I was charged 46 dollars I did not agree too I want my money back ! I was first charged by WinZip and found your website I typed in asking how to get a refund was then sent to other page and a rep named Stephen popped up on my page and asks if I want him to securely come on to my computer to fix and see issue but was going to charge me. I left page without giving consent to offer I didn't want to pay it. But I was charged anyway.! I want my money back!

On 9-20-22, I was told I would be charged a $5 trial charge to ask my question, but was instead charged $51. I have been trying to get someone to help me, but there's no response. Also, Just Answer "help" links come back with error messages. I just want $46 refunded to me, and assurance that I am not in any way going to be charged for a membership.

Unauthorized Fee
I was under the understanding that I was only to pay $2 for help from an assistant. It said you could cancel membership anytime. Nowhere did I see that there was an 86.00 fee on top of that.
When I contacted them about it, they said it was right underneath the ad and I would not be getting a refund.
I went back online and found a page that had many other people claiming the same issue. I took a screenshot of the page I went to in order to chat with an assistant that had their advertisement on and I still don't see it.
I also took a screenshot of the 86.00 charge on my card.
If I had seen the 86.00 fee, I would not have went through with this.
They refuse to give me my money back.

Aug 27: Asked a question for a vet with the understanding that this was for a $2 CA trial. Didn't get a full answer as my pet needed to be seen directly.
Aug 28: Cancelled "membership".
Aug 31: VISA charged $42 without my knowledge or consent (unless these terms were hidden somewhere).
Had I known that this was the deal I would not have trialed the service.

I was under the understanding that I was to be charged $2 for a chat. Next thing I know, My card was charged $86 on top of this for a membership they automatically signed me up for. When I contacted them about it, they said this information was out in the open, which it wasn't, and will not be refunding me my money. On Sept 10,2022 I signed up with Just Answer . On there web site they offered a trail period for 1.00 and after that trail period I would be charged 34.00 per month until canceled. If I was unhappy with the service I could cancel anytime during the trail period and I would not be charged anymore than the 1.00. On Sept 11, 2022 I canceled because of poor service and a poor response. After I canceled I received E Mail stating my service had been canceled that was on Sept. 11,2022 @ 7:37 AM Here is a copy of said E Mail Your membership has been canceled

I asked a mechanic a question, he directed me to a form a told me he would answer my question for $1, after filling out the form, My card was charged $1 and then immediately $34. I did not authorize this, and so I called customer support. The lady was extremely rude, wouldn't give me a supervisor and told me there was no service that cost a dollar when the mechanic clearly stated it was only a dollar. Beware of the misleading charges
I was told I would be charged a one time, refundable $5 fee before I could be connected to a doctor. I was instead charged $46 twice. When I contacted customer care I was told I should have reviewed their payment policy prior. The policy states you will be charged for a $46 monthly membership fee and only the $5 joining fee is refundable. This was purposely left out to me when I agreed to the $5 fee and their justification is that I should have done better. Total scam trash.

Misleading advertising on the website. It told me that for $1 that was fully refundable I could get a question answered but it never stated that they were going to charge me $34 as well for a reoccurring membership. When I was billed immediately I was billed two charges. I right away contacted their customer service and ask for my $34 back because I didn't have a month's worth of questions I had one question. It never made clear that they were going to charge me $34 for a reoccurring membership. And I wanted my money back and they told me that I could discontinue my membership but they were not giving me my $34 back 5 minutes after they billed me for it. The website was deceptive it didn't say anything about the reoccurring membership on that page I would have had to go two or three pages in to find that out they should have just given me my money back.

I was charged $46 for a question that I asked on or about the 20th of last month at the charge rate for $1. There was nothing to my recollection stating that I was signing up for a monthly membership. I called to get a refund of that charge to which the representative "Queen(may have been Gwen, she had a thick undiscernible accent)" said that I could not be refunded the charge for the membership(the one that I neither signed up for or wanted) as the cancellation period had passed.

Went on JustAnswer for quick 1 simple question, the chat bot or "assistant/sales person" act like they want to know your question is, but redirect you to payment right away and stating that it's only "5" bucks for your "trial". Once you paid, they bill you twice, one for the "5 dollar trial" and the other "60 subscription".
Wait, i didn't heard of any subscription nor the cost, and I was certainly not ok with that. The most deceitful thing is that their online "assistant/sales person" really block you away.
I canceled my membership right after i found out the true/hidden cost of this "nearly scam service" and tried to contact their customer service for refund. No answer yet.

For this service I was charged $41 and was told this service would be open to me for a period of 30 days. Due to the initial cost.
