Fedex us a horrible company. 98% of the packages are delivered 1 or more days late. Pretty bad. The 2 % that are delivered on time have damage or delivery in the middle of driveway. Services that fedex provides are deplorable and can't be excused. Time for this company to be shut down. Who's running the company that clearly doesn't give a [censored] about their customers.

Desired outcome: On time deliveries to customers no matter what. People who give a [censored].

In my rural area FedEx must contract out it's deliveries, evidently to unreliable partners. Our FedEx service is nearly always late. Tracking shows "out for delivery" for two or three days before it's ever delivered, thus rendering the tracking useless. I will begin specifying that sellers do NOT ship to me via FedEx.

I personally live in a bigger city and the main terminal that receives packages for delivery is less than 20 minute drive. Packages are delivered via FedEx driver truck with official logo on them. I have realized fedex company doesn't give a hoot about its customers. I've never had any major issues with ups and deliver within scheduled deliver date or earlier . Thanks for ur input.

My package was delivered to the wrong address and FedEx refuses to do anything about it. Called customer support,went to a FedEx location and got nothing but excuses.They said I need to address of the place my package was delivered. How in the world am I suppose to know that Nothing but excuses.
