The package was statet by amazon.com as out for delivery on 9th april. The same ist stated on your tracking page. There was actually no attempt to deliver the package until 12th april - and of course not on the following thai holidays.

Today I got an update on amazon.com that delivery is expected on 24th april, but on your tracking page I see the statement shipment is returned.

What is the problem and will the package be delivered or not?

A parcel was dispatched from Japan on 14 October 2023 at 9.10am and arrived in Singapore at 3.04pm the same day.

Today is 17 October, I check online it shows it is still stuck at Changi Transit Hub! I called up customer service and was assured that it would be delivered by today but as at 8pm I still have not received it. This is not an isolated case. Over the last 2 weeks, I had to call them so that I could get my parcels delivered. The delivery service standard is really very lousy.

Hello, I would like to make a complaint about my waybill no: SF1376684905180

I would like to send a shipment from Singapore to China. Is company to company. I have completed the waybill before 4pm on last Friday, 11 August 2023, it should be collecting the parcel at the same day before 6pm. However, I do not get any call or response on Friday, until I make a call on the following day, which is Saturdays, 12 August 2023. The customer service help to follow up and said will give me a proper explanation about the delay of this shipment reason on Monday. Today morning around at 9:30am the guys who do the pickup called my colleague said about this parcel cannot be send out and due to my colleague only can speak Chinese. I assist to call him back to this guy to follow up about this parcel. He told me that this parcel is a knife not allowed to send out. I said that I need a proper reason the reason why as I have the selection in the waybill form and the dimension is acceptable. This is a spare part knife not a weapon item. However, I am not aware the guy just cancels my shipment without informing me until I call in to check further at 2pm.

I need a proper explanation how this action been taken as soon as possible.

Very very bad. SF use another handling service in Indonesia like xysnet and kerry. there were misunderstanding between the two handling service that makes the package cannot go through the custom process. After a while they gave up and decided to stop the custom process without any informatian given to receiver. They decided to refund the money to the sender. My package? left behind, gone. Yes, SF doesn’t appreciate the value of each item to each customer.

Hi my package was out for delivery since March 23 but it never came. I always check my mail and tracked it daily. Until 2wks ago sf customer gave me a usps tracking i called them and they said that they send back the package to the sender. I asked for sf customer center to assist me for some of the sender info as i only had their email and i sent a hundreds of email but no respond. Sf denied to help.me at least rhe sender phone # for me to reimburse my money. Now i will take it to another level i want my money back as I worked hard for it.

My order hasn't delivered yet, but the tracking info says it is delivered. And there is no info about who delivered and where they delivered if i get those info i can find my delivery package. How do i know where the package is, and they didn't even call me. And the package is something precious. so please help me with this issue as soon as possible

My order (SF6043231993173) was placed back in August 2021 with 15day delivery. Yet I'm still waiting. I've left messages with SF express. the tracking info posted was false as it indicates delivered at my door Aug 28th. I happened to be home that Saturday. Three emails Two phone calls later. No reply back. No delivered package. No good delivery service.
**If delivered at my door… then there's no problem to identifying who was working on Saturday Aug. 28, 2021 around 2-3pm.

This package was supposed to be delivered to my address in Parma Ohio when SF express had UPS sign for this package to deliver it to me, UPS delivered it to the wrong city. They delivered it to Cleveland, Ohio and they had the driver release it and so never got any signature from me.

Yet the seller EVERYTHINGWUSHU from EBAY posted SF Tracking information claiming the item was delivered and signed for.
I need you to provide me with any proof you have that this item was sent to UPS and to confirm that UPS sent it to Cleveland not Parma. Please send this proof to my email [protected]@hotmail.com

The only reason I know about this as PayPal told me I didn't receive any emails from sf express about the upcoming delivery

I did not get the product I ordered I want to return these shoes and get my money back. It was a Bait and switch. I saw an ad on Facebook that advertised discounted Birkenstocks. Not what I received. I got a cheap knock off and we're not the rite size! So I just want to to return these shoes and get my money back.

Order was made and delivery guy came while I was out. Called upon delivery and was instructed to leave in between the door and gate. Came home but parcel was missing.

Contacted rider to double check and he affirmed of taking photo of delivery, but said that photo is sent to SF. When requested to see the photo, he repeated the similar. Fair enough, prolly company policy.

Followed up with SF where customer service was reliable. Quick to assist with sending the photo to me via email and guess what, delivered to wrong floor. Photo taken by delivery did not show the floor number. Went on a vertical search and parcel was retrieved intact, trustable neighbour.

Correct address was pasted nicely on packaging. Block number and unit was also written with marker, but wrong floor and unit number. Correct unit is an odd number but marker written is an even number.

1) Marker writer: cock eye.
2) Delivery guy: cock eye & fking lazy. Definitely no even numbered unit along my corridor, did not double confirm when calling, randomly choosing a unit he likes to dump the parcel. Fked up.

I just cannot give the benefit of doubt for such situations. We all have our jobs to do where most of the time is always a busy one, dont we? Do it with your brain intact please.

The employees name Nazma Begum. She is really rude, irresponsible to the customer.

The delivery arrived at 16 March, but the delivery man didn't inform me and he put the parcel outside the building without message or call. I didn't notice the parcel until I checked online in the evening of 17 March, showing it was already delivered. However, it was lost. I checked everywhere, it was indeed lost. How could I know about it if there was no message? It's not responsible for him to do this. I'm a student, it's hard for us to make the parcel back. I have tried to contact campus security, but they said it was difficult to find it back. I would like to claim compensation for it. Because of no message, the parcel was outside for a long time, which caused the loss.

The dispute is that paypal says the item was delivered i can assure you it has not. The goods have not been delivered and SF express can't provide evidence from the sender as the goods have been returned

The signature presented as "fraud" and the signature from the sender to prove the goods have been returned.

I made numerous calls to the SF customer service and promised someone will call me, but never received any calls

On either Tues, Dec. 22nd or Wed. Dec 23rd, I received a package from 95338 www.sf-express.com. The pkg. contained 2 prs. of slippers. I have never heard of this company, and place an order with them. It came USPS tracking # [protected] 0652 91. I would like a return label and a refund, for which I never approved for money taken out of my account!
