The oven takes forever to get hot. Says it is hot before it is. When I put something in to cook the temp drops 30 degrees and takes forever to get back to set temp. KitchenAid sent a person to look at my oven right away after I complained. What a dufus. He held a little machine up to the oven and said that he got no errors so everything is fine and suggests that I bake my products longer. He didn’t even check the internal temp of the oven to see if it could get to the desired temperature. I explained that there is about a 60 degree variation in temp and he said that sounded good. You have to be standing in front of the oven to hear the timer go off. I did use it yesterday to proof some bread and it did that great. I baked the bread in an Emeril 360 since it is reliable and I use Emeril for everything now. I hate this KitchenAid oven!
