Purch date 7/13/24. Installed by Lowes 7/16/24.
Ten days after installed in my home, the freezer temp was over 40degrees and refrigerator temp was 45degs. The warranty company has been out 3 times. The last technician installed a new Compressor, Dryer/Filter and new "Board".
Eighteen hours after he left, the freezer temp was 45 and the refrigerator was 50. I have called the KitchenAid number [protected] and the Lowes number. They told me I must use the original service company for continuity. Why would I let them try a 4th time? I was able to get KitchenAid to send another service company to come out IN A WEEK. It will be unusable for 50days (when the new tech shows up) for a refrigerator I have had for 60days.
I have been living out of a 4cu.ft. and tossed about $200 in food.
I would like a refund or a new refrigerator. You can then take your time fixing it.

Claimed loss: I have been living out of a 4cu.ft. and tossed about $200 in food.

Desired outcome: I would like a refund or a new refrigerator. You can then take your time fixing it.

Sounds like KitchenAid has you running a real endurance test on that fridge! Three visits and it's still refusing to do its one job — keep things cold. Living out of a mini-fridge while waiting on a fix is a special kind of test of patience. Hopefully, they either get it right or just let you swap it out already.
