Amart Furniture Awaiting Refund on 3 seater lounge damaged

On 13 September 2023 A-Mart picked up damaged 3 seater lounge (Chelsey ) that was delivered 4 September 2023.

I have been getting the round around from the store and on line chat with different process on my refund.

It should not take this long for a refund and the fact I also did not get a receipt from the driver that it was picked up is not professional. I made sure I took photos on the day as proof with there sms messages as my back up.

I have tried to call the store before writing the complaint as to no answer this morning.( 16 Sep 2023)

I appreciate a refund was a solution, but I even had to wait for that and chase A-Mart head office up as did not hear from them when put in a customer care the following day 5 September 2023.

Desired outcome: I'd appreciate a response and refundAll I want is my refund of $746.73 back into my card a.s.a.p without any fuss.

I finally got my refund in the bank today Wednesday 20th September after much struggle back and fourth and phone calls
