FedEx Stolen package that I never signed for but someone else did

Yesterday, Wednesday, July 14, 2021, a package was supposedly delivered to my apartment and signed for at 11:22 a.m. I never received the package. I was told by Walmart (I ordered the items through Walmart for Cosy House because Walmart sells their brand of sheets) that the package of sheets was delivered on July 14, 2021 at 11:22 a.m. and it was signed for. Well, I never received the package. I looked on my patio, I looked in front of my door, and I asked my neighbor upstairs if she had seen a couple of boxes in front of my door as she was leaving, and she said that she never really noticed. The guy across the way sleeps during the day because he works at night, and there is no one above him because the lady who lived above him moved out not too long ago. On the Walmart website, it shows that I live at 4141 Palm Ave. #500, Sacramento, CA 95842 for the profile address, but on the part of the site where it shows the delivery address, it says: "4141 Palm Ave., Sacramento, CA 95842." Without the apartment number, there is no way for anyone to find this apartment because this apartment complex is too huge. The driver might have had someone else in this complex sign for the package, or left the package in front of my door (and I had in the instructions to put all packages in my patio because things get stolen here because we live in a thuggy, very bad neighborhood). Not one driver of yours reads my instructions on where to leave my packages, so they get stolen. The package that was left wherever it was left cost me $63.45, and because someone, but it was not me, signed for the package, Walmart will not give me a refund. My son did not take the package because he lives with me, and at 11:22 a.m., he was sleeping. When I give you the tracking number, it will show that it was signed for and delivered, but it was not signed by me nor delivered to my apartment. The tracking number of this package is: [protected]. The order number is: [protected]. I was on the computer messaging with Walmart customer service for an hour an a half, and I could not get them to give me a refund because the package had been signed for and received on July 14, 2021 at 11:22 a.m. The problem is, like I have said, I did not sign for it, and it was not delivered to my apartment.

Also, when I go on the FedEx site to track my package, I put in the tracking number I gave you, then I put in my street number, which is 4141, and it tells me that number is not in your records. I don't know what else to put because I live at that street number.

I hope this can get solved quickly because this whole incident made me very angry. I have never had so many problems getting an issue solved as I have with this one. I also want the FedEx drivers (ALL OF THEM!) to pay attention to my instructions when I tell them to put my packages in my patio every time they get delivered because I get my stuff stolen a lot here. My son and I live in a thuggy, very bad neighborhood, and it is not safe for the drivers to leave my packages in front of my door. I don't know if it was UPS or FedEx, but a new cell phone was going to be delivered to me here at my apartment, and the driver or someone stole my cell phone because it never got delivered to me. I eventually received it, but it took a lot. This is all because these drivers are dishonest, or they just don't pay attention to people's delivery instructions. Something has to change and quickly!

FedEx The rudeness and laziness of one of your drivers.

Numerous times, your Fed Ex driver has left packages outside, in the foyer or where USPS leaves packages. There are clear instructions on the front door as well as by the USPS station that tells them that they must contact the resident through the intercom to be let in the building to deliver their package directly to them. We are a senior building and some packages are way too bulky or heavy for a resident to have to come down and carry up their own packages. When dealing with the driver directly, he is rude, ignores you and never responds. I asked him one time what his name was and he would not give it to me. I have never, nor has my residents ever had to deal with such a rude employee. He should be fired! I am going to ask my residents to insist on either the post office or UPS deliver their packages to them from now on when possible.

Desired outcome: Fire the driver as he is also giving FedEx a very bad name. We are Bridge Square Apts. in Anoka, MN

FedEx Delivery delays

My order arrived at Austell Ga facility 7-11-21 @ 8:31 am . at 8:52 am 7-11-21 order was on fed-ex vehicle for delivery and did not arrive at delivery point. On 7-12-21 @ 2:08 am order was on Fed-ex vechile for delivery. and did not arrive at delivery point. This was the last scan activity and as of 7-15-21 the order has not been schedule for delivery and is pending. When can I expect the delivery. This is an important piece to complete job. My customer is upset with me for delays. Wallace Harris

FedEx FedEx Home delivery

I took the day off to be here for my package as your site says DAY-DEFINITE. Well, after 7 days I finally get an update saying it won't be on the day stated but the next day, well I CANT TAKE ANOTHER DAY OFF. Day-definite is clearly an outright lie. How can you possibly claim it's going to be "Day-definite" after such an obvious lie.

Desired outcome: If you ask me you should have to cover the cost of time lost or the cost of my package.

FedEx Delivery of item

Hello I purchased an item shipped by FedEx the delivery guy left my item outside on a chair. It just so happened that I was coming home from shopping to intercept the package. someone could have stolen it. I live in a housing project. There is an upstairs and downstairs apartment . Walking into a lobby of sorts. He did not even bother bringing into the lobby. The item cost me $50 bucks. I am upset that this guy did not care. I live in an upstairs apartment my package should have been left by my door. I hope the next thing I order is not delivered by this lazy guy again.

FedEx Delivery

I live on a county road that is approximately 5 miles long. The house numbers are clearly marked by the fire department. FEDEX NEVER can find my address! It is a joke! EVERYONE can find it except FEDEX! I am beyond frustrated! They have my phone number but don't use it. I think they have complete idiots driving this route! The Buffalo terminal obviously has issues!

FedEx Driver didn't attempt to deliver packages

The Fedex driver claimed that he could not deliver the package because the business was closed but we were there both days waiting. He never made a attempt to deliver, falsified the report. There wasn't a note left stating that a attempt was made to deliver. I had scheduled a job on Monday morning expecting the tools to be delivered, we were forced to rework the weeks schedule.

FedEx Driver Lied About Deliver Attempt

On Friday, 7/9/21 I was supposed to receive a very time-sensitive package with the following tracking number: [protected].

When I did not get the package, I checked the status of the package I saw the following message:

"We made a delivery attempt: 07/09/2021 02:29 PM. Delivery will be attempted again on the next business day. Click Manage Delivery below to take more control of your package(s)."

This statement is not true. I was at the delivery location at 2:29 PM and no such attempt was made. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this happened.

Desired outcome: I want my package delivered and an apology from the driver for lying.

FedEx Unsafe driver

On July 9 at approximately 10:30 pm, traveling westbound on I-40 from Winston-Salem to Greensboro, a Fed-Ex driver in a double-trailer rig aggressively pushed our vehicle forward, threatening to run us and our two children off the road by doing 75 in a 55mph zone in the left-hand lane.

Driver's back trailer was number 824531, he was headed west on I-40, presumable towards the depot.

Desired outcome: Cite this driver. Dock his pay, put him back on loading.

FedEx Lack of delivery to our suite

We have packages that are shipped to various tenants in our building. Each package or envelope has the address as well as the suite number. We continue to find our fed ex deliveries left in the lobby, not brought up to the suites. This is unacceptable and is not a complete delivery! People pay good money for a fed ex delivery and fed ex should not receive payment for a complete delivery if the drivers are simply dropping them in the building lobby for them to be stolen by just anyone walking onto our lobby.

Desired outcome: We want our deliveries to go to the suite that is on the label.

FedEx Package tracking/delivery

Tracking numbers [protected], and [protected]. These two packages were scheduled to be delivered on Monday July 5 2021. According to my tracking app they keep going from one Fedex center to another in Washington state and get further away each time they move. Now the delivery date says pending, its like they got lost in the system or something? Customer service is no help and they have no information that can help me.

Not good is mild. Terrible, awful, the worst are more accurate. Signed up for text messages for all available. Showed to be delivered 7/5 by end of day. After 9pm, they changed to delivery not scheduled. Customer Service is, for the most part, non existant. Tried blaming holiday. As far back as I can remember, there has been July 4th holiday. Why would you ever schedule a delivery on any day the company was not working? Not scheduled on 7/6/21 either. Say 7/7/21 now but not reflecting in text signed up for initially. No exception shown that was suppose to receive text for either. This was shipped from pet pharmacy for pain medication for 14 year old arithtic dog. The power company gets holidays also, but some have to take holidays on a different day or we would all lose power. If they are closed entirely they should not schedule a delivery for that day, although I was told by one CS rep, they were delivering on 7/5. Totally poor ran operations. Only review FedEx wants is one ? on CS rep - not on the company. They know they are poorly ran apparently, and don't care whether they give good service or not. Between UPS, USPS and them, . They have a monopoly for the most part. Someone, some day will put them to RIP.

FedEx Missing Item

Extremely condescending, patronizing staff, including the manager.

Used many excuses to cover incompetence in which an item that I, the CUSTOMER, had PAID for.

Item, which was flat compact disc, could've been secured outside my door, under my doormat, but was left loose. I realize that with covid things are different but theres no excuse.

FedEx Dangerous driver

To whom:

I have made 2 phone calls to report a very dangerous driving issue by a FEDEX driver.

1.Incident happened at 2:47 pm, 7/02/2021 west bound on Kooser Ave @ Ardmore Way in San Jose, CA. I was travelling west bound when a short FEDEX step van ( I think a FEDEX Express) travelling the same direction in front of me pulled off to the right to the side of the road. Then, without signaling, the driver turned left across traffic to change direction. I slammed on my brakes and he stopped crossing traffic lanes because he had pulled in front of traffic in the other direction(east bound.) He waved at me and drove away very quickly.

2.I called FEDEX within 5 minutes to report it and spoke to Jorge. I told him my situation and asked him to whom to report it. He transferred me to Abby. She listened to my story and never asked me my name or phone number. Suddenly, I was transferred to a survey.

3.I called back 5 minutes later and politely asked for a supervisor to report a problem. I was transferred to someone who identified himself as "Marlan, badge number GUARC." He listened to my account and told me he couldn't file a report without more information such as truck number, license plate, etc. I asked for a supervisor. He refused to transfer me or file a report without more information. We repeated our stances many times before he hung up on me.

I would like this issue addressed.

FedEx Fedex is damaging my order that they are being paid to deliver.

I am dealing with stage 4 cancer so it is so wrong that I should have to address a matter like this that should never happen! Fedex, please get control of your employees, who either have attitude problems toward their jobs or customers, or have no work ethics. You have successfully broken, crushed, or damaged the packaging/products that I have ordered. In one case, we contacted the vendor to recover what fedex broke in shipping, which was nutrients shipped in strong glass containers, then wrapped in cardboard inside the box. What did it take to break that? Not even a drop kick would do that. How would you like to have to clean up the glass from the other products in the same box?
Stop it stop it stop it! Get control of your business and your employees. It's not the romper room and a nursery, you don't have to tolerate bad work ethics and behavior! Please, be americans proud to perform such a wonderful service to we the people!

Companies...please please please quit using FedX. I hate their attitudes, their lying, and they make it impossible to get help with any complaints. Your business suffers because you use FedX. I refuse to buy anything anymore if shipped by FedX.

FedEx Worst customer service

I don't want money or "resolution". I just want you to know that today I received the worst customer service of my 69 years on this earth. I was speaking to a nice gentleman for over 21 minutes, who kept telling me "we can't ship that by ground", and I kept answering "I don't care how you get it there, I just need it there tomorrow!"
Finally, after 21 MINUTES, I asked for his supervisor. Her first name is Patricia, and she says she works for the "escalation team" in the Ohio Service Center", but she refused to give me her last name or employee identification number even after I asked for it several times. She was more than rude. She was abusive. She asked me for the same information I had provided several times, to the first person over that 21-minute-long phone call and every statement I made she interrupted and over spoke. Finally, after she did it several times (I hope you can find and listen to the tape), I over spoke her. I was determined to finish my sentence. She responded with "Don't yell at me!". I told her I did that just to finish my sentence. Then I asked to be transferred to her supervisor. I asked that about 15 times. She wouldn't do it saying her supervisor isn't available and she would have her call me back. She didn't tell me her name or contact information. I doubt I will get that call.
This happened on 7-1-2021 at 3:19 PM. PLEASE pull those tapes and call me back at [protected] 9 to 5 Mon thru Fri. If it will help, my tracking number is [protected] and in large letters it says E2 MJXA.
All together I spent over 30 minutes on a call that always used to take one!

I have been using FedEx since the mid 70's. I've sent/received over 1, 000 packages. Not anymore! Please call me at [protected].

FedEx 2 Fedex trucks are involved in criminal activity in my neighborhood.

For the last few years there have been 2 Fedex trucks in our area. Cool, CA 95614. Someone who drives them must live in this neighborhood. These trucks are being used to transport illegal auto parts. How they do this is simply to go to the persons house who want the auto parts picked up. The (Illegal Auto Dismantler) has the parts ready and Fedex shows up and takes them to a central place where the parts are loaded up and sent somewhere.
Both Trucks are driven by the same person. I am not sure if this is possibly a bogus Fedex truck.
I am not sure what you need from me to stop this criminal activity.
I have a few pics but nothing that is going to show any activity

Desired outcome: Stop illegal behavior.

FedEx I am complaining about the delivery of a package today by Fedex.

I had a letter delivered today by Fedex which was shipped by Empower Retirement. The delivery person, instead of taking the letter to the porch, just dropped it over my wrought iron fence IN THE RAIN! The letter was a check to me, and I now have to get another check to replace that one which was ruined. It has been raining most of the day. Who doesn't have enough sense to take a letter to the porch when it's raining instead of dropping it on the walkway? As you can tell, I'm very upset by this.
