Our experience with Triangle Radiant Barrier was the best imaginable. The team members, John and Sarah, were courteous and hard working. Sarah gave me a heads up as each day progressed. Our rather large crawl space has all the mold removed, new insulation, and a heavy plastic covering on the dirt. We should be good for another 25 years. Thank you to all the good employees who made this a great experience.

If I could add stars to this review, I would. Triangle Radiant Barrier and his team are the most professional crew I've ever worked with! Not only does the radiant barrier work - lowering our electricity costs and keeping the attic 20-30° cooler in the summer, they were responsive when we noticed an issue. They fixed the issue with promptness and professionalism! Would highly recommend them- as ComplaintsBoard.com star!

They are very well organized. We have a very new home but have had cold rooms and air draft during winter. They tried to understand our issue and propose solutions. They took almost an hour explaining the options and helping us decide which would be a best or close fit. Overall good experience. We had them work on our project in Feb and waited to see if any concerns before I put in a review, all good.

It was truly a pleasure to work with Triangle Radiant Barrier. The company was superb from start to finish. John, Sarah, and Mike were all very professional and responsive when I had questions, and the work was done in a timely fashion. I wish that all businesses would follow these guys' lead. It is rare to find this level of service in today's market. Thank you, and yes, I would recommend this company and will be calling them again.

The Triangle Radiant Barrier (TRB) personnel are professional, easy to work with, and willingly accommodated a last minute schedule change. TRB installed vapor barrier and a dehumidifier in our crawl space last year, and we were so pleased with the work they did that they were the first company we thought of to install radiant barrier in our attic this year. We highly recommend Triangle Radiant Barrier for any crawl space or attic insulation.

Working with Triangle Radiant Barrier (TRB) to get our attic in shape with radiant barrier installation has been one of the best experiences I have had with home improvement companies. We are planning to have our crawlspace completed very soon as well. From our initial contact with the company, to a very thorough review of estimates for all work (attic and crawlspace), to scheduling the attic work and completion of the project, all parts were wonderful. I wish that more people knew about this company and their work- I think advertising on popular home improvement websites would be great for their business!

Can't say enough good about Triangle Radiant Barrier. From beginning to end the process was simple and detailed. The owner, John, was extremely patient and informative and answered all my questions. Mark, the installer (sealed crawl space installation) did a phenomenal job and was great to work with. In addition, Mike, the foreman kept in touch through the process and did a final inspection to make sure I was happy with the installation. The office staff communication was also great. Easy to get a hold of and responded quickly to questions. Highly recommended.

I had a great initial experience with the company. Triangle Radiant Barrier installed my crawlspace insulation and they did a great job. The owner was prompt, professional. I paid in advance for a year maintenance service and the first follow up visit was fine. The second maintenance service visit did not go as well. Two technicians and then the co-owner had to visit my home to complete the routine service as part of my contract. I was offered a free extra service visit from the owner first, but the co-owner had a very bad attitude and a tone of voice when visited my house. It's very disappointing since I liked the company, but I don't think that I can work with them now (even if I lose $200 as part of my remaining contract).

A company with integrity! I'd hire them again in a heartbeat! Scheduling was a little difficult because of COVID, but they kept me informed every step of the way so that their staff and I were not at any additional risk. They insulated my attic and a wall in the utility shed that backed up against my bedroom and bathroom. The difference is temperature within my home is amazing and I am very pleased with the outcome. They helped me select the application that was best for my type of attic, the pricing was very fair, they provided skilled workmanship and cleaned up afterwards. They even provided a follow-up inspection by one of the owners to make sure everything was done appropriately and that I was satisfied with the work. I can't speak highly enough of the owners and installers of Triangle Radiant Barrier!

Triangle Radiant Barrier put radiant barrier on floor, walls and "ceiling" of our walk up attic, as well as sealed the openings and installed a solar attic fan. In the crawlspace, they fully encapsulated it with enhanced vapor barrier, insulated walls, dehumidifier and LCD lighting. At all steps, I was kept informed about what work was being done that day, and one of the owners called every evening to ask if I had questions or concerns about any of the work. No payment was required until the work was completed and inspected by one of the owners and myself. The installers came on time every day and let me know when they were leaving and what work they had accomplished that day. I could not be happier with the quality of the work and materials, and the communication and follow up from the owners and project manager. The price was decent, too. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone looking to insulate their attic or crawlspace.

All the folks who I dealt with at Triangle Radiant Barrier have been excellent. When you have a mold problem, particularly if you are sensitive to the musty smells that can arise, then you absolutely need a team of competent and sympathetic people to help you resolve the issue. You will find that a lot of people in the mold and crawlspace encapsulation industry can make things worse, not better. And, after terrible experiences with other companies, I had become quite desperate. Triangle Radiant Barrier was a godsend. They were very patient and flexible when it came to discussing the various approaches and services that could be use to undo the damage done by other companies, as well as alleviating my concerns about future issues. I can honestly say that it felt like a partnership in every way. You will find the folks at TRB both competent and ethical. At no time did I feel like I was being up-sold premium priced services or being taken advantage of. I would not hesitate to use TRB in the future, and would highly recommend their mold, crawlspace encapsulation services, and attic services to anyone in need.

I NEVER thought I'd hear these words coming from my mouth BUT, I LOVE MY CRAWLSPACE and I LOVE MY CONTRACTOR. I am so incredibly impressed with the Professionalism and Quality of Work that Triangle Radiant Barrier (TRB) demonstrated. The time came when I finally decided to get quotes for sealing my crawlspace. I usually get 3 different quotes, but I wasn't happy with the first three companies that I called. Then I found Triangle Radiant Barrier (TRB). WOW! If I had called TRB first, I could have saved myself so much time. Triangle Radiant Barrier was the only company to sit down with me and took me through every single detail of the process for sealing my crawlspace. Along with every detail, they also showed me pictures of each step throughout the process (other companies did not). They even offered me the opportunity to review the final quote via a Zoom session (very impressive, others did not). Once I signed the contract, they assigned me a "Project Manager", (WOW) and when the job was finished, they scheduled a final Quality Assurance inspection. My crawlspace looks beautiful and the air quality in my house is noticeably better. Triangle Radiant Barrier went FAR ABOVE the experiences that I had with other the other 3 companies that I called. The quality, experience and professionalism that I discovered with this company was/is a rare find in todays' fast-paced environment.

I just had my entire crawlspace sealed and will have a dehumidifier installed in about a month. The entire experience with Triangle Radiant Barrier has been nothing short of extraordinary. I have managed projects in Corporate America for over 27 years, so know the big and little details to look for. I'll list why I am giving this company such a good rating below. I'm pretty picky, so highest ratings aren't the norm for me typically.
1) Pricing was in-line with other proposals. The quotation was the first pleasant surprise. All of the other quotations I received were on 1-2 pages and only showed service and pricing. Triangle's was literally a "Learn the basics of Crawl Space Services" manual. Pictures and descriptions of each service options - very informative. The virtual quotation follow up video call ba with one of the owners basically taught me what the proposal hadn't already, and made me feel at ease understanding exactly what they can do (broken out by each service).
2) Project management and communication were excellent, and I was never in the dark or wondering what was next.
3) The actual job is what really contributed to this rating. From arrival to finishing the work, Triangle's crew had every little detail buttoned up tight. From little things like keeping their truck and trailer very neatly organized and the worksite clean to the construction lead informing me what they were doing and timelines. They must take care of their employees because you can tell they had a lot of pride in not only their work, but the company itself.
4) Post quality control check actually taught me some more technical aspects of humidification controls and how it affects your house. I'm having them install a dehumidifier that I can monitor from my smartphone next month, opting to not wait a year as previously planned.
Again, from start to finish these folks present nothing but quality and pride throughout the entire process. You can tell them are trying to be very successful as a company. Really fine work.
