I bought a product from Appliance Depot, Inc. and then they contacted me to say they made a mistake with the price and now want me to pay more. I don't want to cooperate with them because it seems like they're trying to trick me.

I bought a gas range from Appliance Depot, Inc. It had a problem that wasn't their fault and it couldn't be used. I called them at 4:30 pm and they told me that the repair guys had already left for the day, but one of them would call me in the morning. At 9 am, a technician called and said they would order a part and have it delivered overnight. I was okay with that, but I mentioned that it was a place where people were trying to stay sober and 9 guys lived there. The technician then said he would come over right away to see what he could do. He arrived in 2 hours and fixed the range. It was amazing service! They really support their products and customers. After a bad experience with Sears Parts, I called Appliance Depot to see if they could help with a lower rack for my "classic" Kenmore dishwasher. Their website showed a picture of the refurbished/quality checked part in full color. I was happy to be able to replace it because the dishwasher itself was working great. It came well packed and on time. This year, when my top rack needed replacing, I called Appliance Depot. Sandra confirmed the part number and answered all my questions. She took my order over the phone and scheduled it for delivery. Again, it was well packed, but not too much packaging, and arrived without any damage earlier than expected. Great Customer Service, Excellent Appliance knowledge, and Excellent Prices. My only complaint is that they don't have a location near me when I'm ready to buy a new appliance! I called for a part on their website and asked for a shipping cost quote. Ron kept my number to call me back with the quote. The next day passed and no response from Ron. I called back and found out that the part wasn't actually available as they claimed on their website. I asked Ron why he kept my number if he didn't plan to call me back. He just said the issue was that the part wasn't available and hung up on me. I tried calling again to speak to a supervisor and inform them about Ron's bad attitude, but they hung up on me more than 10 times. Eventually, I couldn't call again because they blocked my number. They prioritize protecting their employees' bad attitudes over keeping a customer. This company has terrible customer service and an outdated website. People, be aware that this company doesn't follow up on customer requests unless they can make money. If they can't make money, they don't care about your needs. I was in a hurry to find the part I needed, but they didn't care. They only care about your money, not your needs. I can't even imagine how they handle part warranties (good luck with that). Find another store that values your needs more than your money.
