank exchange, he called for someone to unlock the propane cage, I waited about 10 minutes, no one came. I went back into store and asked if he would call again, still no one showed up, I went to the customer service counter and the woman there said she would open the cage for me, she did, I asked to see the Manager, she checked and found he /she was in a meeting, she asked me to fill out this complaint form.

I don't normally complain about people having a bad day but this guy is rude and doesn't give a rip and shouldn't be dealing with customers

Lowe's - Style 3 piece bistro set #1099792

We have frequented the store on Dani Dr in Fort Myers almost weekly since moving here on Dec 1st. Although the customer service was truly lacking we could count on the quality of the products purchased. Yesterday we purchased this set and I was trying to assemble it this morning. The bottom seat portion of both chairs was too small and could not connect to the frame. I then tried to assemble the table and the + piece that connects the table legs together was too small. I called the phone number on the paperwork (Style brand is made for Lowes) and for all items they will send replacement parts which I should receive in 7-10 business days. I do not have confidence that the parts that are sent will work any better. The store manager said if the parts didn't work I could return all to the store for a full refund. If I had wanted to wait I would have placed an order online. And if the parts are wrong, I have to return all items to the store. We purchased this item in good faith and are truly disappointed and most likely will not return to any Lowes in the future.

Desired outcome: I would like a complete assembled set delivered to my home and the defected picked up. Customer service should be improved-employees are few, overworked and some are untrained.
