On April 10th I ordered over 2600 dollars worth of Trex deck boards. I was told at that time that all but 14 of the square edged boards would be delivered on the 22 and the 14 boards would be a few days later. I did receive the first shipment. After waiting for the 14 boards I was assured that they would be in by the 29th. Never came even though their infuriating AI assistant told me they would be delivered the next day. On top of that a real human verified that. Never came. I was then told they would be there on the 5th of May and both AI and human verified. After many phone calls which by the way also will hang up on you after being on hold for 20 minutes at a time I finally went to the local Lowes and talked with a pro there. Funny thing is there system actually hung up on him. He finally got thru and was told that they were never ordered. Funny thing is I had paid the bill and they were included on the invoice. Finally went to the distribution store and a person confirmed that the person we had talked to there who assured us that he would personally reorder the parts never did. So, that manager placed the order again. Next day I finally got a phone call from a young later to talk about our issue. She checked and again no order showed up as being placed. She finally got things straighten out a we finally got our order on the 26th of May. Funny thing is I received an email stating that my entire order was delayed, even though I already had the deck done. Very poor communication and I must say that I am seriously considering not doing business with them again. Well maybe for a light bulb. Never ever have had issues in the past with them so it saddens me that I can no longer trust this store.
Recommendation: Plan to place you order at least 6 months ahead of time. You may actually get the product on time.
