FedEx Driver abused property

The driver brought a package and after placing package on my porch he deliberately smacked my "Back the blue" flag sign! He abused my property because he probably didn't like my sign... maybe he hates law enforcement officers or whatever but a driver's job is to safely deliver our packages not abuse any of our property! I do not want to give Fed Ex any more business.

FedEx Missing package

By far the most incompetent delivery company. In the past 14 months FedEx has lost 3 of my packages, delivered 2 packages, 1 a huge rug, to me incorrectly and had never asked for signatures for packages that require signatures. Not once!
When I call all they say is to file a complaint with the shipper...maybe the shipper shouldn't use FedEx anymore.
FedEx is infuriating and can't do their job.

FedEx Deliver

A package was delivered to 401 Highland Ave, Malden Mass. 02148 The package was to be delivered in the rear of the building not the front. And who ever it was knocked on door and jingled door knob. Can they not read and know front from rear. Please take care of this matter. I do not want any package left at my door if it is not mine. Thank you for reading this and I hope it is taking care of.

FedEx Package

Today, Monday, June 13, 2021, at approximately 10:00 a.m. the FedEx driver delivered a package (13"x19") to my home. Instead of placing it at the doorstep where all other UPS/FedEx are made he stuffed it in my mailbox. The tracking # is [protected]. The delivery address 7500 False River Rd. Oscar, LA 70762. The package was shipped from [protected] S. Kyrene Rd. Ste. 112, Tempe AZ 85284. When the driver pulled up to my house I was taking an arm full of frozen groceries to my down stairs refrigerator. Luckily I was at home and was able to remove the package prior to the arrival of our regular mail delivery. Keep in mind, there are no fences, animals to interfere with a normal door delivery placement. The front door had no obstructions and additional the garage door was open and offered a second delivery option within 20' of the small mailbox.

Can you advise regarding your delivery procedures in a residential neighborhood?

Desired outcome: Help please. Have deliveries placed at front door if appropriate.

FedEx Deliveries reported delivered when they were not.

Recently I ordered multiple items from Walmart.com and Fed-Ex was the preferred delivery company. I have gotten email notifications that packages were delivered to my front door but they were NOT delivered at all. This has happened at least 3 times in the past couple of weeks. I live in Ona, WV, 5 Amanda Dr., RR2 Box 362B, Gary Hawkins.

FedEx Delivery

I ordered a package from Eagan, Mn. It was a 2 day delivery. I ordered it on the 8th of June and it still has not been delivered, It is the 13th now.. It went from Mn. to Tenn. and not sure where it is. Just completely unacceptable. I would like for FedEx Corp. to respond to this. All I get is foreign Country for customer service And I have a hard time understanding them.
I will be putting this on social media. I hope people start using other shipping companies..

Desired outcome: explanations why people pay for 2 day shipping and it takes longer than regular shipping. This is very frustrating .

FedEx Throwing package

Date of Incident: June 11, 2021
Please review the video attached. It shows how the FedEx driver threw my package on the ground. This driver have no respect for customers or their packages. It was good there were no breakables in the box, but this driver did not know that. At the very least this driver should be coached on handling package or reprimanded. This kind of employee can cause great damage and be costly to your service.

Desired outcome: At the very least this driver should be coached on handling package!

FedEx Delivery

I was given a delivery time of 4:30 PM CST for today all the way up until that time, then suddenly it is changed to "by the end of the day"? I have lost two days of work waiting on this delivery as it is my replacement phone for the one damaged - now I will receive it after the carrier store closes which I need to go to when I receive my phone so that I can get everything taken care of in transferring things and activating the phone... so I will most likely lose another half day of work which in total is costing me about $400.00 in pay, for which I need for rent - do not appreciate the way this item was shipped - left from here, went to Fort Worth, then to Irving, then back to Fort Worth, and then is not delivered by time promised. Why in the world does something have to travel all across the state before reaching the final destination, especially when it originated from just down the street? Waste of time and money.

Desired outcome: Get the stuff delivered by the time promised - originally - stop sending it across the state before getting it to the final destination

FedEx Item delivery

I call the number listed and cannot get a human being on the phone. The information attached to the tracking number stated the package could not be delivered due to severe weather on the day it was scheduled. That was a bold face lie. We have been waiting for three days for the delivery. There was a FedEx truck out in front of our house on the scheduled delivery date and the truck left with no delivery. The one time I managed to get someone on the phone they stated the package was not delivered due to a high volume of shipments. So what was it? A weather problem or high delivery? I would like the package delivered when it is scheduled to be delivered. There is absolutely no reason for this to happen.

Desired outcome: Delivery of item and refund all shipping costs.

FedEx Driver vehicle

9JUN21 @ 12PM AZT.
Driver of truck 431185, partial plate is ZA 62A came speeding into our cul-de-sac, turned around, delivered a package then sped off. This occurred in the Cibola Vista - The Preserve neighborhood on Black Hill Rd Peoria, AZ

This is ridiculous, this is a residential neighborhood and kids are out of school. There are plenty of kids out playing in the street along with their pets.

I will be contacting the police the next time I see this vehicle driving like I saw today.

Desired outcome: I want the driver reprimanded.

FedEx Delivery issues

One of your drivers refuses to deliver onto our property. We have no other issues with any other delivery service.
Yesterday, this driver on FedEx #[protected] left chocolate covered off property in the middle of a heat wave and melted those items.
This is a Township registered road and has been checked for a fire engine to traverse .
My wife and myself are both handicapped and if we cannot resolve this issue - We will contact the Pennsylvania Bureau of Aging for assistance.

FedEx Package not delivered without cause

Location: Melbourne, Australia

FedEx just pretended to attempt drop a package off and then dumped it in one of their local exchanges.

Found a FedEx in the mailbox instead of a parcel. The note they left said "Sorry we missed you" but they did not miss us because there were people in the house all day. The delivery did not require a signature. Our mailbox pulls out to accept packages and is a bit more than 35cm by 20cm; a parcel with a couple of light summer dresses would definitely fit into it.

The FedEx "Sorry we missed you" note said the parcel must be collected within 7 days or it will be returned to the sender, but I am not legally permitted to travel to their local exchange to retrieve it and FedEx knows that.

Melbourne metropolitan area is in the middle of a strict COVID lockdown. Nobody is permitted to leave their home, unless for one of five set necessary reasons. Collecting FedEx packages is not one of those reasons.

I want FedEx to deliver the parcel. Put it in the mailbox; the mailbox is 35cm by 20cm and takes parcels.
In the extremely unlikely event it does not fix into the mailbox, knock on the front door and leave it on the verandah. Someone will be in the house because MELBOURNE IS IN LOCKDOWN.

Desired outcome: Please deliver the package. Put it in the mailbox; the mailbox does take packages. In the extremely unlikely event it does not fix in a 35cm by 20cm mailbox, knock on the door and leave it on the verandah.

FedEx delivery problems from Fedex global express in Poland

On Wed June 2, 2021 in Krakow Poland package was taken at local Fedex with promised and paid international express delivery. Cost around $130.00 for 3-5 days delivery. On June 5 note from Fedex was sent to me about some delay and package (meds for sick person) was promised for Monday June 7 and then changed to June 8, 2021. On this day new note arrived saying the package never entered the USA without showing any reason. It seems like nobody knows where the package is now. Fedex was never rated as a top company and when it comes to international shipping it is just a disaster!
Please do not send me to investigate to Poland! If you have your branch in foreign country you have some responsibilities here or if you cannot control branch outside the USA do not open them there.

Desired outcome: Find where the package is and full refund for shipping charges

FedEx Leaving at gate instead of bringing to my doorstep

Today was the second time our FEDEX driver has left a package at our OPENED gate instead of to our door. The first time my package was found in the rain, uncovered. Today there was a bag over the box of dog food, but ants were crawling in said box. Additionally, I have fibromyalgia, among other health problems, and I need the packages brought to my house. As it was today, I had to open the box and lug the two bags of dog food separately to my vehicle. The past year we have had numerous problems with FEDEX, but they've generally done better until today.

Desired outcome: I want packages brought to my door.

FedEx Driver for package pickup at Speedway Motors in Kearneysville, WV

There is a main driver that picks up packages for the Speedway Motors building in Kearneysville, WV. He shows up before his 4:30 pm arrival time and takes the majority of the outgoing packages. He then comes back and grabs whatever is left. When he has to load the truck by himself, he literally throws the packages into his truck like a football. He had been recorded doing this and we have had numerous orders come back to be re-picked because the items are damaged when they get to their mailing destination. He and the supervisor, Ward Griffith, are now really good friends and, since the driver got a talking to by the manager, Ward makes one or more of the employees go load the driver's truck "as a courtesy" to him. We have to use the Fedex scanner, which I found out we are not to be doing since we don't work for Fedex, scan all the boxes, and load them onto the end of the Fedex truck. The driver then stacks them inside how he wants. If we do not help we get reprimanded by Ward, which is also wrong, because once again, we are not Fedex employees. I am writing this anonymously because we will face retaliation from the supervisor, Ward Griffith, if this complaint has any name attached to it.

Desired outcome: This driver be replaced if he cannot quit damaging our goods. The employees no longer be forced to do the driver's job.

FedEx shipment to Canada and returned packages

I tried a few times to solve this problem over the past months.
I disputed the charges and waited only to realize after a few weeks that it is not under dispute.
I have called a few times and got promised to receive a call back with someone that will help solve it, but no one called back.

I tried on 6/3/21 to call and was given a different number, tried that a few times but got disconnected after waiting a while.
I tried again on 6/4/21 after almost an hour and 4 agents I spoke to Dorothy M from revenue.
She said she can't do anything because it has been over 80 days since the invoice was issued.

There is no tracking of the dispute that was issued in April.
There is no tracking of any of the calls that were made since these invoices were issued.
The only proof I have is the email I have sent to our account manager in April, letting her know that I have disputed the charges and I am waiting to hear back from FedEx.

here is what happened -

We had 15 boxes going to Canada
A few hours after the shipment we realized that we forgot to attach some stickers to it.
we asked to get them back. We called and got calls back every few days only to be told after 10 days (when we still didn't receive the boxes) that the boxes will go first to Canada and then we might get them back. no guarantee.
when we called to get it back here the packages were just an hour away from our warehouse.
by the end - 8 boxes reached their destiny, 7 got back and we shipped them again.
We were charged for -
full shipment to Canada for these 7 boxes ($565.98) although they did not reach their destiny and were shipped back to us + $1912.36 to ship these 7 boxes back to us.

I do think we need to pay for this service to get it back, but this does not make sense.
first - we shouldn't have paid a full amount for the 7 that didn't reach their destiny
second - the cost to ship it back from Canada is wrong. I did the calculation with one of the customer service agents and it was supposed to be the same as when we shipped to Canada.

Right now our account is inactive. we can not ship.

Desired outcome: payment of around $500-$600

FedEx Delivery

Tracking # [protected] Signature required... Shipped on 6/1/21 and was originally to be delivered on the 3rd, rescheduled to the 4th and now the 5th after this trick was pulled.
Driver pulled up out front at 6 pm on the 4th. Your driver never got out of the truck, just stopped for about 10 seconds and took off. Just too lazy to take 1 box off the truck after I waited all day to sign for it! Then I get another reschedule notice.
Some real sorry service you have there. Someone needs to be trained or fired! We'll see how long I have to wait on him tomorrow to sign for this.
Not happy at all with FedEx.

FedEx Our delivery was left at a non functioning back gate to our neighborhood

Products from our company were ruined due to our delivery driver placing 6 very large boxes in the pouring rain at our back neighborhood non functioning gate that is clearly locked. I happened upon them over 24 hours after delivery. Completely soaked through

FedEx drivers complaint

Fedex driver came up our road on Firewood Lane, a private lane, flying up our private road in excessive speed, saw him on the way out our private lane and asked him to slow down he stated he was going 15 mph, that was a lie and told him so, verbal argument started.
Please do not send drivers who are not respectful!

FedEx Delivery

I ordered from Natural Pet Warehouse. They sent my package Fed Ex. Fed Ex has been delivering to my address for about a year, never had a problem until now. The driver has called in the past when there is an issue with the delivery. This time it seems they could not find my address (guessing there was a new driver) because they left my package on the doorstep of the American Legion. The American Legion is in the area, but that is not my address and it didn't have American Legion anywhere on the delivery address. Thank goodness someone made a stop at the American Legion and tracked me down to get my package to me. It is very concerning that the Fed Ex Driver left my package at another place since it was already paid for and did not reach out to the phone number that was on the shipping label. Who is responsible for the cost if it so happened that the gentleman from the American Legion hadn't tracked me down? Fed Ex Tracking Number [protected].
