I"ve been a carrier since 2005. I started doing business with Ch. Robinson. I never had any negative record. I was irresponsible in my work.

offices and I always maintained good communication with them, I began to have communication problems with Rich Murray from the Chicago office. I asked that my team release me and let me work with any other office and he did not want to. Finally, the problems grew and he and Samantha Ragus They suspended me without paying the last loads of 2022 and I exhausted my efforts trying to talk to the manager of that office but she never CBSresponded in the most cordial way. I ask that they escalate my case and I can resolve my status and be able to access the page and see my accounting , and continue my business with other branches. That was what one of the managers of another branch suggested to me.

I’m a driver I would like to bring your attention to the problem I had and I’m sure many other drivers experienced the same treatment as me. In this difficult times for drivers there is a broker in your company that is stealing from you and the drivers . So this is my experience I worked for a company named lodes trans very small company and I personally know the owner that was cooperating with your broker .the way that they worked is that your broker would give them the best quote from you but the owner of the company would pay the owner operator the lowest price and the broker would get paid half profit they make, he does that with many other small companies in our community…. The funds that he earns they send it to them thru quick pay on different business account I can provide you the name of that business. The main reason I’m doing this is that I’m sick of people taking advantage of the honest working man. And taking food out of children that barely see their parents drivers. I knew this was happening for at least two years I can provide you the information that you need to solve this problem that is hurting a lot of people and only benefit few. That guy that runs Kodex is taking advantage of the illegal i migrants by taking them to N Carolina to make a cdl license and then making them sign agreements that they going to work for him at least two years and paying them miserable and I think that the broker that is working for you is enabling guys like that to function,so please review my complaint and stop this injustice happening to other peoples.thank you very much i hope I’ll hear from you soon

December 2019 we quit booking freight with CHR for this same issue today. June 9, 2021 we booked load #[protected]. we asked our Customer Rep to confirm a Saturday delivery he assured us it delivers 7 days a week between [protected]. We drove over 200 miles deadhead to pick this load up with the belief and understanding that the rate con reflecting 6/11-6/14/2021 was clearly open. My driver arrived this morning at 0745 at the receiver to be told they never unload trucks on the weekend in the past 5 years he had been employed there.

I was friendly at 0900 Saturday morning after being told that reps were working to assist finding a cross dock only to be ghosted after the call. The receiver has the ability to unload it but the manager refused to allow his staff to unload our truck. We were not rude or impolite until now.

I called to request a cross dock or warehouse to unload the freight and have since been told the same old CHR story., suck it up and eat the cost carrier. As your CEO receives a $5 million a year salary and the reps have shared their 6 digit salaries over the years, Could you please pay, compensate and facility loads. Not tell carriers to eat the cost of the lies told by CH Robinson reps so they pad their paychecks and bonuses for treating carriers poorly.

We are losing $1000 a day so the "promise of $200 a day for layover" does not suffice to cover cost of sitting equipment, fuel and driver pay and other overhead costs. My driver has been denied facilities to relieve himself, food water. Basic necessities as he awaits the response from CH Robinson Reps.

I am unable to attach the email correspondence with our Rep. But I am being told everything is documented. I am further unable to attach the Rate Confirmation.

I am a carrier that book a load with you, rep shawnn lewis, his number 404-494-8650. Load #300749487, booked 7/30/2019. Which was picked up on time 7/31/2019. Delivering on time 8/1/2019 at 9am, at the delivery facility I was told that the broker never scheduled delivery appointment with amazone. After conntacting everyone I could, I was told that only the broker can create the delivery appointment online. After contacting your broker, named above, I was told that he can not get the appointment. Someone else has to do it. When and how it will be done he doesnt know. I have been at the delivery address for over 30 hours. I have not been contacted by anyone and I have not been offered any compansation. My number is 386.986.0052.

We had some issues with the company CH Robinson Worldwide Inc. They promised to provide our order, but after two weeks we received the phone call, which stated that we needed to pay for the servicers. They asked such sum that we were in shocked. We refused, because we agreed about other price. Now their company was closed and we never received our order. But we paid them a half in advance. Maybe someone has any ideas how to return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.
