Leon's Furniture Product paid for and not received

We ordered all new appliance online on april 14 2021, was told it would b here in july, received the fridge and dishwasher, had to buy a different stove top our wall oven is still not here! It has been almost 7 months was promised it would be here at the end of october and received an email yesterday now saying at the end of november? My daughter bought the same brand, ordered it a month after us and received all of her appliances 6 weeks ago? When we asked who we are dealing with about this he pretty much said we could go buy it somewhere else? I have been without an oven since july!

Desired outcome: answers on why we have not received it yet!!

Leon's Furniture Unethical Behaviour

Hi,

I bought bed furniture from Leon on Aug 27, 2021. They delivered it in broken pieces. I have informed them immediately and they said that they will replace it in 15 days. I haven't heard after that. When I followed up with them they gave me a new date Sept 28, 2021. But again no response. I have again sent another follow-up email and they gave me a new date as Oct 16, 2018. Now no one is responding and nobody has given me any call for delivery. I have been sleeping on the floor since Aug 27, 2021. I have started getting neck pain as well because of Lean's mismanagement. I have sent many emails and did follow-ups but they are unethical and irresponsible.

I told them to refund my money but they are refusing and telling me that your bedroom furniture will be delivered soon. Now I am clueless and feel like I lost my CA$ 3, 000.

I am literally disappointed and disturbed considering the fact that I am not getting my money back and Leon is not delivering the furniture. The broken furniture is just lying at my house and I don't know what to do with it.

I hope I will get some action from your side and help me to get out of this situation. It's really impacting me a lot.

Leon's Furniture Laveuse à linge

J'ai acheter une laveuse à linge et nous sommes très déçu du modèle. Le lavage se fait qu'a moitié et on ne peux pas mettre plus que 3 ou 4 morceaux a la fois très décevant. Nous sommes retourné au magasin pour faire un échange et nous avons été accueillie comme deux vieux innocents, nous disant qu'il n'avais rien à faire. Sans qu'on puisse discuter avec le ou la gérante. Ailleur on m'a dis que c'etait possible de le faire en payant la différence.
Donc c'est définitivement la dernière achat que J'ai fais chez vous.

Très décevant le service après vente

Leon's Furniture Washer

What is going on with my washer? I haven't heard back from King State warranty or Leon's…My washer hasn't been working for the past 2 months and still waiting for them to fix it and they don't return your call both King State warranty in Barbados and Leon's in Barrie.If this doesn't get fixed I want a new washer.. They both say we will look into it and call you back and they don't..

Leon's Furniture Wash machine

I bought a washer from Leon's in Barrie
Last year.. I bought the extended warranty
From King State and my washer has been leaking water for over 2 months.. I had a tecnichian look at it and said they have to order a part and still waiting over a month and my washer is leaking more now..
I try to call king State warranty and you can not get through, call Leon's and they are not dealing with this issue.. I need this fixed as I can not use the washer or I need a new washer machine now..

Leon's Furniture Couch

Purchased a couch little over a year ago and the seam became loose .. then my dog got a hold of the loose end when we weren't home by accident as he is a puppy so I submitted a claim after realizing I had purchased protection. They were not able to help me fix my couch & from the start never even came to spray my couch to protect it. Very disappointed. & no one to help. So now I have a damaged couch with & paid for something that had no benefit for me.

Booked the above appliances long time ago at Newmarket Ontario store but staff is just giving dates dates and dates
Money had been taken from us
Refrigerator was booked more than a year ago but nobody is taking responsibility

Leon's Furniture Sofa/ seat resilience, spring squeaking, fabric losening

I bought this sofa from Leon's order # 06208BRGDYC dated June 20, 2018 with 5 years insurance sold to me saying everything is covered under this insurance including mechanical, seat cushion resilience, stains etc etc. And now when I have these issues (seat resilience is gone for 2 seats out of 3, springs are squeaking) and I contacted zucorahome to come and fix it. They came back and said these are not covered under warranty/insurance. When I contacted Leon's noone was available to help me and customer services who picked up my call got my information and told me someone will call me back but noone called and today when I tried calling noone is picking up (I called Atleast 10 times). My issue is why salesman sell something by making false statements and 2ndly why customer services is so poor.

Desired outcome: Either fix the issue or give me replacement

Leon's Furniture Leaving room set

Hello there, I bought three pieces leaving room set last month from Leon's, 3050 Vega Blvd, location. The set I've got was in the showroom so it hasn't a warranty. I thought that is not necessary since I got high-quality stuff. Two weeks after that the seat cushion shape changed and became lumps and we can feel and hear the springs sound each time we sit on them. That was really frustrating. I hope you can resolve this issue quickly or replace them even if there is needing to pay the rest.

Leon's Furniture Fridge/dishwasher

Had a delivery scheduled today between 12:30-4:30 pm, the driver called at 10:00 am and stated will be delivering in 30 minutes. I told him no one is home yet but will be home on the of the delivery. He state" ok I'll see what I can do". Verified if someone will be home at 12:30 I said yes. At 4 pm no calls yet from the driver so I called leons And spoke to the manager, Venkut. I told him the situation again, so he basically said we should be available the whole day for the delivery. The delivery was rescheduled for the next day and stated he just squeezed us for the delivery the next day because usually it won't be the next day that we are lucky. Lucky? We wasted our time, lost money since we left work early to be on time for the delivery And wasted all our food for from the fridge since we had to unplug it before the delivery for the driver to take our old appliances. I told the the manager we should be compensated and he said nothing

Leon's Furniture Sectional

We purchased a sectioned that went mechanical broken. We had two technicians come tried to fix but were unsuccessful. At that point they told us we need to contact zakora to request for exchange. We went to store to do exchange and were told our sectional is out of order and not being produced anymore. We would have to pick a new sectional. We paid 1000+ more as we had no choice super unhappy. We asked the guy what to do with the broken sectional he told us to throw it away. We threw away the old sectional. The delivery guy now won't deliver the new sectional until we give him the old one we threw away as per instruction of your people. Even zakora told us we can throw old piece away.
The guy we were dealing with has since been fired. How is that customers issue?
It's not fair and I'm getting married in 3 days. I hate leons for hiring incompetent workers and making our lives miserable.

Desired outcome: Please do what you promised I don't know how to produce the old sectional from my [censored] that you guys clearly instructed I could discard.

Leon's Furniture 3 seater sofa

On July 5th/2021 we purchased and paid in full for a sofa set: 3 seater, 2 seater, and an ottoman, from Weston Leon's here in Toronto. We agreed upon a delivery date approximately 4 days later. We were pleased with our purchase and excited to receive our new sofa set.

The delivery of the sofa's was not flawless to say the least. We were told the ottoman would take an additional 3 weeks to arrive as it was to come from an another location. As the sofa's were delivered, the 3 and 2 seaters, we noticed that the 3 seater was quite damaged. The back side of the 3 seater was ripped in 4 different locations, as well as the fabric was drastically dislodged on the left side of the sofa. I decided to take some photos to offer proof of what I was suggesting. As I attempted to bring this to the attention of customer service on location at Weston Leon's it proved to be a very difficult task.

It took several days before I had someone get back to me. Initially I received and email response from one individual requesting more photos despite me already sending 7 photos of the sofa from all imaginable angles, detailing the rips as well as the damaged area of the sofa.Following this initial interaction customer service never returned my phone calls. I had to constantly call in and go through the entire process of sharing my story. We had decided that we would like the sofa replaced since we really liked what we purchased. I was told it would take an additional 2 weeks to receive the new sofa as it also was coming from another location.

This of course did not happen! We waited an additional 5 weeks! We finally received our new sofa on the 18th of August.

This was a nightmare of an experience which has lead us to conclude that we would more than likely never want to purchase anything from Leon's again. Very poor attention to detail from customer service. This seemed very amateur like on Leon's part with very bad communication and follow through. This was totally unacceptable treatment of a customer whose paid in full for a product expecting that product to be delivered and yet treated as if we were a bother.

Desired outcome: Discount for our immense troubles.

Leon's Furniture Order not getting delivered on time and no communication from Leon's

Hi Team,

I have placed an order of 20K + items in November of 2020 from Leon's store at 535 Steeles Ave E. It has been a struggle in getting confirmation whether one of the item Refrigerator will be delivered on time.

I am hearing different dates every time I call. Based on recent call it was communicated that Refrigerator will not be delivered on Aug 21st.

I have contractors hired to install all the appliances on Aug 23rd. Now with the Refrigerator not getting delivered on Aug 21st it will be difficult to accommodate hiring contractors on later date and bear additional expenses.

Hope this can be resolved by soon.

Leon's Furniture Unacceptable delay in fulfilling order

Two Kitchen aid mixers ordered online 2/11/20 ref 11020KIVKVM, as Christmas gifts for my daughters. "Sale" price $269, credit card charged 3/11/20. One mixer received June/21. Still waiting for the other. Local store unable to give any idea of delivery time frame. By taking my money 9 months ago, when not in a position to supply the items, I believe Leons are obligated to provide me with a comparable alternative if they can not fulfill the order now. The local store have a Kitchen Aid mixer in stock at a higher price and are not willing to provide to me as a substitute unless I pay the difference.
I do not want a refund, I want a Kitchen Aid food mixer, which Leons entered a contract to supply when my credit card was charged last November.

Leon's Furniture Mattress

We purchased a Mattress and a bedroom set from Leon's Furniture Barrie on July 20th 2021. They delivered the furniture on July 24th 2021.
The mattress which they delivered had a big black oil stain on it, it was dirty and didn't looked like a new one. I wrote an email to them attaching the pictures of the mattress and asked for a solution. It was reported the very next day. They said they will send a technician to fix it…
My question was simple, should I expect a brand new mattress to be fixed by a technician. I should get a brand new one, without any stains or marks when I am paying for a new one. I asked them to replace it or take the mattress away and refund me.
Customer service team at Leon's stopped responding to my emails. For last week I don't have a mattress to sleep on as I don't want to us the one they sent as it appears to be an old, used mattress.

You should be happy, i got living room dirty and damaged mattress with damage full set of coffee table and side tables . When i get back to them the store manager was rood and un polite at all, the worse company i dealt with ever
