Dealing with the Barrie Ontario Branch:The latch for the recliner failed. I emailed customer service, waited the 3 days, ZERO response so I called them. The warranty on mechanics was supposed to be three years. They asked me to call the manufacturer in China for a repair, or they would order in the part (several weeks) and I would have to pay a labor charge to have it installed. 5 minute job. I will NEVER buy anything from Leons again, their warranty is virtually worthless. I will just buy the part from Amazon for 18.00 and repair it myself. Thanks for nothing Leon's
Desired outcome: NOTHING I have just said screw em, I will never buy anything from them again and neither will anyone in my family.
Leon's Furniture - lg
I purchased an Lg tv 70 inch TV from Leon's on September 13 2019. I also purchased an extended warranty. Television was delivered cracked on outside and inside (most damage visible only after plugging in the unit). It has been over a month now between Lg and Leon's. No one wants to take a responsibility. They are trying to find out who's fault it is. I know it is not mine. Tv sets on my floor and presents a danger to my child and my dog. I heard many promises and to be patient. It is radiculs. no one wants to take care of the client. Do not buy from Leons. Do not buy LG products.
