We start working with Flexport in early 2019 and have had amazing results with the 50+ containers we have shipped from China to the US. The systems and information available through their web portal is amazing and allows us to track all of our shipments and maintain a central location for shipping documents. The Flexport Team has been unbelievable responsive and supportive. The way their team structure works makes us feel like we have a dedicated team working on our transactions. I highly recommend Flexport!

We had a big problem with our old freight forwarder and then this person from Flexport contacted us. We liked what they said and had a call where they explained more about Flexport. We decided to give them a try. We really like Flexport. We like that we can track our shipments from start to finish. If there are any delays, they let us know right away. We also found that the prices are cheaper with Flexport. Everyone we've dealt with has been really nice and helpful. In the past year, we've moved all our freight forwarding to Flexport. Our accounting team also likes Flexport. They can easily get documents from the website and make payments online.

We shipped the first and second tester stock shipment, thru Flexport in late 2019, and early 2020. On both occasions Flexport were open and communicative about what stage the stock was at, and what the next steps are. The different people handing the different stages were very helpful, courteous, and very professional. We were left in no doubt as to a) what the costs were b) where the stock was c) what stage it was at d) when it was expected to arrive. The dashboard is a powerful communication tool. The staff were excellent, timely and expert in their approach and communication. We could not have wished for a more seamless freighting experience. We can only hope as Flexport grows, it manages to keep all of these important aspects together. If it does manage it, there will be a growing group of customers seeking to repeatedly use Flexport for all their shipping needs. Flexport has helped our freight optimization plans immensely over the years. Their platform sells itself, and it has made my job so much easier. They've been able to keep up with our growth as well their own rapid growth and we have grown a lot together since we partnered together. Their rates are competitive and may be a little higher than others at times, but the quality of service and trust is always there. I work extremely close with our accounts team here out their SF office as well as our Flexport accounts teams in Shenzhen. Their attention to detail is always there.
