FedEx Package could have been easily stolen.

I ordered a iPad from Amazon valued at $863.99. The delivery, 6/23/21 at 12:44pm, was fast, but the driver left the package leaning against the mailbox post on the ground, where it could have been stolen. Since my driveway is 320 ft long and not in sight of the mailbox, it would have been no problem for a "porch pirate" to pick up the package and have a very nice iPad to use or sell. I expect FedEx drivers to deliver my packages to my house/garage door and not leave by the roadside. A very lazy choice for delivery.

Desired outcome: Don't do it again. FedEx deliver to the house, not on the ground by mailbox.

FedEx Delivery truck driver

My package says delivered 6/15/21 at 10:30 am and left at my back door (tracking number [protected]) & there is no package delivered yet. I have called & put in a claim, but they keep telling me over & over that they are working on the issue. Fedex employees are definately stealing packages & they need to be held accounted for this. Severly upset.

Desired outcome: Package found & delivered or fedex truck driver fired & arrested for stealing merhchandise

Fedex is breaking packages and stealing it seems. I assume you packed all of the items?
I received our package. Only two items were delivered. I need a refund for the other items within a week, or you can resend.

FedEx Not knocking

I had a package left on my porch on 6/21 and I did not know that it was there until I went to check on my mail. The delivery people need to start knocking on the door to let the homeowners know that they left a package on the porch. Bottom line, just leaving the package and just leaving is un call for. Especially if it's raining out.

Desired outcome: Start knocking on the door or ring the door bell

FedEx Delivery issues

The above listed tracking number shows that is was delivered to address listed above. IT WAS NOT!
This has been an ongoing issue since moving to our home. The deliveries seem to be getting sorted and changed to 32084 zip code. As there is a Magnolia Ave close to the Vilano Bridge in St Augustine but it is the 32084 zip code. My address is 61 E Magnolia Ave, St Augustine 32080 (which is on Anastasia Island
Is there some way to stop this from happening as we have numerous shipments that have been delayed due to this error by FED EX. And as you can imagine the more time handled the more chance for damage.
I look forward to hearing how you will resolve this issue!

FedEx Wait times unacceptable on Technical Support Phone Lines.

I am trying to obtain (6) FedEx Ship Manager Backup/Transmission Recovery CD's (Part #[protected]) for the FedEx Ship Manager and the Technical Support Lines are useless because you get placed ON HOLD and never get through to a HUMAN.
You don't support your customers and you have us perform the Backup and if we don't the system won't allow us to ship!

Just send me the (6) FedEx Ship Manager Backup/Transmission Recovery CD's (Part #[protected]) for the FedEx Ship Manager to:

On 6/20/21 your driver delivered package then drove over my landscaping.
Tracking number 9261290988510527713704.
Most of the fedex drivers that deliver to me can drive, this one can't.

Desired outcome: Inform driver of complaint, tell him/her to stop driving over peope's landscaping.

FedEx 2 Deliveries scheduled the same day were not delivered. They lied and said attempts were made.

2 deliveries for Sat 6/19 in Gaithersburg, MD. Failed to deliver either!
Omaha Steak Order - tracking #[protected] - contractor never attempted delivery but said they did at 3:30 p.m. They Lied! I was home all day!
Plus, They never need anyone to sign for those packages which i've been getting for years! They drop it at my door every time but this time!?!?!

Vaultek Safe Order - tracking #[protected] - I paid FedEx extra delivery charge to have it delivered on 6/19. This requires a signature. I was here all day long and NOONE EVER KNOCKED ON MY DOOR OR CALLED MY PHONE!
I even took the day off from work to be here! Contractor or whomever reported another failed attempt at 4:06 but that status was filed 3 hours later. THIS TOO WAS A LIE!

Desired outcome: Extra delivery charge refunded. $500 for my lost day from work and delivered at my convenience not theirs!

FedEx Why wasn't I told about 2-3 week delays when I dropped this package at the Fdx station?

[protected] containing birthday presents for grandchildren in Berkeley, CA. was dropped off at station 7 June. I was told it would be delivered by 14 June.
The last scans on this package, 13 June, show it in Chicago. This is the same
scan which also showed on 9, 10, 11, 12 June. I have called numerous times
about this and been told a. someone will call me back - no one has and b. it will go out on the next truck.
During today's call I requested to speak to a manage and was told there is a
2-3 WEEK delay/backlog in Chicago. Why wasn't I told this when the package was dropped off? Why wasn't I told this on my 4-5 previous calls?
Now I am to trust that it will be delivered in 2-3 weeks. Really?

Desired outcome: Package delivered. Token apology to my grandchildren who have been waiting for this for 2+ weeks already. Assurance that FedEx station and customer service reps know to advise customers of delays.

FedEx Driver in my area sucks!

I can not have anything shipped to my office in bethlehem pa as the driver will not deliver it to me! I had it out with him the last time and yet the horrible service continues! Fedex won't tell me his name as I want to sue him! Why is he still working for fedex?!?! He marks the tracking as the package being refused! Aq total lie yet fedex let it continue! I can't have anything shipped here by fedex ground! Fire him! Give me his name as he cost me plenty! I have a security camera so he can't say he tried to deliver when I wasn't here! He's a total scum-bag! Video shows how he came in, saw it was me, turned around and left! His log says I refused the packages! He never got out of his truck! Omg!

FedEx Delivery Driver playing loud vulgar music during delivery!

Driver delivery leaves door open with loud rap music blaring with vulgar lyrics. Grandchildren hearing made comment that the music was offensive and inappropriate!
Reply was simply ' I apologize ' but then just jumped in and drove off with it still blaring for next stop!
Frustrating and disappointing rep for FedEx.
I would think it should be addressed with driver. Tracking # [protected]

Desired outcome: Follow up with driver on common courtesy edquite . Trk# [protected] needs training on public delivery courtesy!

FedEx Driver abused property

The driver brought a package and after placing package on my porch he deliberately smacked my "Back the blue" flag sign! He abused my property because he probably didn't like my sign... maybe he hates law enforcement officers or whatever but a driver's job is to safely deliver our packages not abuse any of our property! I do not want to give Fed Ex any more business.

FedEx Missing package

By far the most incompetent delivery company. In the past 14 months FedEx has lost 3 of my packages, delivered 2 packages, 1 a huge rug, to me incorrectly and had never asked for signatures for packages that require signatures. Not once!
When I call all they say is to file a complaint with the shipper...maybe the shipper shouldn't use FedEx anymore.
FedEx is infuriating and can't do their job.

FedEx Deliver

A package was delivered to 401 Highland Ave, Malden Mass. 02148 The package was to be delivered in the rear of the building not the front. And who ever it was knocked on door and jingled door knob. Can they not read and know front from rear. Please take care of this matter. I do not want any package left at my door if it is not mine. Thank you for reading this and I hope it is taking care of.

FedEx Package

Today, Monday, June 13, 2021, at approximately 10:00 a.m. the FedEx driver delivered a package (13"x19") to my home. Instead of placing it at the doorstep where all other UPS/FedEx are made he stuffed it in my mailbox. The tracking # is [protected]. The delivery address 7500 False River Rd. Oscar, LA 70762. The package was shipped from [protected] S. Kyrene Rd. Ste. 112, Tempe AZ 85284. When the driver pulled up to my house I was taking an arm full of frozen groceries to my down stairs refrigerator. Luckily I was at home and was able to remove the package prior to the arrival of our regular mail delivery. Keep in mind, there are no fences, animals to interfere with a normal door delivery placement. The front door had no obstructions and additional the garage door was open and offered a second delivery option within 20' of the small mailbox.

Can you advise regarding your delivery procedures in a residential neighborhood?

Desired outcome: Help please. Have deliveries placed at front door if appropriate.

FedEx Deliveries reported delivered when they were not.

Recently I ordered multiple items from Walmart.com and Fed-Ex was the preferred delivery company. I have gotten email notifications that packages were delivered to my front door but they were NOT delivered at all. This has happened at least 3 times in the past couple of weeks. I live in Ona, WV, 5 Amanda Dr., RR2 Box 362B, Gary Hawkins.

FedEx Delivery

I ordered a package from Eagan, Mn. It was a 2 day delivery. I ordered it on the 8th of June and it still has not been delivered, It is the 13th now.. It went from Mn. to Tenn. and not sure where it is. Just completely unacceptable. I would like for FedEx Corp. to respond to this. All I get is foreign Country for customer service And I have a hard time understanding them.
I will be putting this on social media. I hope people start using other shipping companies..

Desired outcome: explanations why people pay for 2 day shipping and it takes longer than regular shipping. This is very frustrating .

FedEx Throwing package

Date of Incident: June 11, 2021
Please review the video attached. It shows how the FedEx driver threw my package on the ground. This driver have no respect for customers or their packages. It was good there were no breakables in the box, but this driver did not know that. At the very least this driver should be coached on handling package or reprimanded. This kind of employee can cause great damage and be costly to your service.

Desired outcome: At the very least this driver should be coached on handling package!

FedEx Delivery

I was given a delivery time of 4:30 PM CST for today all the way up until that time, then suddenly it is changed to "by the end of the day"? I have lost two days of work waiting on this delivery as it is my replacement phone for the one damaged - now I will receive it after the carrier store closes which I need to go to when I receive my phone so that I can get everything taken care of in transferring things and activating the phone... so I will most likely lose another half day of work which in total is costing me about $400.00 in pay, for which I need for rent - do not appreciate the way this item was shipped - left from here, went to Fort Worth, then to Irving, then back to Fort Worth, and then is not delivered by time promised. Why in the world does something have to travel all across the state before reaching the final destination, especially when it originated from just down the street? Waste of time and money.

Desired outcome: Get the stuff delivered by the time promised - originally - stop sending it across the state before getting it to the final destination

FedEx Item delivery

I call the number listed and cannot get a human being on the phone. The information attached to the tracking number stated the package could not be delivered due to severe weather on the day it was scheduled. That was a bold face lie. We have been waiting for three days for the delivery. There was a FedEx truck out in front of our house on the scheduled delivery date and the truck left with no delivery. The one time I managed to get someone on the phone they stated the package was not delivered due to a high volume of shipments. So what was it? A weather problem or high delivery? I would like the package delivered when it is scheduled to be delivered. There is absolutely no reason for this to happen.

Desired outcome: Delivery of item and refund all shipping costs.
