I bought my entire kitchen package 6 years ago, had some issues with the fridge from the go I wouldn't dispense, led lights stopped working twice, got those fixed, then just after the warranty ended, it broke, appliance tech said it would cost just as much to fix as a new one. Then the stove stopped working 3 months later, the elements in the oven quit working. Instead of spending $150.00 for a tech to come out we bought a new stove. And now my low profile micro/hood is only heating up half the time, it is super quiet. So now after a total of 6 years since I bought them three of the major appliances will be in the dump. Thanks kitchen aid. Also just to let you know I do kitchen designs and remodels. And most of of my customers ask what they should buy when they are replacing those items. In the words of the pretty woman "big mistake, big mistake." receipts can be provided if wanted

Claimed loss: well i lost 200 dollars or more in food, all dairy products were tossed. then the purchase of a new fridge stove and now a microwave hood. so 4K plus

Desired outcome: a new low profile micro hood sent out, but i figure that is not going to be an option, so i just want people to know my experience. anything financial would be great but the disappointment is there. i have receipts if wanted
