Terrible experience overall. Absolutely poor warranty response and amazingly slow. Would NOT recommend gutters from this organization as they leak worse than my old ones. Still awaiting a service call to fix and it has been months. Once you have paid they ignore you completely.

I had storm damage to my roof and hired Minnesota Exteriors to replace it. They were on time and very professional. My roof looks great and the clean up was amazing, I could not find one nail in my yard! I will definitely refer them to my friends and family. Thank you Minnesota Exteriors for a job well done!

I want to say having Troy sales rep come again so we could place another order to replace additional windows was so easy as he had our information on the type of windows we want to have. We had a great experience with MEI. The communication, the actual install and the final product of having our windows replaced was fantastic. The interior trim finishes and final touch up made our house look like new. MEI cleaned everything up inside and out. We will definitely use them again for future projects. MEI are True professionals!

I went to Minnesota Exteriors to look at siding and windows. I couldn't believe how large the showroom was along with the displays in the back. Cher helped showed me around and answered all my questions. It was so helpful seeing everything in person. If you are looking for a company with options look no further. Minnesota Exteriors is your company!

These MEI guys are true professionals. Very friendly and happy to answer all your questions. Also, they are very neat and organized on site. They keep the work site clean while they are working and cleaned everything up after the day is done. Awesome job on the siding and roof replacement. I highly recommend using them for all your home repair needs.

We had MEI replace all the windows in our 50 year old house, and could not have been happier wiht the process and the results . The pricing was fair and the quality of the installation, and the Marvin windows was excellent. Derrick, the sales agent, was knowledgeable, professional, and always responsive. All the staff we dealt with had been with the company a long time and were very good at what they did. It was the best home inprovement experience we have ever had.

We had our windows replaced. We evaluated several contractors before settling on MEI. This was in no small measure due to the professionalism of their salesperson Troy D. We visited the showroom and Troy patiently explained the various products along with the options available. He also answered many of the questions we had. Troy is very knowledgeable. The MEI installers were professional and did a very thorough job. We are already planning to go back to them for our siding.

We had our entire home re-sided this year. After searching several companies we chose MEI because of their long-term reputation in the business, an excellent price quote and the considerate and knowledgeable work of Gary Swanson, MEI sales representative. The siding installers were outstanding and supported by a project manager (Steve) who visited the site daily. We are impressed by the quality of the work, the warranty and the attention to detail exhibited by the Company and it's employees.

I want to thank Troy and his installer for the punctual and quality of the work they did for me. I had purchased new windows from Wellington Windows, which I love, several years ago. When a huge hail storm came through my neighborhood, I found out that Wellington Windows had gone out of business and that Minnesota Exteriors had purchased the warranty rights. Troy came out and gave me a quote for replacement of the damaged trim. He sent the quote to my insurance company, along with copies of my original purchase agreement. He advocated for me to ensure I got a maximum check from my insurance company. Troy and his installment team did a fantastic job. They were highly responsive to my questions, knowledgeable, and professional. In fact, they did such a good job that They will be the ones I call when I replace the final 2 original windows.

Replacement of all windows in upstairs of house. We almost went with the first company we talked to but luckily some friends recommended MEI. They had known Troy for years. When he came out we were honest about the other company we thinking of using. Troy did some comparison sales, what the other company wanted to do and what MEI would do. Wow, so glad we got a second opinion. The first company was just going to do inserts and not consistent (some double hung, some sliding). Troy showed us what they could do with full replacements including attractive oak framing. We said, sure send us an estimate. We thought it would be ten to fifteen thousand dollars more but to our surprise it was about one thousand! Let's do it! Now, it did get put off a few times but that was due to Covid. It was worth the wait. The install was fast and thorough. And anytime I had a question, I would text Troy and he would get back to me in minutes. Great job by everyone.

Due to a hail storm, we had to replace 80% of the windows in our house, and the entire roof. Normally this would not seem that bad, but there is a lot of work with the insurance company. I don't know where we would have been with Bob G from Minnesota Exteriors. Bob worked with us every step of the way. We wanted Pella windows, and Minnesota Exteriors worked with us to get that done. Pella was very difficult to deal with, but Bob shouldered that entire part of the project and pushed them to get everything done in a timely manner. Bob G and Minnesota Exteriors got the job done when we needed it done - and most importantly - the final product was wonderful. Oh, and the roof. DON'T go with a walk up roofer, the cost is the same. Minnesota Exteriors did an excellent job on our roof. Bob, again, had to pull some strings, but we got our roof done with time to spare. If you have to deal with Insurance call Bob G at Minnesota Exteriors...and forget the rest. Bob will take care of everything. And yes, I would refer Minnesota Exteriors to anyone and everyone.

New roof installed Oct.22,23,24.Did a sub- par job with inexperienced labor. Foreman appeared for about 21/2 hrs. Total. Had to instruct worker physically how to do job. I was unable to communicate with workers and foreman. Supervisor showed up for about 1 1/2 hrs total total. Was told foreman would be here for the whole job. Left nails and staples at end of driveway. Microwave had shingle debris and roofing nails inside. Fan on microwave would not function until my son and I removed the nails. Some trim was damaged. Asked by usps 5 times for a complete invoice for materials. I have still not received one. Not all work was completed per contract, they claim I said ok on the phone, I did not. Change order was written without my knowledge. I asked per usps what “customer accommodation" was. They said a discount due to my dissatisfaction with job ($452.31) but when I said that the work on change order 2 was not completed ($329) all of a sudden a new change order appeared. This is the one I did not sign,approve or even talked to anyone about.. Not paid for materials that were returned.Still waiting for someone to do final inspection. Supervisor never even got on roof. Fought this whole project the whole time even after owner and head sales guy came to my house and assured me that everything would be taken care of. Handshake with me and owner at that time.
