Lowes has a big problem at your parkersburg, wv store. My wife just drove an hour to specifically go to your parkersburg, wv store to buy bali/levelor motorized blinds for several windows in our house. The prices were attractively reduced and we also needed professional help to make sure we were getting the correct sizes. She waited for a store employee to walk through the area but after waiting several minutes she went and asked a manager in another area for help. They stated they would get someone to help her but no one ever showed up. She gave up in disgust and left the store because she had appointments to go to. A sizeable lost sale! I am a retired retail hq mall executive and I can assure you that I would have walked your store to find the manager. This is why retailers are having problems. We are sick and tired of not being able to actually buy something that a store is advertising and has in stock. Desired outcome: We are not happy and we are angry. You're too late for the desired outcome and more time being spent to buy folding blinds. I hope my wife checks somewhere else for the blinds.
