Ordered/purchased a KitchenAid over the range microwave oven in March of 2025, worked fine for several weeks and then completely stopped responding at all. Contacted KA and was given the run around, jumped through hoops to get anywhere. Finally, was told they would have to refer a repair technician/service company. That company came and picked up the appliance in May of 2025 and here it is September 1st and still we don't have a repaired or replaced appliance. When I called KA back, I was told there wasn't anything they could to and they had no record of service so I would have to work with the repair company. I asked to speak to someone else and was told unfortunately there wasn't anyone else to assist me and my issue could not be escalated. I called Telrad Electronics as I was encouraged to find out that the appliance still had not been repaired and the guy was on vacation! Terrible service, KA didn't have any problems taking our hard-earned money and can't even stand behind their product. Worst service ever!
