Day of service was kept up to date of arrival of technician. Very pleased with work done. The technician was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. AC working great and he explained the problem so I could understand. Definitely recommend.

Pleasant experience from start to finish. problem was discovered by the initial tech and required coming back the following day with the necessary part. Problem was fixed promptly the next day and we were back to the AC running well. Happy with our service and recommend their services.

I found the representatives of this company as competent, responsive and helpful.. They were also engaging. Once I requested the visit there was ongoing communication from TLC to remind me of appt time and then when the technician was enroute. There was a repair needed which TLC was able to do while they were here. (Initial appt was for a tune up for summer) I would definitely use this company again and would recommend to others.

I worked with them through my home warranty and was so impressed, everyone in the company was professional and personable. They had to replace my unit and really took care in how they did their work and cleaned up after they were done. I have referred them three times since they put in the unit. They also have been checking in on how the unit has been doing since they put it in. I am impressed and will use them again . They have financing as well and competitive rates at that. I didn't feel that they were trying to get one over on me and that they had my best interest in mind. "

5/22 A/C blowing warm air, called Landmark Warranty to file a claim
5/23 TLC called to schedule an inspection, said they couldn't come out until the following Tuesday 5/26 due to the holiday weekend. Temps over 100 degrees and couldn't do an emergency appointment?
5/26 Tech, [Technician's Name], said we needed a new Compressor for the A/C.
5/30 Saturday, sent email to TLC to check status of repair. [TLC Representative's Name] responded that they have pick up info but the part is not in stock yet.
6/1 Monday, sent an email to [TLC Representative's Name] asking status of repair. No response.
6/2 Per [TLC Representative's Name] at TLC, still waiting on part.
6/4 Spoke to [Landmark Representative's Name] @ Landmark. Going on 2 weeks without A/C. She told me there was an issue getting the part we needed due to it being an older model. She reimbursed our inspection fee from TLC for $75. She also said they will pay for some of our hotel expenses. We stayed at a hotel most of the time, temps over 100 degrees. Update: Landmark will pay $60/day for a 5 day hotel stay. We stayed at a hotel for 10 nights.
6/5 TLC scheduled a repair appointment for Saturday 6/6.
6/6 Tech, [Technician's Name], came to replace the compressor. Upon inspecting our A/C unit asked why we were not replacing the whole unit. He stated that the condenser also needed replacement. I called [TLC Representative's Name] @ TLC and he said that he had requested from Landmark that they replace the whole unit. I called Landmark, the only paperwork they showed was that the compressor needed replacement. I called [TLC Representative's Name] back to see if he could check his paperwork and resubmit. He refused to do so saying he already submitted the paperwork. He then threatened to pull the tech off the job because he has a thousand other things to take care of today. The tech made a comment that [TLC Representative's Name] got upset with him for mentioning needing the unit replaced. I let the tech finish the job since we couldn't prolong the process any longer.
