Leon's Furniturebed frame

Review updated:

As i am very disappointed in the service i got from your store. I had never got a poor service like a got this year and its not acceptable. I bought a bed set at the beginning of December. Was not informed that that set was a overseas product and was not informed of the time it would take. Did not proceed to have my set at the beginning of February. Pretty long to have the furniture and on top a bed set. I was very disappointed that the bed rack was made so cheap for such a massive set. Do not understand that you guys are making or selling frame with so much small support. I received it at the beginning of February and the frame broke April 1st. This is ridiculous. The money a spend in any store a specially yours as you preach your great furniture and great after service. After calling to request service to replace my bed frame and for a technicien coming to replace it. Because its a overseas product it would take 6 weeks. By me calling in following a few times, i think by than it was June. I was than advised it would take at least 6 weeks again. After all of that i got a call i think the end of august beginning of September. So it took 4-5 months to get a bed frame? Pretty ridicules. And what is more ridicules is after waiting all of these months the techniciens comes and changes the support lat of wood. So you are telling me that it took 5 months to get a piece of wood and on top of that the support is week and we need to reinforce are selves because you can't provide quality . This is poor service and poor furniture quality. I should not have paid what i paid for that kind of quality. I am asking for some reimbursement as this is not worth what i paid for, poor service and such a long wait for a wooding lat. Pretty crazy. The store needs to improve in a few departments. This should not be happening and i am very very dissatisfied with the overall service!!! Julie Quintal

Hi Julie, as the old adage states, you get what you pay for. If you'd like sturdier furniture made locally, I'm sure you will find a wide range of options which better suit your needs (at a different price point) at your local Leon's.
