I do not recommend this Home Depot, especially for paint.
I brought the same paint back six separate times because the color was incorrect. The issue started with the store providing a sample painted in the wrong color, which led to repeated mismatches once the full paint was mixed. Each time I returned, I was reassured that the issue was fixed and sent home again, even though the color clearly still did not match. When I pointed this out, my concerns were repeatedly dismissed.
I spent over five hours total driving back and forth and waiting at the store, which meant I lost the only free weekend I had to actually paint. Despite the time lost and the repeated errors, no refund or discount was offered. I was even told over the phone that a refund was possible—only to be told in person that it was not refundable.
Customer service was extremely disappointing. While a few employees were initially helpful, Larry made it clear that I would not be refunded and that further help was unlikely. The only reason I made any progress at all was because a Behr representative happened to be present and stepped in to assist.
In the end, I had to compromise on the color just to move forward. No compensation was offered for the repeated mistakes, the time lost, or the inconvenience. The overall attitude was dismissive, as if the problem was mine rather than the result of repeated store errors.
This location may be convenient, but I’m willing to go out of my way to shop elsewhere. Lowe’s and Sherwin-Williams are nearby and offer similar products with far better customer service. I strongly encourage anyone considering paint purchases to take their business elsewhere.
Recommendation: Don’t spend any more time or money here

Absolute minimum resolution at this point would be a refund, but I talked to several customer care people and they all said the same “policy” deal and that the store itself gets to decide how it’s resolved.
