I contacted oral b through online form 10/2/25 as my oral b pro 3 3500 purchased 5/11/22 was not holding its charge. I had an extended warranty until 9/11/25 I provided confirmation of warranty and receipt through the online form. Oral-B 30 Day Risk Free Trial

I'm extremely angry with this company because they are deliberately misleading customers!

Their packaging promotes a 30 Day Risk Free Trial is on offer with this product (Oral-B Vitality Pro Electric Toothbrush).

However, they do not make it clear that:

1. They do not support the customer with the return of this product whatsoever.

2. Expect the customer to completely arrange and fund the return themselves without any assistance.

I have registered the product on their website and have included my contact details and am within the 30 days period.

Desired outcome: I expect Oral-B to honour their offer in full.

Oral-B Electric toothbrush

I bought an electric Oral B toothbrush in May from Savers in Beverley, East Yorkshire. The first I took back in a matter of days as once it was fully charged, it needed re-charging after only 3 or so days. I was given a replacement, and though I have continued with it, the same problem manifests itself.

This shouldn't be happening, and it never did on my previous Oral B toothbrush.

Desired outcome: A replacement or a refund to enable me to buy another Oral B model, even if more expensive. I have been a loyal customer for well over a decade.

Oral-B Purchase of an electrical toothbrush

They have a policy of no changing of address at any point of the order.

I made a mistake while ordering and put the wrong shipping address. I immediately noticed and tried to change it. It was not possible by any means. The order was still in process and wasn't shipped yet.

When I reached out they told me to redirect through ups which cost me an additional 50 dollars.

Seems to me that The company is trying to force you to buy a new product if you make a simple mistake.

Desired outcome: I would like to be able to change the shipping address while the order was not shipped yet.

Oral-B Oral b iO toothbrush

Purchased a 2 pack of oral b iO toothbrushes from Sams website. The white one has a black mold down in the inside. I noticed I was having like an allergic reaction and mucus build up after brushing my teeth. The head itself has been changed twice. When I replaced the head this time there was black mold down in the actual part that the head connects to. The other toothbrush has had no issues.

Desired outcome: Either a refund or replacement.

Oral-B Disappointing Experience on Oral-B's Website: No Information on Firm Toothbrushes & An Incorrect Location Assumption

I tried out Oral-B's website (oralb.com) to see if they offered any firm manual toothbrushes. Unfortunately, I couldn't seem to find any information on that. Additionally, when I entered my location, I noticed that they assumed I lived in a certain area - but they were dead wrong about that! Overall, I wasn't too impressed with my experience on Oral-B's website and I think I'll be switching back to Colgate.

Oral-B Sonicare vs Oral-B: My Toothbrush Game-Changing Review

I gotta tell ya, the Oral-B toothbrush ain't all it's cracked up to be. I mean, sure, it looks cool and all, but as soon as any pressure is put on the head, forget about it - that thing won't spin worth a damn! Honestly, I was pretty disappointed with it. But then I took the plunge and got myself a Sonicare, and holy cow, what a difference! This thing is like a power tool for your teeth - really gets in there and gives 'em a good scrubbing. I'm telling you, if you wanna step up your toothbrush game, go with the Sonicare. Trust me on this one.

I LOVE THIS TOOTHBRUSH! I have been looking for years for the old school, slim handled, all bristles even with a normal size head toothbrush, and at last you make it again! Thank you! I do wish that white bristled, not dyed, was an option - could you do a white bristled version?

While I liked the product, because it is helping clear my mouth sores, I really do not like the plastic bottle. It is terribly difficult to open, I ended up having to use pliers. I'm not looking for a refund, just passing on some constructive criticism.

Good afternoon

Unfortunately your oral-b active floss brush heads are resolving/breaking. I had pieces in my mouth this morning and swallowed some of them

Please see attached picture. Not sure what to do!
