On 7/24/2019 @ 7:18pm I went to your establishment and made an order for the 16 piece meal (ticket # 1235) At which time I was told they had no dark meat at all. Said I could have all white meat at no charge. I agreed. Went to the window to pay and before giving my card I asked Jessicas if I would be getting equal amount of breasts and wings and she informed me I would be and that because they had no dark meat I would be getting extra wings (not my favorite). I then paid and went home trusting what your employee told me. When I unpacked the food I was very disappointed and shocked to see that not only did she LIE about what I got she also didn't give us butter, utensils honey or napkin. The chicken that we did get was very greasy and looked like it had been sitting in oil, not only did we not get equal amounts we got 4 chicken breast and 18 wings (that looked like nuggets with bones) I took pictures so you could see what I am talking about. I called the store to speak to the manager and was told by Kathy that Jenny was not in that night. I guess the old saying is true.

The bad part is I was just getting back into going to this store and referring people after the bad experience I had over a year ago.

I stopped on way home from work . Got a 10 piece chicken 2 lg. Potato wedges, container of corn and 4 biscuits. I live in Morrow, Ohio. My son and I were just at KFC, Patkway Plaza, Eastetn Blvd, Canandaigua NY 14424.
We stood at the counter for 5-8 minutes and no one... I repeat ...NO ONE ... even walked up to us or said we'll be right with you ... NOTHING..
As we were leaving a KFC employee was outside the store on his phone... how appropriate...
There was also an older gentleman behind us that had to wait for service...
I thinks it's very inappropriate that we were not even acknowledged...
So as you can imagine we left that establishment and went elsewhere to eat..
incorrect order & overcooked chicken on 7/23/19
I ordered a 10 piece meal & when I got home I only had 8 pieces of chicken. They did not have enough original recipe . They gave me two pieces of extra krispy which I do not care for. This is over the tenth time I have had an incorrect order from this branch. Today I ordered three streetwise ones. One with mash and gravy. Chicken selection 3 with side breasts. Extra portions 2 thighs and 1 wing. Problem 2 of the orders came without bread rolls. 2 came with center breasts 1 with a thigh. There were no extra pieces although they wete paid fot. The order number is 159. I have reoprted these incidents to kfc customer care on several occasions but nothing has improved. I either want a refund or my correct order!
the side breast and the center breast are the same size. disgusting ! i ordered a streetwize 2 with a side breast and a center breast with a portion of pap. as can be expected there was an abundance of pap which wet the box and made it yucky. there was definately not enough gravy to have withe the pap and the gravy that was there tasted watered down. the portion sizes were tiny compared to ones we got in cape town center a while ago. part of the ordef had chips with it. if there were 10 chips in the container it was a lot ! we are not paying any less for food from kentucky so why the drop in standard. order number 159
pot pie $5 fillers
Every time I go there around 6:30, 7:00 pm to order a couple of pot pie fillers I get the same answer, the wait time is 15-20 minutes...really? Been there 3 times, 3 different days...I give up...going somewhere.
You have a bunch of lazy employees that just don't want to work, if they had enough food in the warmer for the dinner rush, this would not happen.

We waited 20-30 minutes for our food which we were the only ones in there for a while. Guess that should have been our sign not to eat there. The cashier had no customer service skills at all. She was only worried about taking food home with her. She was eating pieces of chicken while she was preparing her food to take home with her.The floors were disgusting and I felt like I was going to fall. One of the employees took our receipt and never gave it back. One of the employees took frozen biscuits and put on a tray with no gloves on(how disgusting). I go to the bathroom before we were leaving and it was nasty in there as well. While we were eating a employee was wiping down tables not in uniform she looked like she was wearing pajamas. I will never eat at this kfc ever again!

Employee had food in her mouth, and kept putting her hand up to hide it. She's said she was trying to eat her lunch because they didn't get to take their scheduled breaks. She then handled my drink and lid. It did not seem probable that I could get another drink without the same issue. I was honestly a little concerned for my food as well. This should never be happening behind the food line.

I was at the above location at 8:10 tonight The listed hours of operation are until 10pm. Friday night and at 8pm there was no grilled chicken prepared and they did not offer to prepare any or ask me if I wanted anything else. The first time they did not have any chicken at 11 o'clock in morning cook did not come in she said. 2 time I ask for tea and drpepper with my meal and my sisters meal they did not have any tea it was 1130 in morning why were they out my sister cant drink a dark color drink so I said just give me drpepper I would go to Mcdonalds to get tea kfc charge me for tea I did not get 3 time is today 7/18/19
We went by there and order thing and leg 2 of them we left and my sister said did you get your card back that a no so we had to go back and get it so when we got home the chicken was burnt I don't understand why they are acting this way my sister loves chicken and she loves kfc just like our late mother but she's thinks we should not go there again

I bought the 8 piece bucket dinner tonight for our dinner through the drive thru. We started eating as soon as I got home (within) 15 minutes. Enclosed you will find a video/picture of your product. The biscuits were as hard as a rock and the pieces were so small the "rock" biscuits were bigger then the wings and thighs. I was highly disappointed and will rethink ever going there again. 24.00 wasted. The store number is JO89008.
order not filled
We picked up an order consisting of 16 piece chicken meal. As sides we ordered Lrg Mac and cheese, coleslaw, sweetcorn, mash potatoes and gravy, biscuits and cinnamon biscuits. The total was $42.06. We arrived home to find that there was no Mac and cheese and no corn. This is the second time that this has happened from this same KFC location (5410 4th street NW, Albuquerque, NM). My ticket # is 3563. The order was placed at 5:42 PM, 7/18/2019. The name of the cashier listed on my ticket is
"Gustavo, " although a woman took our order. I did call the restaurant. I was told to come back and they would fill our order. Really? Not the way fast food is supposed
to work! No more KFC for us! We'll try your competitor next time.

cinnabon biscuits
I don't go out of my way to go to restaurants .Im a single mother.I treat me and my family once or twice a month out to eat .I ordered the new Cheetos chicken nuggets.I pulled up to the window to pay .I decided I wanted to try the new Cinnabon biscuits .The young lady asked her manager if I could make that order at the window and she said no.KFC lost a sale because they didn't want sell me the biscuits at the window
door cut my arm open
Today in 7/18/2019 I went to lunch at the Artesia, NM KFC/Tacobell. While opening the outside door it pulled back and the handle of the door slashed my arm causing a gash and bleeding. The staff offered to help and immediately started to try and fix the handle on the door. Not sure if it was broke but definitely needs to be fixed. I am worried this could happen to a Senior citizen which would have been worse.

Just made dinner purchase at groton, CT drive through. Women working window 1st cut me off in the middle of ordering and left me sitting there half way ordered for 3 mins. Then at window handed me 4 drinks in a collapsible tray. The drinks dumped all over me and my inside of car. Her response my oops my bad. I had to ask for napkins and tried to soak up the drinks. She then returned and handed me a bag of food. I asked her to please get rid of the garbage for me and she asked if I need new drinks. Umm obviously since they are soaked on me, my car seat and my entire driver side floor. She never apologized. Handed me the drinks and just shut the window. Did not offer dip for my chicken or anything further. I am appalled in this service.

On 7/12/19 at 8:04pm i went to KFC to dine in with my kids and was told there was no more chicken, so i was like that's fine we can wait, she then stated it will be 45min to an hour for more chicken, i asked what time do you guys close and and she stated 10 2 hours from when i was in there which made no sense so me and my kids left i was so disappointed. I dont remember the employees name but she has a peircing on her upper right lip. She was really rude and seemed to be on drugs since she couldn't make eye contact, she never said sorry nothing. Before that a family came in didn't see them pay was talking her like they knew her and walked with a few bags of food.

I went into the KFC in Wentzville, Mo to get 2 4pks of the Cinnabon biscuits, which that KFC is the closest store to where I live in Jonesburg, Mo, which is about 30 miles away. I have went there to get these dessert biscuits several times before and never had a problem. This guy came up to the register to take my order and I told him I wanted the 2 4pks with the cinnamon stuff in a container and the icing in a container both on the side, which they did for me before bc there have been a few times that while I was driving home the cinnamon and icing that was all over the biscuits leaked down and thru the bottom and all over my car. Also, bc I drive so far to get them, I get some for the next day, too, and the biscuits get nasty if they're covered in the cinnamon and icing for a day or two. So, as I ask this worker to put the cinnamon and icing to the side, this other guy working there came up to the register and started saying that they couldnt do that, and he said he was the shift manager, he was so rude and ignorant to me, I argued with him, telling him I had gotten it that way before, but it was like it was HIS icing and cinnamon, he just stood there and I couldnt even order anything at all bc he just stood there giving me the most evil look. Now, I thought u all are in business to sell your food, but I guess not! So, I drove all that way and couldnt even get 1 biscuit! Thats messed up and I want this guy fired! If not Im going to start a campaign for people to stop buying your food. Its just so wrong bc the customer is supposed to be always right, but most of all, if a customer wants something a certain way and its reasonable, something that can be done to make the customer happy, why wouldnt u do it?
