I purchased my KitchenAid Range September 2024 and received shipment 10/2/2024. Right away, the triple burner did not work as expected. Twice in several months, a repair person came out and replaced elements and switches. It still is not as I think it should work, but it functions. Last week, the knob for the right back element broke. Since my 1 year warranty was past, I called my extended warranty company. It was denied as "it is a cosmetic" problem. I am not sure how it can be cosmetic as I cannot use the element without a knob. I then contacted KitchenAid direct and was told I could purchase a new knob for $65.00. The original one lasted less than a year and a half, why would I spend $65.00 when in all probability it, too, will break. I looked on Amazon and for $10.00 I have replacement knob coming. With all the options available on Amazon, I figure these knobs are a problem anyway. After spending more than $2000.00 on a "better" range I would not recommentd KitchenAid to anyone!
Recommendation: Do not buy A KitchenAid Range
