La Rosa Del Monte - Service and care of items during move
Made a move from Worcester MA to Bayamon PR. 8 to 12 weeks for arrival of items. When recieved and started unpacking around 40% of the items were destroyed and the packing was done correctly. The boxes and containers were crushed. Very disappointed and upset due to most items are of personal and emotional value. Most of the items are hard to replace.
La Rosa Del Monte - No Response
My moving was pick up by this company on 7/17/2021 today is 10/4/2021 and I have not receive my furniture and boxes. Every time I call I receive the same answer its on the port and this week will be pick up and delivery next week. They have entertained me with the same response and nothing happen. They already received my money and they have not delivery for their services. Please help me to solve this issue my Contract No. is MIPR-0524-2.

La Rosa Del Monte - Amazing company
I have moved 5 times in my life, and this was my first time using La Rosa Del Monte Exp. and the experience was unbelievable, the estimator came to my house the next day after i called and he gave me a good price, I informed him i needed to move out of my apartment the next day, and he told me no problem, and the next day they came to pack and pick up all my stuff early in the morning. They even held onto my belongings while i tried to find a place here in NY city. Such a great experience i recommend them to everyone, not one item came scratched or missing. Every time i called they were honest and informative. I find it very hard to believe these other reviews are real because compared to the other companies I've used, La Rosa is by far more dependable and professional. I hate when people come onto sites like this one and try to defame such a reputable company as this one, you should be ashamed of yourselves! I work as a lawyer and just watching these reviews they seem false, not one of them state a real move number, for example mine was "MINY-0110-11" these must be people working for a competitor moving company, and that's just disgusting to think of, i don't know what this world has come to but this site should ask everyone for their lot #'s just to prove these unprovable accusational reviews.
La Rosa Del Monte - Deliberately bad customer service
I chose La Rosa del Monte based on their competitive price and respectable service partners. However, it turned out that their seemingly competitive price was just a way to get customers hooked - their real business model seems to be in tricking customers with inaccurate payment information and then charging extra for the delayed payment.
Furthermore, their customer service representatives are not capable of listening. Trying to explain to them the situation I got really frustrated with their representative who never let me finish a sentence - but instead kept interrupting and talking simultaneously on top. Considering that US is a country where customer service is key to success for any company the complete lack of it is not only annoying for their customers - but also a recipe of disaster for their business in the long term.
Another thing that I am worried about is the status of my furniture when they eventually arrive. The packing crew worked fast, but also packed some items carelessly. When my container finally arrives (let's hope that it does) I will post further information and pictures.
Meanwhile, I advice anyone not to use La Rosa del Monte, as their price will for sure not be what they quote. They will find a reason to increase it - and threaten you, the consumer until you pay the difference. And as per customer service, there is none - which of course means that you the consumer will loose.

La Rosa Del Monte - Worst company on earth
Damaged 7 furniture items; then offered to fix some of them. Without saying, the items were not fixed. Now as we embark in the 'insurance claim', this company takes a rude stance instead of one to help their customers.
Indeed, they are they worst company with the worst customer service.
La Rosa Del Monte - Damaged Goods
La Rosa Del Monte is UNPROFESSIONAL company. Don't give them your business. Moving from CT to Florida was a disaster! My furniture arrived 3 weeks late. And some things were broken! I moved to FL. Oct 3, 2008 and I'm still waiting to get a refund check for my damaged goods. If you do decide to go with this company, READ THE FINE PRINT ON THE CONTRACT. This is why I had to reported them to the Better Business Bureau. I suggest anyone that has a problem with this company do so as well.
