I bought my entire kitchen package 6 years ago, had some issues with the fridge from the go I wouldn't dispense, led lights stopped working twice, got those fixed, then just after the warranty ended, it broke, appliance tech said it would cost just as much to fix as a new one. Then the stove stopped working 3 months later, the elements in the oven quit working. Instead of spending $150.00 for a tech to come out we bought a new stove. And now my low profile micro/hood is only heating up half the time, it is super quiet. So now after a total of 6 years since I bought them three of the major appliances will be in the dump. Thanks kitchen aid. Also just to let you know I do kitchen designs and remodels. And most of of my customers ask what they should buy when they are replacing those items. Claimed loss: well i lost 200 dollars or more in food, all dairy products were tossed. then the purchase of a new fridge stove and now a microwave hood. so 4K plus
Desired outcome: a new low profile micro hood sent out, but i figure that is not going to be an option, so i just want people to know my experience. anything financial would be great but the disappointment is there. i have receipts if wanted
