Started this journey in May of 2023. To date, my kitchen has not been completed. I have spoken to so many people and given the run around turn after turn. Cabinets arrived in my home covering every inch of my front room on 8/4. After 2 1/2 weeks and called and complained. Around 8/23-25, cabinets were installed. Had to purchase a sink, after being told I would be given one. No proof that I purchased it, but it showed up on my Lowe's statement. My kitchen is in disarray and has been for months. Countertops are to be installed on 10/6/23. Even after that, Lowe's has to come back into my home to install the faucet and sink that I had to pay for. This is totally unacceptable. They have taken monies from me on every corner, and nothing in return. I will never! have any more dealings with Lowe's. As a Veteran, I expected better. My heart kept telling me to go with another Vendor. I thought so highly of Lowe's. I've been a customer for as long as I can remember. At this point, I just want my kitchen back. I have not been able to cook in too many months to count. This needs to be corrected as soon as possible, before I reach for help by any means necessary.

Desired outcome: Refund of some sort for my pain and suffering. My kitchen completed.
