KFC

I pulled up at 10:05 to order 6 mini sandwiches, 6 piece tenders, 2 large mashed potatoes, and a hot and spicy sandwich. We paid and pulled around, they said to please pull up. We pulled up. After 13 minutes we hadn't received our order so I pulled around again. The drive thru guy was talking to someone outside for 5 min and went to walk in and said its almost up to pull up because the drive thru was on a timer...so we pulled up again and at 10:27 we finally got our food. I asked if everything was in there, he said it's all good. We got home and were missing the regular chicken size hot and spicy sandwich. I have never waited 20 minutes in a drive thru when no one was in front of me or in line to get food. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! Unexceptable!
