I ordered furniture from this biz in August . They said it'd come in January 2022. Got a call on Jan 13, 2022, saying one piece is back-ordered till July 2022 and the other till September 2022. Asked for a refund, but they said no 'cause it's a special order. Tried to exchange, but they denied it too 'cause it's a special order. My prob is they got my money and promised Jan delivery, but now it ain't happening.

Before the covid breakout, me and my wife bought 2 sofas and a chair/ottoman from Sheely's Furniture & Appliance Co. Inc. The furniture arrived in June , but by April the next year, both sofas had problems and we needed to order parts. It took almost a year for the parts to arrive because Sheely's said they weren't getting any response from their supplier. They finally contacted me and said the parts were in. They scheduled to pick up one of the sofas on March 15, 2022, to fix it and bring it back the following week to pick up the other sofa for repairs. On March 22, they delivered the first sofa and took the second one. Later that evening, after my wife and I finished work and sat down to watch TV, the headrest malfunctioned and caused us to be unable to use the sofa. I had to unplug it because I was afraid it might catch fire. I've called multiple times since then, but they keep saying a manager will call me back. Today, I called about the sofa they have and they said it would be delivered on Thursday, March 31st. I asked again about the sofa they already "fixed" and how it malfunctioned, but they just said a manager would call. This is really frustrating because we haven't been able to use our game room to relax, and we use it every day. I definitely won't be using Sheely's again.
