amazing service! kind and friendly staff. i went to sutton & son appliances to buy a new fridge and i was blown away by the level of customer service i received. the staff was so helpful and patient with me as i asked a million questions about different models. they really took the time to understand my needs and recommend the perfect fridge for me. i was also impressed with the wide selection of appliances they had in their showroom. it was great to be able to see and touch the products before making a decision. the staff even helped me arrange delivery and installation, which made the whole process so much easier for me. overall, i had a fantastic experience at sutton & son appliances and i would highly recommend them to anyone in need of new appliances.

Great service on my oven. They diagnosed it right over the phone, showed up on time with the parts, and fixed it in just 20 minutes. They even worked around my schedule. I'll definitely give them a call if I need any repairs in the future.

I just bought a washing machine from Sutton & Son Appliances and it turned out to be a dud. But hey, the repair guy they sent over was top-notch. He knew his stuff and was real professional-like. He took the time to break it down for me, explaining what was wrong and how he fixed it up. And get this, he even called me a few days later to make sure everything was still running smooth. Can't thank him enough!

After (unsuccessfully) trying several online suggestions on how to release a locked *** oven door, I called Sutton and Sons Appliance Service expecting to book a service call. Steve was friendly and professional, and he asked if I would try one more possible suggestion. He told me the steps to take and why they might work. Once I completed the steps, my oven door opened right away with no more issues. What a relief! And it only took 5 minutes from my initial call. I am forever grateful to Sutton and Sons for being so generous with their time and for giving me a free suggestion to solve the problem without needing an expensive in-home visit. I had the bad luck of getting a washing machine that I just bought, fail. I'm a busy person, so it was hard to find time to stay home for a repair visit. When Graham came, he took charge and explained how the machine worked (it's a sensitive front-loader) and how to keep it in good shape. He also fixed the problem. He took the time to explain all the unique features of this machine without talking down to me. He was clear, respectful, and informative. He told me things about the machine that even the company that sold it to me didn't mention, which helped me understand how to maintain it for a long time. He quickly solved the problem, so I could continue with my day. I trusted his advice because he was smart and good at communicating. Great job, Graham! Thank you.

I called Sutton and Sons after doing a lot of online research for Appliance Repair (amazing how many listed companies have parking lots for physical addresses). Read reviews (many of these companies' reviews sounded almost the same).
After calling Sutton and Sons, they offered to sell me the part if I was interested in installing myself, thought that was decent, save some money. Decided to have them do the install (water pump on washing machine). They quoted over the phone, parts, labour and service call, no hidden fees. Tech arrived and went over the quote to make sure all was accurate, it was, same as quoted over the phone. They had a cancellation, called us and were able to come to our house the next day!
Shane, the installer, was polite, answered out questions, did a great job, cleaned up afterwards and spent approximately 1.5 hours making sure the machine worked.

Today I gotta say, I wanna give a good review for Graham who came out today to check out my dryer. It was makin' this super loud screeching noise, but of course, it wouldn't screech when Graham was here. But hey, Graham took the dryer apart and looked into what could be causin' the noise. There could be a few things, ya know? I'm glad he kept lookin' even though it wasn't clear right away what the problem was. He was real friendly and helpful throughout the whole service call, answerin' my questions politely. I didn't want this problem to happen again, so I appreciated that. He stayed for 'bout an hour and got straight to work. I wanna let Sutton and Sons know that Graham is a great guy. This was his second time comin' to fix the dryer, and he worked hard and fast to fix it. He treated me with respect as the lady of the house, and he was real good at explainin' things too! I really hope the problem is fixed now, but if it ain't (which I doubt), I'd have Graham back in a heartbeat.
