I have 4 Kitchen Aid appliances that are two years old. Three of them have already had service issues. They are very expensive and have only a one year warranty. Some of the issues are not reparable unless the unit totally dies. I have an extended warranty and the service tech says that the two year old appliances are considered “Old”. He suggested to replace them with Samsung. That is totally disgusting and unacceptable for Kitchen Aid.

Recommendation: Don’t purchase Kitchen Aid Appliances
